Abstract: Customer satisfaction is the source of power for enterprise sustainable development. This thesis constructs customer satisfaction degree evaluation index system of logistics enterprise, and uses a fuzzy algorithm to establish customer satisfaction degree evaluation model of logistics enterprise, and then a case study is given, the result basically tallies with enterprise actual condition, supplies theoretical basis for enterprise’s further development and rectification.

Abstract: By using the theories and methods of large system, the multi-level hierarchical structure of the renewable resources industry chain is studied and discussed. The constructive measures of the renewable resource industry chain are proposed based on multi-level hierarchical structure. In addition, the plan and design of renewable resources industry chain of a waste recovery company under E-commerce environment is given.

Abstract: This study challenges the traditional wisdom that soaring energy prices exert negative effects upon economic growth. For an industrialized country with very tight energy supply constraints, increasing energy costs may drive the firms to seek for technical change and innovation to compete internationally. Using the Japanese monthly data ranging from 1975 to 2010, this study tests for the assumption of endogenous cost-driven technical change. We identify a long-run equilibrium co-integrating relationship among the Japanese industrial production, energy prices, export volumes and export prices. Although energy prices are negatively associated with Japanese industrial production in static equilibrium, the results of Granger causality tests show that an increase in domestic energy costs has significantly positive effects on Japan’s industrial production as well as on export volumes and prices, in both short-run and long-run. We document that the seemingly paradox strongly suggests an endogenous technological change driven by energy costs in Japan.

Abstract: Energy saving and emission reduction are becoming strategic issues in China. Evaluation indicator of energy conservation efficiency and emission reduction is established in the paper. Fuzzy clustering analysis is used to build the evaluation model of energy conservation efficiency and emission reduction in the paper. The case is analyzed in the paper. It shows that the evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction is scientific and objective.

Abstract: In this paper, based on emerging issue and new trends in the production safety work, there is an system analysis of the situation of production safety accidents that is the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, Hebei Province in China. Occur in different sectors of production safety accidents in-depth study. The characteristics of production safety accidents and laws will be revealed. Production safety accident prevention and control measures will be proposed, and as a basis for management decision-making.

Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems in the process of product modeling and structure design such as of no visualized appearance, low efficiency and the easy interference of parts, a Pro/E-based product design method is proposed which, in the component pattern, conducts three-dimensional design by considering core component as reference and creates the rest parts according to modeling surface. This method effectively prevents the easy interference of parts during the process of product design, ensures the precise alignment among parts and avoids design repetition, thus greatly improves the design efficiency. Its application in the process of intelligent data acquisition terminal product design has proved the high efficiency and practicality of this design method.

Abstract: Working conditions in engineering operations are often characterized by a complex of negative factors, which at every moment load the human body during the active work with various intensity. Determination of the intensity of the workload is important for creation of workplace comfort, which is closely connected to workers’ contentment. The contribution presents a description and application of a mathematical model for determination of the workers´ complex loading at forging press workplace. It's a new and human way of evaluating work comfort, which can take into account the summary effect of all the negative factors at the workplace.

Abstract: Suppose the firm's output is influenced by the agent’s effort level observable and the ability unobservable, researching the optimal level of incentives under the two levels of incentives associated. Study found that corporate client based on the first period of corporate performance, the agents ability to judge the case, risk aversion, the variance of the degree of capacity, the degree of attention of the principal agents the ability have an impact on the agents first and second of the optimal incentive level. In addition, of the optimal incentive level in first period is correlated with the contribution of the efforts with the manager of the firm's output, the agent's incentive level in the second period as well as the effort cost associated of the first period; while the second period of the optimal the incentive level is a decreasing function of the current cost of effort.

Abstract: The cement sector emission occupies 5% of world emissions caused by human activities. Especially, China’s cement production accounted for 50% of the world’s output, which ranked the first for continuous 25 years. The total production in 2010 was 1.882 billion tons. The cement sector, which is characterized of high yield, small-scale enterprises, low technology development level and poor product structure, is one of the biggest energy consumers and emitters in China. Therefore, the energy saving and emission reduction in cement sector is not only the essential measure and basic content for coping with climate change, but also the guarantee for the sustainable development. Plenty of basic research, including spot investigation and data collection, was carried out in this paper. After the identification of 18 different kinds of energy saving technologies and emission reductions, a baseline as daily 5000 tons of a production line was set in this paper. The emission reduction potential and cost are quantitatively analyzed by estimating the marginal abatement costs. Hence, the marginal abatement cost curve of energy saving and emission reduction technology was obtained. With the abatement costs ranking from low to high, the key emission reduction technology can be concluded as energy efficiency, energy alternatives, blended cement and CCS technology. According to the status of domestic energy-saving technology as well as support policies, we finally proposed relevant measures and policy suggestions.
