Abstract: The double-pipe heat exchanger device is used for simulating sewage water heat exchanger. The double-pipe heat exchanger system with the sewage water flow in the inner tube and intermediary (tap) water flow in the annular tube. The pt100 thermometer measure inlet and outlet temperature of sewage water and intermediary water. According the debugging temperature data, the error of double-pipe device heat transfer coefficient ΔU/U≤±20%.It is proved that the double-pipe system is feasible to monitor the fouling resistance dynamically.

Abstract: The principle of no-negative-pressure variable frequency water-supply system and the current situation and characteristics of the water consumption in campus are analyzed, and at the same time, water-supply design precautions are put forward. With a example, the advantages and disadvantages of no-negative-pressure variable frequency water-supply system in campus are summarized. This paper holds this point that the system is suitable to be used in campus.

Abstract: Membrane separation coupled with photocatalysis process, which is also called photocatalytic membrane reactor (PMR), is a new hybrid technology working for water supply and wastewater treatment. Due to some unique advantages, such as nontoxic and continuous running, this kind of novel coupling systems has developed rapidly in the past few years. In this work, the characteristic and structure of configurations, photocatalysts and membranes are analyzed briefly.

Abstract: Eco-environmental water demand of urban water system should be that of certain quality, which is necessary for it to develop its normal functions. The water system includes Dongchang Lake, Tuhai River and Old Canal in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China. The multiannual mean optimum, medium and minimum eco-environmental water demand of Dongchang Lake are respectively 2922.9×104m3, 2334.7×104m3 and 1746.4×104m3. Those of Tuhai River are respectively 4757.9×104m3, 2865.7×104m3 and 1919.7×104m3. Those of Old Canal are respectively 348.0×104m3, 277.9×104m3 and 207.9×104m3. Then those of the water system in Liaocheng City are respectively 8028.8×104m3, 5478.3×104m3 and 3874×104m3. These results can provide basis for protecting its eco-environment and promoting its sustainable usage.

Abstract: Liquid desiccant dehumidification mechanism and dehumidifying process of CaCl2 solution and LiCl solution at different concentration and temperature have been analyzed. For the solution of dehumidification air conditioning system of office building, which located in Jinan, concentration range of CaCl2 solution with dehumidification ability ranges from 30% to 45% and temperature is below 40°C. The concentration range of LiCl solution with dehumidification ability should between 20% and 45% and temperature is below 55°C. According to the comparison of economical performance of CaCl2 solution, LiCl solution and mixture liquid (CaCl2 and LiCl), quality ratio with 1:1 of mixture liquid is better.

Abstract: Through the establishment of the coupled model of groundwater flow and temperature, the changing tread of groundwater temperature and the basic characteristics of thermal breakthrough under the different layout wells modes were simulated and analyzed. The results showed that, the similar wells distance didn’t affect the thermal breakthrough significantly, the distance of pumping wells and irrigating wells affected pumping temperature significantly and thermal breakthrough. The more number of pumping and injecting didn’t extend the time of thermal breakthrough, and didn’t affect pumping temperature significantly from the results of long-running, the layout pattern of wells with one pumping and two injecting presented significant advantages in practical engineering.

Abstract: This paper studied the relation among developmental characteristics of urbanization, ratio of urbanization and GDP of Shandong Province. According to data of economy, environment and underground water resource from 1981 to 2009, meanwhile employing the ratio of urbanization as the developmental indicator and sewage discharge and underground water as the environmental indicator, an optimal model was built by equation fitting and regression, which analyzed the relation among development of urbanization, sewage discharge and underground water of Shandong Province. The results showed that as the rapid development of urbanization, the ratio of urbanization has an exponential relation to GDP, and a “N” type relation to sewage discharge as well as underground water resource, which better fitted a cubic curve equation. Through the study we also can see that as the increasing rapid development of urbanization of Shandong Province, the sewage discharge is taking on a rising trend and the underground water resource is reducing as a whole.

Abstract: Nowadays, the green buildings have become an important fashion in construction industry. The green buildings' values for the countries, the investors and the contractors are expounded in this paper.Then green engineering management is the crucial influencing factor for the green buildings. Barriers to the green engineering management, such as cognition, technology, non-integrated codes system and so on also are analyzed in this paper.And in order to promote the development of green engineering management, the correspondingly responsibilities for constructing green buildings are combed and proposed for government administration, guild, research institutes, investors and con- structors.

Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the ecological environment is more and more seriously threatened; most cities should be focused on urban ecological environment construction and protection. In this paper, we choose the vegetation, slope, elevation, surface river system as the factors, and their weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Applying with GIS spatial analysis technique, the ecological sensitivity of the four factors was divided into four grades which contains high sensitive area, moderately sensitive area, low sensitive area and insensitive area areas occupied 9.43%, 36.46%, 50.61% and 3.50%. There existed a significant spatial differentiation in the ecological sensitivity of Enshi city. This study could provide scientific references for the city's environmental protection and economic development, to help its economic growth.

Abstract: Aimed at identifying the key influencing environmental factors of phytoplankton community, we investigated phytoplankton in June 2010 and February 2011 in Poyang Lake. Species from 58 genuses, 32 families and 7 phyla had been found in the investigations, and the major phyla were Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta. The average abundance of phytoplankton in summer and winter were 35.92×105 cell/L and 26.63×105 cell/L, respectively. Even though the unique hydrodynamic conditions of such a water passing lake (during flood seasons Poyang Lake forming a vast lake, but in dry seasons, lake recedes into a channel) make the water environment unstably, Chlorophyta are able to adapt to the conditions and grow well, therefore, the lake was dominated by Chlorophyta, especially Chlorella and Cosmarium, respectively accounting for 56.38 % and 52.10 % of the total abundance in summer and winter. CCA ordination on 12 sampling sites, 58 genuses of phytoplankton and 10 environmental factors demonstrated that there were great geographic differences of water environmental physicochemical conditions in winter, while in summer, it’s not significant, besides, DO, water temperature and nutrients (nitrogen and phosphate) were the most important environmental factors that regulated the distribution of phytoplankton community.
