Abstract: This article analyses various factors, including artificial color and natural color influencing urban color, concludes the controllable factors in city planning, expatiates how to coordinate the relationship between these factors, and stresses on the adjustment of the controllable artificial factors according to the uncontrollable natural factors, and the removal of interference and other problems of pseudo culture factors from the urban color planning.

Abstract: Based on the generalized theory of urban space, according to the urban Research method of the Trinity of history-space-society proposed by Henri Lefebvre, this article incorporates the research of urban space evolution of Huanggang city, which is a typical city of Central China into historical frame and make research of cognition of urban space and space productivity and significance of power network based on from the perspective of diversified historical synchronic segments. Through historical diachronic observation and comparison, the transactional and interactive relationship between evaluation results of historical original features of urban space and power network is concluded so as to reflect the deficiency of urban planning system and draw multitudinous inspirations from history.

Abstract: The paper analyzed development of high and new technology industry zones in foreign countries. The practice mode of high-tech zones are summed up as Science Park, Science City, Technopolis, High-tech Areas, High and New Technology Industries Development Belt, and space form evolution model of high-tech zones are reduced to single point, multipoint and banded structure. Then the paper analyzed mechanism of space form evolution of high-tech zones from aspects of agglomeration and diffusion development. At last, combined with the development of China’s high-tech zones in typical areas, the paper puts forward development trend of space form the evolution of high-tech zones in the future, such as interaction with evolution of urban spatial structure, one zone with multiple parks, replacement of function in old industrial zones, ecological and sustainable development, shape green space, intelligence.

Abstract: This paper mainly generalizes the dilemma of China's urban and rural planning, which are the lag of theoretical research, the lack of planning standards, a shortage of researchers and the missing of implementation for the department.On this basis, we deeply analyze the reasons of this situation, and put forward three aspects of the targeted response,which strengthens legislation to protect, adjusts the teaching system and promotes theoretical research.

Abstract: Based on a thorough research of Shizhong County in Fujian Province, some developing problems have been detected, such as shortage of land, backward transportation, negligence of historical building protection and unused tourism resources. The author puts forwards the planning scheme of the historic town after the study of master plan of Shizhong County, conservation planning of historic town, and tourism develop plan. For historic towns, a coordinated planning pattern is needed. This new pattern should take the master plan as the guideline, and the historical culture protection plan and tourist development plan as strategies. With the unfolding of the three plans, a harmonious development will be achieved.

Abstract: This paper states six ecological thoughts and concepts in ancient China by exploring and analyzing Chinese traditional festivals and festival systems from three aspects, including the relevance between festival systems and traditional agriculture (human and nature,Natural Ecology); the relationship between the people embodied in the ancient traditional festival (interpersonal harmony,Humanistic Ecology); and the Chinese religions involved with conventional ceremonial ritual (Harmony-Integration). This article reveals that a close study of ancient Chinese ecological thoughts has vital significance to construct a harmonious society in China and solve the present ecological crisis.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to understand the progress of urban public security planning. In this study, through literature review and comprehensive analysis on related regulations, firstly the risks of public security were identifies and classified into four categories, including natural disasters, accidental disasters, public hygiene events, and social security events. Secondly the risk mechanism for urban public security was defined. Then the progress of theoretical research on urban public security was summarized.

Abstract: Through questionnaires and household interviews, the author sorted out assumptions and requirements of the elderly in hardware facilities (e.g. residential monomer, external environment, and supporting facilities, etc.) of a residential community. Based on the single factor analysis on above aspects, multi-factor analysis of different regions, different ages of the senior people were also launched to discuss corresponding planning means of hardware facilities in residential community planning.

Abstract: The author investigated the Jiangcheng town changes of layout configuration, network structure and functional partition in its formation, development and decline process, analyzed change factors of the Jiangcheng town, including functional requirements, natural conditions, construction of system and Geomantic view, summarizes the alternate mechanism of the external factors and internal factors.

Abstract: Nowadays Chinese cities have many urban design activities. This paper selects three typical cases of the French urban design, from the macro, meso and micro levels of the three space urban design, hoping to give an inspiration for the urban design to the Chinese cities.
