Abstract: Network-based diagram document online approval management is imperative. Focusing on the development of an enterprise diagram document online management system, this paper defined the task node of diagram documentation approval process, and analyzed the corresponding diagram document approval process. According to the change demand, the diagram document change approval process was subdivided into three sub process: problem report approval, change request approval and change approval, and each main node task of the three sub process has been designed. On this basis, the UML activity diagram model of the document change and approval process was established, which is useful to develop the diagram document online approval management system.

Abstract: Discussion of two classic space-time-frequency coding (STFC) scheme in frequency selective channel transmission problems is given. One utilized the data order inversion and conjugation transform, which makes the quadrature data encoder can no longer be interpreted as orthogonality of channel parameter matrix. Another has data orthogonal pre-processing, which makes each symbol spreading stream uniformly to all sub-channels. The computer simulation results illustrate the theoretical analysis of the paper.

Abstract: The paper considers the problems of almost surely asymptotic stability for neutral stochastic neural networks with multiple time-varying delays. By applying Lyapunov functional method and differential inequality techniques, new sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and almost surely asymptotic stability of neutral stochastic neural networks with multiple time-varying delays are established. The results are shown to be generalizations of some previously published results and are less conservative than existing results.

Abstract: Nowadays, the civil infrastructures are subjected to disasters such as fires, floods, and earthquakes. Recently, the novel concept of Internet of Things (IoT) is known to be useful for managing crisis situations via providing a good disaster management and emergency response information. This paper addresses the civil infrastructure issue of health monitoring and disaster management by introducing IoT technology. A concept of internet of civil infrastructure (IoCI) framework is also proposed in this paper. The proposed framework is a three layered architecture. Among them, the top layer is a wireless sensor network (WSN) client which is deployed in civil infrastructure to perform specific tasks such as sensing, data processing, and acknowledgement. The middle layer is an information exchange web service (IEWS) through which all the information such as sensor data, structural health and location are exchanged, while the remaining layer is a mobile device based information platform for data representation, control, and event notification.

Abstract: In information retrieval, the user cognitive factors on the search process and results have the significant influence. First of all, the user cognitive factors are reasonably acquired and expressed, and then the technology of XML is applied to faceted recommend. Finally, according to the XML key technical characteristics that in the result shows, different cognitive styles and space ability have different display format. To effectively improve the XML retrieval efficiency and customer satisfaction, the methods not only have the certain reference value, and also have important practical significance.

Abstract: The paper proposes a geographic flooding algorithm, maximum distance broadcasting, for a location sinking system within the local mobile ad hoc network (MANET) during parachutists’ airdropping and on-ground assembling procedure. A time division and geographic routing (TD-GR) protocol for this MANET application is presented. Simulations are conducted to verify the feasibility of maximum distance broadcasting and TD-GR protocol.

Abstract: This paper describes a kind of design of wireless communication system based on CC1101 and MSP430 including parts of hardware and software, gives the main program flow, and finally the entire system was tested. Because of its low cost, high reliability, it can be conveniently, separately apply to other serial measurement control system, and to achieve the two-way wireless data transmission.

Abstract: A double sideband suppressed carrier (DSB-SC) achieved by optical balanced detection (OBD) approach with single photo-receiver instead of two is experimentally demonstrated. The OBD not only rejects common mode noises, it also enables the interferometer operating at dark fringe to achieve quantum noise limited (QNL) phase detection.
