The pricing method is analyzed by the example of “Process of grouting polymer cutoff wall for dams and dikes”, and the fully measurement principle for the equipments is conducted with the intellectual property rights in the new technology during the pricing of products, and the pricing method for forming with the price system of new technology products is proposed.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the extended spanning trees elements corresponding to fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) logistics quality. According to extended spanning tree, we establish a logic model of FMCGs logistics quality causal tracing. At last, the paper gives out tracing algorithm and specific tracing process of FMCG logistics quality based on extended spanning tree.

Abstract: The article used a fuzzy time series model to analyze the relationship between the Taiwans ore tramp carrier cargo and the blast furnace plant in Taiwan. Finally, the proposed fuzzy time series model is applied to an empirical study in Taiwan. The results show that the proposed fuzzy time series forecast model produces a lower forecast error. That indicates it is an appropriate forecast tool.

Abstract: Logistics informatization construction is vital to development of manufacturing enterprises. Choosing appropriate logistics informatization construction mode can make manufacturing enterprise save investment under the premise of ensuring their business requirements. Firstly, the paper divided manufacturing enterprises into process manufacturing enterprises, discrete manufacturing enterprises and hybrid manufacturing enterprises in accordance with the organization way of the production process; according to the scale they can be divided into micro-manufacturing enterprises, small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises and large (including group) manufacturing enterprises. Then summed up the main logistics informatization mode and generalized the construction mode of logistics informationization as follows: purchasing commercial software mode, enterprise independent development mode, outsourcing development mode, leasing mode and cooperative development mode. Finally studied different types of manufacturing enterprises should adopt what kind of construction mode of logistics informationization.

Abstract: As far as early 1990s, Japanese manufacturing industry drove the whole international market thanks to its mighty technical capabilities and management techniques (mainly the automotive, electrical and other export-oriented industries). Especially by the use of IE, QC, VE and other effective management techniques for improvement and total cost management, its capable of providing high-quality products at reasonable prices in the international market. However in the 20 years so far, it enters the sudden growth halt period. Especially in the modular products manufacturing industry (mainly electrical apparatuses), it got into hot water at the quickened pace of developing country enterprises, e.g. Samsung in South Korea and Hon Hai of Taiwan. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Japanese manufacturing industry in its period of growth (defined as years 1960 1990) and 20 years of stagnation period thereafter, discloses the strengths and weaknesses of Japanese manufacturing industry, discusses the direction of Chinese enterprises in the future through analyzing the results. In this study, the author will explicitly express the essentiality of active introduction of management techniques for the development of Chinese manufacturing industry utilizing the survey report on Japanese X Railway Companys implementation of the management techniques.

Abstract: An Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to determine the key process in small batch trial process. Combining with the historical data of the key process in the product manufacturing process, similarity theory and data transformation methods, the data capacity relating to the product quality characteristics were enlarged. Through drawing a control chart of the process, the quality control in small batch trial process was realized.

Abstract: The development of agricultural mechanization not only has to consider its development speed, but also should coordinate with economic development. Therefore, taking economic development as the independent variable, and agricultural mechanization development as the dependent variable, the nonlinear relationship model was established. Then, on the basis of forecasting GDP which on behalf of the economic development level, the demands of agricultural mechanization for economic development was predicted. Given the limitations of single forecast model, the nonlinear combination forecast models based on BP neural network was established to forecast the development relationship between economic and agricultural mechanization. The predicted results show that the fitting mean absolute percentage error is 2.61% for the relationship of economic development with agricultural mechanization development, and the fitting mean absolute percentage error is 2.14% for the GDP, which are all far less than the fitting error of traditional forecast models. The validation forecast was carried out; the results show that the combined forecast model can effectively improve the prediction accuracy. The demand of agricultural mechanization for economic development was forecasted from 2012 to 2020 in China using the established nonlinear combined forecast model based on BP neural network. The results show that the demand of total power of agricultural machinery for economic will be 1232298.2 MW by 2015 and 1560579.6 MW by 2020.

Abstract: According to the problems of the footwear packaging boxes presented in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, this research proposes an optimization strategy to design a series of standard footwear packaging boxes. This strategy consists of two main parts, the optimization design of plane size and the optimization design of height size. The first part is targeted to maximize the comprehensive weighted plane utilization rate and meanwhile meet the total amount limitation of plane size. During this process, the plane size of each inner shoebox, the K-medoids algorithm and bin packing patterns are used. The second part is targeted to maximize the comprehensive weighted space utilization rate within the limited boxes amount and in this part, multiple lengths of inner shoeboxes and linear 0-1 programming is used for the optimization design. Finally, with the data obtained from enterprise production practices, the empirical study shows the optimization strategy's effectiveness and adaptability to solve practical problem.

Abstract: To organize the experts rationally and facilitate the sharing of expert knowledge, an expert knowledge map framework based on social network analysis (SNA) for ship-block scheduling is proposed. The function of expert knowledge map is analyzed, and the approaches of SNA based knowledge map building are introduced. Then, the network structure was analyzed quantitatively to find the factors that hold back the spreading and innovating of knowledge by SNA. The result indicates that SNA can offer the reliable basis on how to take strong measures to organize the experts, which can improve the expert knowledge map’s structure and the effectiveness of knowledge navigation and sharing.
