Abstract: As for the typeIassembly line balancing problem in complex products, the mathematical model of optimization goal is established with its optimization goal of minimizing the number of workstations as well as minimizing the differences in assembly complex relationship, and with the introduction of the framework of cultural evolution, a multi-cultural particle swarm algorithm is presented. The algorithm used arranged code so that the particle can still be able to meet the job constraints after its been decoded; using crowded distance to sort operator and remove the extra particles, in order to ensure a uniform distribution of the Pareto front; in order to improve the efficiency of the convergence of the algorithm, we adjust the flight parameters of particle basing on the dynamic changes in crowding distance. Through the comparison of standard test problems with other algorithms, we indicate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: Qingdao appliance industrial cluster is large-sized enterprises being as the core research of industrial cluster has been inadequate. The object of this paper is to prepare for building a fruitful theoretical model of industrial development with reasonable micro foundations of Qingdao, and study the transition of economics. The result shows that appliances industrial cluster of Qingdao is institution to complement the market for attaining successful industrial development, and it is exactly the problem that this paper attempts to solve.

Abstract: The paper studies on adjustment conduct of Chinas manufacturing listed enterprises debt ratio from a dynamic perspective,and uses system GMM method to estimate focuses on 336 Chinas manufacturing listed enterprises dynamic panel data from 2002 to 2008. Results show that Chinas manufacturing listed enterprises have strong rationality and objective optimal debt ratio level. Companies can only make partial adjustment after deviating from optimal debt ratio level because of the adjustment costs,the adjustment speed is about 0.12,the corresponding adjustment half-period is 3.15 years,which is consistent with the traditional static trade-off theory.

Abstract: Food safety is a challenge not only faced by a single firm but the whole food supply chain. Traditionally, food supply chain is simply recognized as a system. Instead, it is a complex adaptive system (CAS). In this paper, we investigate the complex adaptive features of food supply chain, and propose four main food safety influencing factors: environment sanitation, safety awareness, information sharing and technology level. Then based on CAS, a quantitative model for safety evaluation of food supply chain is set up. This paper helps us to better understand the problems and phenomena in food supply chain.

Abstract: The generation of supply chain finance provides a guarantee for the normal and efficient operation of the supply chain. More and more scholars have been paying attention on how to avoid the capital chain scission in the entire supply chain, give play to the guiding role of the core enterprise of credit in the supply chain. This paper summarizes the forming background and reasons of supply chain financial, and introduces the current stage of the theory research through the literature review, and on this basis it puts forward development prospects of supply chain finance in the new materials industry.

Abstract: In order to respond to rapidly changing manufacturing environment and market, supply chain must be flexible, adaptable and reconfigurable. The potentials of changes in organization structure caused by changes in businesses must be taken into consideration during structural modeling of the supply chain. These can be accomplished with a fractal-based architecture. A structure model with the properties of self-similarity, self-organization, self-optimization, goal-orientation, dynamics and vitality is proposed in this paper. Fractal-based nature of the supply chain can be analyzed and optimized with the model, which adapts quickly to the dynamical change of the market.

Abstract: A rolling horizon framework for the dynamic assignment and sequencing of trucks to jobs consisting of picking up and delivering full truckloads when requests for service arise on a continuous basis. A mathematical formulation of the problem faced at each stage is presented; its solution allows for the dynamic reassignment of trucks to loads. Loads have associated time windows for pickup and delivery, and the objective function includes explicit penalty cost for not serving a particular load. A solution algorithm is presented and implemented, and computational results are presented.

Abstract: This paper abstracts the railway fuel supply system into a logistics system composed of a single supplier and multiple demand suppliers.By comprehensively considering inventory costs, procurement costs and transportation costs,the paper establishes a railway fuel inventory -transportation integrated optimization model based on VMI to study a single order quantity within a cycle and determine the order number and the transport routes. This paper adopt the iterative method and genetic algorithm to solve the model and eventually reaching the target of minimizing the overall cost of the rail fuel system.

Abstract: Some people said the 21st century enterprise competition is the competition between industries, so force of the modern enterprise operation and management in upstream and downstream toward the industry chain to extend and expand, so also grows the hot topic in the supply chain management. Early supply chain management is a tandem management mode and method, pays great attention to the enterprise information flow, logistics and cash flow between the track and manage, however, with the modern network communication technology transformation and the artificial intelligence technology of application, make upstream and downstream firms in the supply chain won the equal access to information, ability, information becomes more transparent, become a kind of resources and even became a service, in order to better satisfy the supply chain and the corresponding different users for information needs, must use more intelligent management means of supply chain. This paper, starting from the concept, intelligent supply chain of the supply chain implementation, content networking technologies application and future prospects from several aspects such as how to explore new generation network technology with implementation and impose the supply chain.
