Abstract: SLP method is one kind of rational layout methods with strongly logicality and it stresses that logistics analysis is closely combined with the relationship of functional zones. Through repeated modifications and adjustments in the process of applying the method, the result has a strong practicality.Combining with the particularity of fresh products logistics, this paper improved the traditional SLP method including basic logistics elements analysis and calculating the area,and proved the new method through a case.

Abstract: In order to guarantee manufacturing enterprise to choose the most effective manufacturing mode it’s essential to evaluate relative effectiveness of manufacturing mode of manufacturing system. A fuzzy data envelopment analysis/assurance region evaluation method is proposed. Assurance region prevents input and output parameters from being ignored or interdependent in excess during the process of evaluating manufacturing modes. Triangular fuzzy number is adopted to represent uncertain input and output parameters of complex manufacturing system. By introducing cuts to calculate upper and lower bound of fuzzy effectiveness of manufacturing mode. Ranking method based on fuzzy effectiveness bound is provided to determine the manufacturing mode with the optimal relative performance. An example demonstrates the validity of proposed method.

Abstract: With the increasingly fierce contention marine resources and space, marine engineering equipment manufacturing (referred to as MEEM) industry to become a strategic pillar industry of the coastal countries and regions. In October 2010, the State Council issued a document which defined MEM industry is one of the strategic emerging industries to cultivate during the 12th Five-Year Plan From the three support aspects of the industry, market demand, industry and the development environment, the paper build a index system to evaluate MEEM development potential, apply AHP and variation coefficient method to weight for each indicator empowerment, and then according to the MEEM development potential evaluation value, and provide a reference for regional MEM industry development ideas.

Abstract: When solving facility layout problem for the digital workshop to optimize the production, the traditional genetic algorithm has its flaws with slow convergence speed and that the accuracy of the optimal solution is not ideal. This paper analyzes those weak points and proposed an improved genetic algorithm according to the characteristics of multi-species and variable-batch production mode. The proposed approach improved the convergence speed and the accuracy of the optimal solution. The presented model of GA also has been tested and verified by simulation.

Abstract: Entering the 20th century, human technology keeps changing constantly and is developing with high acceleration. Intelligent information communication services not only shorten the communication distance on earth but also bring multiple life-convenient tools. Sustainable development has become the critical issue that all human beings would inevitably face with, take responsibility, and think about deeply. On one hand, industrial pioneers and initiatives have motivated technological development; on the other hand, it even would abuse the earths natural resources; hence, business organizations need to pay more attention to conserve resources and manage their environmental impact. In other words, at the same time taking natural resources from the earth, organizations should think about how to give feedback to the earth. Consequently, organizations are enforced to make great efforts in becoming responsible earth citizens and doing well on enterprise ethics as well as improving corporate social responsibility to the utmost. This would cause the whole society to focus more on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the awareness of carrying out human beings natural duty of enhancing sustainable development of human and the earth. In this study, a questionnaire survey to verify the validity of its affiliates.

Abstract: R&D activities have become the embodiment of an enterprise's core competitiveness. Based on the classic AJ model, this paper constructs the expected profit model in the non-cooperation, cooperation and social welfare maximizing conditions, and analyses the behavior effects to R&D and production behavior in the heterogeneous complementary enterprises. Through comparing Nash equilibrium R&D investment and production output, we conclude that R&D behavior plays a positive role on the cooperation between the heterogeneous complementary enterprises.

Abstract: To advance with the times is the intrinsic properties of Marxist outlook on science and technology and the new outlook on science and technology in the scientific concept of development is the updated sublimate of Marxist outlook on science and technology. The outlook on development of modern science and technology is of an advanced kind and it is also an outlook on development which unifies laws of scientific and technological development with science and technologys satisfying in itself the demands of a society. At the present time, building a well-off society in an all round way and establishing a harmonious society in China is facing up to new situations whereas establishing a harmonious society needs a new outlook on development of science and technology matching with such a practice.

Finally, we builds international student education quality guarantee system evaluation model based on rough sets and support vector machine, and verifies the science and feasibility of this model by instance.
