Abstract: Nanometer three Coordinate Measuring Machine (Naro-CMM) has got fast development especially in the advancement of modern technology. Platform is an important part of the Naro-CMM, paper puts forward a new way to drive platform. “Planar” mode is adopted, and the power module is designed based on L6234PD, the experimental results express that the positioning accuracy of the platform reaches nanometer accuracy. So the drive method satisfied the demand of this platform’s movement.

Abstract: This article using AMESim and Simulink software co-simulation technology and appropriate software to establish the simulation model of the key components of the steering system, it is found the factor which affect vehicle handling and stability of steering system in the structure by analyzing the impact of various parameters on the car steering system. It is to verify the feasibility of the model and study how steering system of all kinds of main factor to influence the vehicle steering stability through Simulink and AMESim software co-simulation results cf vehicle steering stability GB experiments.

Abstract: For the dispersion problem of the widespread sensors in the R & D process of measuring instruments, this paper proposes a practical method for the automatic calibration of linearity error. Meanwhile, it takes the pressure sensor as an example to describe different calibration methods such as using the hardware, the combination of software and hardware, using the software.

Abstract: As for a wide variety of faults that happen frequently during the aluminum electrolysis process, a new method of multi-fault diagnosis method using neural network based on immune genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed. IGA has the abilities of searching for global optima and better convergence. By applying these abilities and the diagnosis characteristics of the aluminum electrolysis process, the study builds the layered fault diagnosis model structure . The results of simulations show that this model is of the better ability of convergent on whole solution space and the capacity of fast learning than that of the traditional fault diagnosis model, therefore, the method worths applying widely.

Abstract: The auto-loader is the core part and the key technique in the weapon system of tank.This paper mainly introduces and discusses the structural principle and the failure causes of auto-loader,using PLC reforms the hardware circuit of auto-loader simulator,besides setts common faults in the auto-loader simulator,finally the teacher checks the ability of the student through the touch screen.It is feasible on the result of the technique emulation and supports the maintenance training of auto-loader.

Abstract: A integrated control strategy for medium-frequency (MF) induction heating system is presented in this paper. The output power regulation of MF-induction heating system used repetitive-Fuzzy PID integrated control, which can enhance the ability of the control system to withstand the parameter variations and nonlinear uncertain disturbances, and improve the dynamic characteristic of the control system; the digital phase-locked loop (DPLL) was applied to control the output frequency of MF-induction heating, which reduce the losses of switching components and improve the efficiency of the overall control system. The experimental results show that the proposed control scheme can endow the MF-induction heating power supply system with good steady state and dynamic performance and the power modulation control system can keep better precise control quality, output power adjustment quickly, high output power factor and verify the validity of the proposed integrated control strategy.

Abstract: Currently, the development of our pipeline inspection technology is rapidly, pipeline inspection robots were widely used , it providing scientific and accurate detection data for pipeline maintenance and overhaul. The accurate localization datas provided by pipeline robots are the basis for pipeline maintenance and overhaul.This paper describes the running Principle of mileage wheel, detailly analysis the reasons of the mileage wheel localization errors according problems appeared.finally, proposed methods to improve pipeline inspection robot mileage wheel localization accuracy briefly.

Abstract: In order to improve the fuel economy and to reduce emission of the hybrid vehicle, according to between the power flow distribution and energy utilization with two or more than two of energy flow of the hybrid vehicle, was put forward to use adaptive fuzzy control law and LMS (Least Means Squares) to integrated simulate for power source. Pinciple of control algorithm was introduced, and control rules have been setup. Through the case to verify, the simulation results show that the control method is reliable and effective, and the disturbance input of the same torque, fluctuation of the engine rotation is from the 15% by traditional method down to 1.2%~3% and the operation area of the power source is mainly located in the economic area.

Abstract: The Jacobian matrix represents the relationship of the linear mapping between the space velocity of robot operation and joint space velocity, which is the important link in the process of robot control. According to analyzing the gesture character of the inspection robot when it gets over the obstacles. This paper sets up the dynamitic model of robot by utilizing D-H. Based on that, it builds the Jacobian matrix by adopting differential transformation method, which establishes the foundation of the robots motion planning and real-time control.

Abstract: Replaceable refiner plate includes bars, bar-fastenings and basical plate used for refining of lignocellulosic and other natural or synthetic fibrous materials in the manufacture of paper and related products. The plate includes a pattern of bars and grooves defined by a plate cell, which is the basis of formation of the plate. A method of manufacture provides bar set based on factors including pumping angle, plate cell angle and angle of osculation. Bars and bar-fastenings with the same length are arranged in the set in a certain form.
