Abstract: In order to study the components temperature and the transmission oil temperature that flowing through the components of vehicle transmission device, based on the basic theory of heat transfer, this paper establishes heat production model, component temperature model and transmission oil temperature model of the vehicle transmission, calculates the models coupling and iterative, compares the calculating results with testing results. The results show that the maximum relative error of transmission temperature between the calculating results and the testing results is less than 10%.

Abstract: Disc Sickle; Acoustic Emission evaluation; pitting corrosion damage Abstract. By the pitting corrosion simulation test in the laboratory, the law that the Disc Sickle corrosion degree and AE signal vary with corrosion time has been studied, and relationship curve between corrosion damage and AE parameter has been obtained. This explains that AE technology can be used for detecting forepart pitting corrosion, researching the law of pitting corrosion development, and evaluating corrosion damage.

Abstract: Abstract. To extract the AE signal feature effectively, an automatically operating blind source separation method is presented. The blind deconvolution algorithm is discussed for the non-stationary AE signals to eliminate the noise through minimizing the mutual information to get the separating matrix. Finally, the experimental result is indicated that the mixing noise of the AE signals in the collecting process can be eliminated by this method, and the individual extensional and flexural wave modes can be separated, which can provides the theory analysis basis for the crack recognition of wind turbine blade.

Abstract: The mechanical excavator is the essential equipment for open-pit mining. The rotary platform is main bearing part of the excavator, stiffness and strength are directly related to the safety of the excavator. The rotary platform of a mechanical excavator is applied as the research object. The Shell181 and Solid 95 unit are used to establish finite element model based on analyzing the structural characteristics. MPC technology is applied to solve the coupling problem of the shell and the solid element. Taking the total weight of platform as the objective function of optimization, stiffness and strength condition as constraint conditions, the section thickness of the platform main components as the design variables, the structural optimization of the platform has been completed, and the weight decrease by 6.55%. A new way has been explored to make the design of platform structure more economic and reasonable, and improve the design efficiency.

Abstract: Usually, there are serious tooth-period errors in the process of grinding Involute gears on a worm wheel gear grinding machine. Being based on the process characteristics of grinding involute gears using a worm grinding wheel, radial errors and tangential errors of worm wheel gear grinding machine are analyzed. And conclusions for profile errors to be effected are given.

Abstract: Abstract. The drill-pipe bending is a plastic with complex loads. The ratio for wall thickness to tube radius is out of the limitation of thin-walled shell. Contrary to general drill-pipe, the URRS is not elastic but plastic. Beam element cannot be used to URRS because the cross-section is changed during bending. Contrary to buckling theory, the sizes of two bending axes changed independently by using of 3D FEM simulation, and the secondary bending axis is based on loads degree whether it expands or contracts. The simulation extends the deformation theory of drill-pipe bending. The deformation of pipe cross-section is weakly dependent on the backpressure absolution, compared with the pressure difference between inner and outer. The FEM simulation well agrees with the experiments results.

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem that is low precision, slow speed and time consuming, which come out when selecting by artificial. This paper developed an automatic selection machine of cylinder length, which use advanced PLC controller to take the place of conventional mechanical control type. Moreover, it employs synchronous controllable automatic loading and automatic material distribution mechanism, greatly improved control precision and efficiency. Save production cost due to use contacting sensors. Rotary disk type and feeding integral type design pattern reduce the complex of mechanism, and selection speed can reach 120-200 every minute, it realizes the purpose of accuracy and fast.

Abstract: Through using the ICEM CFD software , we make a model and mesh division to one of the aspiration drum precision seeding mechanisms negative pressure chamber. And we reuse software ANSYS FLUENT to make simulation analysis of the negative pressure chamber for flow field . The conclusion reflects the distributor in the suction of air distribution in the process of the situation correctly. That provides references for distributor structure optimization design, and provides the guidance for experiment so as to save manpower, material resources and the time.

Abstract: With axial position method, In and out cutting point is accurately obtained in separate low frequency axial vibration drilling. So the working angles of the drill, the cutting force and other parameters are accurately calculated during the cutting time in the vibration drilling. The theory calculating formula of the high of the exit burr is derived based on the forming mechanism of the exit burr in drilling. The calculating result of the high of the exit burr is well identical with the experiment result. This research is based for the parameters optimization in low frequency axial vibration drilling.
