Abstract: This paper presents a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation research for the interior flow field of laminar cooling during hot strip mills. Based on analysis of the flow field, the interior model of cooling is designed precisely, and the result establishes foundation for improving the control precision of cooling control system.

Abstract: Vehicle tire tread pattern is an important part of vehicle tire and also an important object concerned by the police workers who want to deduce or identify the suspected vehicle tire through the tire pattern impression left on the crime scene, which is routinely reflected by tire pattern impression on the surface tire rolled through. In this paper, the characteristics of vehicle tire pattern and its application in forensic science was analyzed and summarized in accordance with cases, based on the analysis of the process of production and using. The research indicated that the tire pattern not only has type characteristics corresponding to vehicle type, but also may have some new individual characteristics in the process of production and using in special condition. The morphological characteristics of tire pattern can be reflected more or less by the tire impression which left on road, clothes or body skin. With the development of trace extraction and enhancement technology, the morphological characteristics of tire pattern in tire impression will be used to deduce vehicle type or identify the suspected vehicle tire, which will play an important role in forensic evidence.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a new type of pure rolling automobile steering mechanism, which is verified accord with the Ackerman principle, also, through the software ADAMS, simulates and analyses the motion performance and the transmission force of this mechanism compared with traditional Ackerman Steering.

Abstract: The solar photovoltaic water pumping system has the advantage of pollution-free, fuel consumption less and etc., promotion the application of photovoltaic water pumping can alleviate the arid and remote areas without electric mountain agriculture and living water shortage problems, then improve the people's living standards. But the traditional photovoltaic water pumps have not the energy storage function, the only apply in outdoor light or strong sunshine intensity conditions, these factors limit the application range and increase the cost. A novel photovoltaic pumping systems with energy storage technology was proposed and study in this paper, the system uses scalable energy storage technology, greatly expanded the application range of the pump, the photovoltaic energy storage controller and photovoltaic pump speed controller were development and implementation. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of the proposed system are verified by the experimental results.

Abstract: According to the special requirements of the redundant input drive system in the aerospace field, a scheme of dual-redundancy transmission system is presented and it meets the requirements that one axis can output movements no matter two input axes are working together or working alone. Based on the analysis of the scheme, structure design scheme is presented, and the matching relationship of gear teeth is derived to meet the requirement of transmission ratio. Then the multidisciplinary design optimization model of the dual-redundancy transmission system is established, in which the system is discomposed into two subsystems: differential gear train and fixed axis gear train. The multidisciplinary variable couple design optimization method of discrete variable is used in the optimal design of dual-redundancy transmission system and the optimal comprehensive scheme is obtained.

Abstract: Monolithic die often early failure due to tangential cracking in the production process of the bush by cold extrusion; Derived through theoretical calculations based on the study of the bush forming process technology, a reasonable interference quantity, contact stress, designed to double-deck prestressed sectional female die, established a reasonable boundary conditions of the finite element model; using ANSYS Workbench as a platform, the work process of the double-deck prestressed sectional female die are studied by numerical simulation, preliminary forecast of the distribution of the stress field of the sectional female die in no-load and work process, compared to the working strength of the original monolithic die, verified the superiority of prestressed sectional female die, provided a valuable reference for the actual production.

Abstract: This study designs an automatic outside wrapping machine of sewing thread barrel according to analysis of manual outside wrapping technology and principle on sewing thread barrel. And it makes a design and development towards the mechanical, pneumatic and control systems of this machine. It brings positive significance for the improvements of productive effect of textile enterprises by verifying various functions with the packaging test developed by the packing production line of sewing thread bar.

Abstract: A kind of microfluidic chip based on dielectrophoresis(DEP) is designed for the purpose of trapping two particles with different sizes. In order to reach the purpose, the microfluidic chip is designed and fabricated. The results show that the chip can complete pairing two particles with different sizes successfully.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high-heating and motor burning for the vapor recovery pump, this paper designs a low heating pump with some radiating mechanical measures, which are improving the structure of the flame arrester, using PTFE diaphragm and adding the heat sink. The structure and the operating principle of the pump are given. All indicated that the flame arrester has a reasonable structure, can effectively improve the inlet and outlet exhaust efficiency. And by using PTFE diaphragm and the heat sink, the friction of the piston and the piston cavity is reduced and the heat dissipating efficiency is increased.
