Abstract: Kinematics analysis based on the structure parameters of SCY14-1B type axial piston pump is taken in this paper, and the motion laws of the pistons relative to the cylinder block and the swash plate are got. A matlab simulation of the motion law is taken and the comparison between theoretical analysis and simulated results is very good. We get the following conclusions: The displacement, velocity and acceleration of the motion of the piston relative to the swash plate is simple harmonic.The motion trajectory of the piston relative to the swash plate is an ellipse. The swash plate angle has a significant effect on the motion of the piston, which will inevitably affect the instantaneous flow rate of the pump and flow pulsation coefficient.

Abstract: It can obtain intrinsic mode function (IMF) of signal wave with empirical mode decomposition (EMD) in harmonic analysis of power system. Harmonic frequency, amplitude and duration can be obtained through analysis of IMFs. Through EMD analysis on distortion waveform of single-phase AC inverter output as an example, combined with applied scene of distorted voltage, cause of distortion waveform can be deduced. The result shows that EMD analysis on non-stationary signals is of good performance, and a new substitute method of FFT transform in harmonic analysis.

Abstract: The test rig of two-span rotor-bearing system with rub-impact and crack faults was constructed. The vibration of the rotor-bearing system was observed for different conditions, such as single rub-impact fault, double rub-impact faults and coupling faults of rubbing and crack. The 3D-waterfall spectrum of rotor system was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system during faults. The results indicate there appears 6-superharmonic frequency component on double rub-impact faults. The amplitudes of subharmonic frequencies decrease obviously and it of superharmonic frequencies increases on coupling faults of rubbing and crack, and the superharmonic frequency components are different obviously in different span.

Abstract: Through methods, such as microscope analysis, mechanical analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination etc, the causes resulting in water wall tube bursting of 600MW station boiler have been analyzed. The result indicates this water wall tube burst is the high temperature creep fracture. The higher operating temperature, microstructure aging and high temperature strength degradation are the primarily inducement of bursting failure. In welding tube, the measures of reducing residual stress, such as lower welding heat input, reducing thickness of welding layer, assigning reasonably heat treatment power, lengthening holding time and so on, were taken. The welding repair succeeded greatly.

Abstract: The force status of pendulum rod support in cooling bed carrying plate device is analyzed. According to the work characteristic of pendulum rod, pendulum rod support model is created by ANSYS software. And static and modal analysis is taken. The analysis results dedicate that the support has bigger comparatively safety coefficient and have some material waste. The improving design program is come up with in order to achieve optimization design.

Abstract: In order to improve long-term durability of bioprosthetic heart valve, stress distribution of bioprosthetic heart valve leaflets with different shapes and suture density under the same load is analyzed and compared based on finite element method.The finite element analysis results are compared with each valve model, it shows that suture density has a significant effect on the dynamic behavior of the bioprosthetic heart valve, which may lead not only to different stress peak values, but also to different stress distributions and deformation. This work can be very helpful when manufacturing the bioprosthetic heart valve.

Abstract: Glass lens molding process is a high-volume fabrication method for producing optical components. In this paper, combined with thermal-mechanical coupled analysis and finite element method (FEM) simulation, An axisymmetric model of the GMP is built. Based on this model, FEM on the basis of the commercial FEM software MSC.Marc is conducted to study the pressing process in glass molding. The effects of molding temperature, pressing velocity, and friction on maximum residual stress are calculated. The result shows that the stress decreases at the higher molding temperature, lower pressing velocity and friction.

Abstract: As for the structural features and the characteristics of fiber-reinforced rubber of a shock absorber for vehicle, this paper mainly focuses on its deformation and static characteristic analysis. A shock absorber whose type is JW2-5202 was analyzed in its performance characteristics of deformation with variations in cord elastic modulus and cord angle. According to the finite element analysis on the load vs. the displacement, and the internal pressure vs. the displacement, the results are in accordance with the test ones.
