Abstract: The thesis adopts the SLP (System Layout Plan) to analyze the collected data of new PMS medical cable assembly product, manufacturing process and production material flow with the use of different tools, combined with constrained conditions related of the new facility to plan the process layout of the PMS medical cable assembly line, then adoptscorrelation analysismethods from production line balance theory and material flow project theory to improve layout of production line, so that the material transit distance could be shortened, the cost could be reduced and the balance rate of the production line could be improved. This thesis will be introduced by presenting the way of gathering solution for an example step by step.

Abstract: Our project cost control is mostly concentrated in the construction phase cost control , tends to ignore the costs of the operational phase control. For the maintenance and repair of the existing bridge structure , this paper proposed the concept of life-cycle cost, had a detailed analysis of the composition of the life cycle cost.Based on the discount rate , and used the application of engineering principles of economics, proposed optimization mathematical model of the life cycle cost ,and gave the life-cycle cost analysis for bridge maintenance program with examples ,verified the validity of the model and the implementation of the need for life-cycle cost analysis, and it had practical significance for bridge maintenance phase of cost control.

Abstract: Reducing transport energy consumption and pollution emissions play an important role in the national energy security and protection of the ecological environment. Based on the status quo and main constraints of Chinese transport energy conservation and emission reduction, this paper discusses the recent behavior strategies to achieve the goal, from the five perspectives of technology, structure, management, institution and travel mode.

Abstract: Advanced planning and scheduling system's (APS) implementation and operation process for elaborating a production schedule in a production environment similar to what is found in industries. The main characteristics and restrictions of a real production environment were thus considered, such as multi-level structure products, production routes with sequential, parallel and alternative operations, more than one resource per operation and alternative resources. In terms of results, this study provides an overview of the main steps involved in the implementation and operational process of an APS system in an industry, providing an important indicator for choosing and using this sort of system. The expectations of APS systems have been high, both from academia and industry in the subject area of manufacturing planning and control. Relative the massive interest there has not been much written about how APS systems are used in practice and what effects an APS approach really results in.

Abstract: To accumulate human resources and strengthen the core competitiveness in an company, the assessment method of maintenance training effectiveness based on cloud models is provided. This method blends together the subjective and objective information. At the same time, the method integrates the fuzzy and random completely, achieves the mutual conversion of qualitative and quantitative assessment, and deals with the uncertainty of the system assessment indexes effectively. On the other hand, the final results of the assessment can provide explicit improvement suggestions to ensure the continuous improvement of the training. Combined with an example, the method is validated finally.

Abstract: Aerospace launch mission security evaluation relates to multiple index factors and there is a certain correlation between each factor, which results in many issues such as index information overlap, structure of the index system complex and evaluation inaccurate. In this paper, use the human factor of aerospace launch mission security index system as the example, apply the SPSS software to analyze the indexes of human factor, reduce the lots of original indexes into several principal factors that can express the information of original indexes. In this way, simplify the original index system structure, realize the optimization of index system and provide a reference for the establishment of a scientific index system.

Abstract: Under informationization, with the development of the technology, equipment becomes more and more complex, which has placed an increasing demand on the innovation of the design theory and methods to equipment support training. However, the methodology to develop the equipment support training is still in the traditional way. There is a lack of the general design on the training system and the systematic analysis of the training requirements. Based on the ISD process, using the IDEF0 modeling technique, a design theory framework for the design of equipment support training is proposed. The theory framework provides a basis for the further study on the establishment of the effective, cost efficient equipment support training system.

Abstract: As an important personality characteristic, affect can influence the organizational behavior and individual performance [1,2,, and affect study has obtained more and more attention in the field of organizational behavior and personality psychology. Positive affect (PA) and negative affect (NA) are considered as the basic structural dimensions of self-report affect experience and have been confirmed by trans-cultural studies[4,5,. The so-called PA is the tendency of experiencing happy of an individual, while NA is the tendency of experiencing unhappy of an individual[. Scholars have designed different schedules to measure PA and NA and study relationship between them, and have certified the dualistic structure of PA/NA, but they are mutually independent two dimensions, thus there still exists more or less relevancy and no unanimous viewpoint is formed[8,.

Abstract: Operations research theory of stochastic service at fast food restaurants, banks, video-on-demand, and web access should be extensive. This paper is a study of the design of its video-on-demand system model. We design and built a specific mathematical model, and analysis of algorithms and test results. We propose video stream control method based on popularity, and the popularity of the program is divided into two types of popular and unpopular, analysis of the system instantaneous transition probability, and designs the popularity of video streaming bandwidth prediction formula. The results show that this method can effectively save server resources, and improve the level of service of video. This queuing analysis method can also be applied in other similar random service system.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors affecting housing rental affordability of newly-graduates in metropolises in China. Social survey of questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi interview are the three main approaches applied in this paper. Factors affecting housing rental affordability of newly-graduates in metropolises are determined upon the sample of 4 biggest cities in China
