Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the popularity of e-commerce platform and the people's growing material needs, urban goods traffic has increased significantly in recent years. Motor vehicle as urban transport, due to its disadvantages, such as the high price and long time-consuming, is difficult to serve as the backbone. Therefore, developing a new way of urban transport is very essential. City subway in china is a flourishing industry. If we can combine the subway and local transport organically, and develop an energy-saving, environmental protection, safety and efficient way of local logistics, technical innovation in logistics industry is in store. This paper is the exploration on this idea.

Abstract: With the global economic integration of the sustainable development, international companies increased investment in China as well as numerous international projects in favor of ' made in China ', project logistics in China is being closely watched by construction industry. It is important significance of the high risk of project logistics solutions for risk assessment in the meticulous management of engineering project and under the trend of risk control requirements. Based on the T hydropower project as an example, first this article analysis the hydropower equipment logistics risk factors through the Hall of three-dimensional risk factors for three dimensional analysis model, then according to the method of fault tree analysis, from qualitative and quantitative perspectives on risk for the occurrence of the minimum cut sets, the minimum path sets, top event probability and the probability importance degree are analyzed .Through the analysis of the results, it may occur in the process of risk for large equipment logistics and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures.

Abstract: In the paper, we apply the entropy of information theory to analyze the uncertain influence of 3E (Energy-Economy-Environment) system in Beijing. We set up the optimization decision-making model of Beijing 3E index system based on the entropy. We use environment system as a case to test this method and analyze the result. For the indicator with great influence ,we deal with and analyze the real data of Beijing in the past ten years and give an reasonable decision support proposal.

Abstract: With a review of literature on influential factors and evaluation models of energy efficiency in China, the research identified industry structure, technology, and energy consumption structure as major factors having effects on energy efficiency. The research discovered that industry structure was the leading factor contributing to energy efficiency, and there was no agreement on how and to what extent the industry structure impacts energy efficiency. Researches also indicated that the improvement of energy consumption structure enhanced energy efficiency. Technology innovation generally improved energy efficiency, but the effect may fluctuate over time. Latest studies tend to apply total-factor analysis incorporating more factors into inputs and outputs when measuring energy efficiency. A review indicated that DEA models were more practical technique when addressing total-factor energy efficiency.

Abstract: Based on the co-integration test, error correction model and vector autoregressive model, the empirical analysis results show a long-term co-integration relationship between economic growth and energy utilization in China, energy consumption increased by 1%, GDP will increase by 1.342%. In order to raise the efficiency of energy utilization during China's economic development, suggestions like saving energy conservation, reducing emission and recycling economy have been proposed.

Abstract: The envelope of traditional buildings have been so far designed and constructed only to protect the building from damage of sun, wind, snow, rain, and so on. There have been much direct and indirect renewable energy wasted. The key points of the new idea are that well make the envelope become a multi-function element, besides doing usual function it can provide the following functions: 1) collecting solar energy for heating for the buildings;2) catching wind for natural air conditioning ;3) planting on roof, wall and in window to provide beautiful color, sweet smell and helpful conditions for peoples psychology and physiology. This paper will abstractly explain our researches in this field.

Abstract: Since the electricity coal prices in China liberalizing, the negotiation between coal enterprises and electricity enterprises is often an impasse on the annual coal ordering meeting, which causes "the conflict of coal". The two sides each sticks to his argument on coal prices without mutual concessions, and eventually broken the deadlock by the government to step in price negotiations, or the two sides finally signed contract in few number, even amount of priceless. Coal and power are seen as important energy of our country, the standoff relation between coal and electricity will affect the entire national economy development. Under this background, what the conflict of coal and electricity prices impact will make on national economic development has become a problem that worth exploring.

Electricity Consumption Analysis Using Demographic Variables Case Study – Nakhonratchasima, Thailand
Abstract: Electricity energy is vital in social and economic for nation development. The electricity consumption analysis plays an important role for sustainable energy and electricity resources management in the future. In this paper, the influence of demographical variables on the annual electricity consumption in Nakhonratchasima has been investigated by multiple regression analysis. It is founded that the electricity consumption correlated with four demographic variables, which are the number of electricity consumers, the amount of high speed diesel usages, the number of industrial factory and the number of employed labor force. The historical electricity consumption and all variables for the period 20022010 have been analyzed in 8 models for electricity prediction in 2011. In conclusion, the effective model has been selected by comparison of adjusted R2, mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean squared error (RMSE) of the proposed models. Model 8 is acceptable in relation to electricity consumption analysis with adjusted-R2, RMSE and MAE equal to 0.9980, 0.7540% and 0.6095% respectively. The results indicate that the model using all four variables has strong ability to predict future annual electricity consumption with 4,195,837,877 kWh in 2011.

Abstract: In recent decades, China has been witnessing the steadily rising momentum of energy demand with the rapid improvement of industrialization and urbanization. The energy efficiency in regions of China is studied in this paper in the context of DEA analysis. We find that most of regions are just catching up in energy efficiency, and there is no evident innovative effect.
