Abstract: E-cash should be spent anonymously in normal circumstances, while in many schemes, the trusted authority is the only one who acts as customer-tracer and e-coin-tracer for preventing illegal transactions, but it is not the case in the reality. In our practical scheme, the bank traces double-spenders without the help of others, and the trusted third party traces e-coins and the owner only when the customer is involved in crimes. When customers lose their e-coins for some reasons, the loss-tracing can be triggered in our scheme which is neglected by almost all existing schemes, so if the lost coins haven't been spent by anyone, the customers can get the refund from the bank. And then the security proofs for our E-cash scheme are provided in the random oracle model.

Abstract: Ontology similarity calculation and ontology mapping are important research topics in information retrieval. One method for ontology similarity measure is using multi-dividing approach. Assume that the notation and terminology used but undefined in this paper can be found in [4] and [5]. We show that the assumption of strict ordering of xi*can be relaxed to allow some ties in the likelihood ratio. The same proof remains true if we consider equivalence classes defined by the likelihood ratio and relabel xi* as its equivalence class denoted by [xi*].

Abstract: In this paper we develop an adaptive Tabu search method to facilitate retailers in deciding procurement plans while facing correlated demands. The Tabu search method examines mul-tiple candidate moves in a single iteration, and randomly accepts one of the candidate moves based the solution quality and an adaptive probability measure. We vary the acceptance probability so that Tabu search is able to switch between intensification and diversification. The Tabu search method is compared against a Hillclimbing-based construction method, and computational results demonstrate that Tabu search performed significantly better than the construction heuristics.

Abstract: We study the problem of finding efficient equivalent view-based rewritings of relational queries, focusing on query optimization using materialized views under the assumption that base relations cannot contain duplicate tuples. We propose efficient algorithm SRGP for finding approximate optimal rewriting. Our results apply not only to query optimization, but to all areas where the goals is to obtain efficient equivalent view-based query rewritings. Experiments show that our algorithm of generating optimal rewriting has good efficiency and scalability.

Abstract: Live migration provides desirable benefits in the field of energy saving, which packs service into fewer physical servers while maintaining the performance level. In this paper we present energy guided and workload adaptive modeling for live migration, two models are developed respectively including energy guided migration model and workload adaptive model, the former model selects the best migrating virtual machine (VM) candidate with the minimal energy consumption while the later model chooses the best migrated physical server candidate in terms of both energy and workload characteristics, furthermore, concerning the service quality, workload adaptive model also takes charge of the determination of the live migration moment. The experiments results show that our approach achieves significant energy saving and robust live migration.

Abstract: The project quality management is not only modern management engineering is an important component, but also the core of project management, project quality is the root of the project construction, project construction process is to determine the key to success. Water conservancy and hydropower engineering quality management is water conservancy and hydropower engineering supervision engineer control core content. But due to the characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, but also makes the water conservancy and hydropower engineering quality control are both complicated and arduous task. In water conservancy and hydropower project construction practice, the quality problems still affects the project delivery on schedule and influence the realization of the expected benefits. Although in recent years countries successively formulated the department about the engineering quality of laws and regulations, the administrative departments at all levels of construction have also increased the quality of large project administrative supervision dynamics, but because has not yet set up a scientific system of quality evaluation index system, makes the project quality control lack of reliable data sources and realistic basis. In this paper, we investigate the problems for synthetically quantitative evaluation system of ecological environment quality of the water conservancy and hydroelectric power project with triangular fuzzy linguistic information. We utilize the fuzzy linguistic weighted harmonic mean (FLWHM) operator to aggregate the triangular fuzzy linguistic information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of the alternatives, then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one (s). Finally, an illustrative example is given.

Abstract: The impulsive synchronization of spatiotemprol chaos is investigated. A proof of the existence of a certain kind of impulses for synchronization such that the error dynamics is equi-attractive in the large is established. The numericle experiments validate the effectiveness of the results.

Abstract: Hand-detection is a key technology to the somatic games. In this paper, we present a real-time hand-detection method based on Adaboost and skin-color characteristic. By processing the video frames with Adaboost classifier, we abstract the target regions which may contain the hand gestures. Then a filter based on skin color is proposed to select the correct regions. The best detection rate reaches above 89% with an acceptable failure rate and misjudgment rate. Experimental results show that this method is a lightweight and rapid approach to implement real-time hand detection in somatic games.

Abstract: We presented a new framework for dynamic level of detail rendering of multi-models. Our framework adopts LOD control on every single model, and keeps low screen errors. Firstly, we introduce a new simple and efficient implementation of PM which is used to save memory and CPU resource. Secondly, we try to optimize all models by combining progressive mesh with occlusion culling. At last, we promote a view-dependent level of detail rendering system by technics such as frustum culling, LOD control, reservation of resource, GPU cache and so on. Experiments show that this simple framework which is named PM-OCMMRF (Progressive Mesh-Occlusion Culling combined Multi-Models Rendering Framework) values a lot in applications of rendering multi-models.

Abstract: Proposed a relay routing method for Radio and TV services, the method through obtaining the nodes time-delay and power information, obtained the value of the system interrupt decisions, and as a decision threshold to select the relay node. While in consideration of link priorities and fairness, designed a relay routing protocol that can dynamically change the route when the network changed. Simulation results show that this protocol can be expanded coverage, reduced communication blind spots, increase system throughput and enhance the quality of service.
