Abstract: Classic setting method not only process trival, but also can't ensure that the controller you get is optimal. In order to obtain satisfactory system performance, in this paper, In this paper, the genetic algorithm is introduced to the dc motor optimal position tracking system control problem. By using it to global optimization of the controller parameters, and setting the current, speed and position controller parameters. The simulation results: PID controller designed by using genetic algorithm can make the response of control system tracking faster and no overshoot,make sure that the system control effect based on the stability and improve the system performance and achieve the actual process requirements. The simulation results verify that the proposed method is effectiveness.

Abstract: The slab reheating process for iron rolling to the small diameter wire in Ratchasima Steel Productions Co., Ltd. factory (Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand) use the Reheating Furnace Walking Hearth Type (RFWHT). The Reheating Furnace was installed in 1964. The problems in the present are increasing performance of temperature control and reducing production cost. The factors affecting the price of wire rod are electrical power and fuel consumption. Because of this reason, the system requires an optimal PI controller for control the temperature inside each zone of the furnace and the steel production manufacture select the time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM for steel production because it has low cost. In addition, the process will stop during the day time. This paper presents the mathematical model for temperature control of RFWHT in setting up process using system identification with Genetic Algorithm. The setting up process consist RFWHT, fuel flow control through servo valve and PI controller. The result of the research demonstrates to create structure of the mathematical model of this process and PI controller design for the temperature control. Furthermore, the temperature responses show that the PI controller can reduce fuel consumption rate of the system.

Abstract: Intelligent sub-station based on STC12C5A60S2 MCU is used to substitute intelligent sub-station based on Siemens S7-200PLC. So It not only can achieve all control functions of intelligent sub-station in the original automatic production line, but also have advantages: flexible system composition, high cost-effective, lower initial investment cost and later stage maintenance cost. And it can realize many kinds of intelligent sub-station control form in the automation production line.

Abstract: This paper introduces the intelligent controlling solution of Yard Cranes (YCs, RTG) in the container terminal production process. The Computing, Communication and Controlling Technology (CCCT) play the important role in this port equipment rebuilding. The Terminal Yard Cranes Real-time Operating System (CYCROS) is able to solve the running trail yaw and working loose problems etc. The framework of Real-time Operating System and DGPS-RTK work principle in the solution as well as application case in Tianjin port are showed in this article.

Abstract: In this study, to solve the problem that heating furnace has the disadvantage of non-linearity, time variant and large delay, a fuzzy neural network controller has been designed according to the combination of fuzzy control and neural networks. In this controller, not only can the reasoning process of neural network be described by the fuzzy rules, but also the fuzzy rules can be dynamically adjusted by the neural network. In addition, the learning algorithm of the fuzzy neural network controller is studied. Simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network controller has good regulating performance and it can meet the needs of heating furnace during industrial production.

Abstract: Traditional designs of high bandwidth frequency synthesizers employ the use of a phase locked-loop. A direct digital synthesizer (DDS) provides many significant advantages over the PLL approaches. The thesis emphasizing discusses the designing of DDS basing on FPGA. DDS is made up of the phrase accumulator and sine ROM looking-up table, which is realized by functional EAB chip. And through setting different initial accumulator value and initial phrase value, the difference of phrase between the two sine signals can be changed. As a result, two serials of sine signals with changeable digital frequency, phrase and magnitude are produced. The simulate results show that logic in FPGA is consistent with the requirements.

Abstract: A dual-mode MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) method is proposed in this paper. When external conditions or loads change suddenly, the P&O (Perturb and Observe) method is used to adjust the operating point of the PV (Photovoltaic) array close to the MPP (Maximum Power Point) for fast tracking; meanwhile, the INC (Incremental Conductance) method is combined with the P&O method to optimize the steady-state characteristic. Moreover, to improve the control precision, the golden section point is used to adjust the disturbance step on line. Simulation results show that the proposed method tracks the MPP (Maximum Power Point) quickly, reduces the oscillation around the MPP effectively and improves the energy conversion efficiency of the PV system availably.

Abstract: This paper investigates incremental circuit/sensitivity simulations for large-scale MOSFET circuits using the well-known ITA (Iterated Timing Analysis) algorithm. Incremental simulation uses the result waveforms of previous simulation to fasten the simulation speed, which is quite advantageous in the practical incremental-modifying circuit design strategy. Most proposed methods have been implemented and tested to justify their advantages.

Abstract: The testability is one of the important features to the quality of software, which can guide the intensity and degree of the test, arrange test progress better. Any embedded software can not only contain just a fault, there may be two or more faults, and there is correlation among these faults. In order to arrange testing resources more reasonably, this paper uses correlation matrix to put forward the Embedded Software Testability Fault Model, ESDFM, which based on fault/failure model, and introduces the process of the measurement.
