Abstract: According to engineering implement, the elastic element of the rubber isolator is easy prone to fatigue tearing, the model of the pump group floating raft vibration isolation system is established by ADAMS and the finite element ANSYS software, the force distribution of the system is calculated in the different swing angles in ADAMS, and the main reason of the elastic element fatigue tearing is found. Then, the strain change rule of the elastic element is researched in ANSYS, the elastic element which is the most vulnerable to fatigue tearing and its crack location are found, which plays an important role in solving the fatigue tearing of the rubber elastic element in the engineering practice.

Abstract: The maximum deformation and stress are compared based on Mooney-Rivlin Model and Linear Model for flapping wing. One flapping cycle was divided into twelve segments, and maximum deformation and stress were calculated in each segment. The results show that max deformation and stress all occur at the beginning of downstroke, the max deformation adopted Mooney-Rivlin model is 25 percent of the max deformation adopted the linear model, and the max stress adopted Mooney-Rivlin model is only 0.37 percent of the max stress adopted the linear model. Mooney-Rivlin Material is very suitable for the membrane flapping wing.

Abstract: The Scattering of SH-wave by a cylindrical elastic inclusion on horizontal interface in bi-material space with a semicircular debonded above subsurface circular cavity have been considered using the methods of complex function and Green function. Firstly, we divide the solution domain along the interface and disconnected boundary into two half-spaces, an upper one and a lower one. And Green function was constructed by using the methods of complex function and multi-polar coordinate. Secondly, the bi-material media was connected along the horizontal interface using the idea of interface conjunction, then undetermined anti-plane forces were loaded at the linking sections respectively to satisfy continuity conditions, and a series of Fredholm integral equations of the first kind to determine that the unknown forces could be set up through continuity conditions on surface. Finally, some examples for DSCF around cylindrical elastic inclusion edge are presented and discussed. Numerical results show that subsurface circular cavitys existence notablely influences DSCF of around cylindrical elastic inclusion edge with a semicircular debonded above subsurface circular cavity.

Abstract: Slot bottom size has directly effect on conductor abrasion,Chinese Technical Regulation of design for Stringing blocks of overhead transmission lines (DL/T371-2010) clearly states that slot bottom size should be no less than 20 times of the size of conductor to be extended. In this paper, based on effect of slot bottom size on conductor abrasion, the size of slot bottom of stringing pulley is analyzed. Some useful suggestions are given.

Abstract: The single factor variance of viscosity experimental data of blast furnace slag was calculated by Minitab software. The influence of slag basicity and chemical compositions on the slag viscosity was obtained. The results show that there have insignificant effects on the slag viscosity when the slag basicity is over than 1.02, MgO content is less than 11.95% or TiO2 content is less than 12.57%. While the slag basicity can be influenced significantly with the slag basicity less than 1.02, MgO content over than 13.95% and TiO2 content over 13.57%. The Al2O3 content of the slag should be less than 12.75%.

Abstract: Thirty-nine influential factors of construction safety are identified in this study, and then five categories of respondents estimate their influential degrees through a questionnaire survey. In order to analyze these factors more accurately, a fuzzy factor analysis model (FFAM) is proposed. After calculating fuzzy eigenvalue, fuzzy correlation coefficients and factor loadings matrix in the model, seven different common factors are extracted. Finally, the author put forward several effective measures for improving construction safety based on these common factors.

Abstract: A comprehensive and systematic model for the production process of large-scale equipment manufacturing can reduce the cost and time of the development and enforcement of the management system. The characters of a modeling language for systems engineering, SysML(Systems Modeling Language), are introduced, and through analyzing the complexity of the production management system for complex product, the basic requirements of its modeling are given; With the practical example in our project, SysML based model is built for production management system of complex product manufacturing ,the application of requirements diagram, use case diagram, block definition diagram, internal block diagram and activity diagram is introduced emphatically.

Abstract: An obvious trend for intelligent manufacturing is distributed network manufacturing model. This paper presents a technology of model which based on IMS (Intelligent manufacturing System), that is, with enterprise resource collaboration model to settle collaborative manufacturing among of heterogeneous enterprises. Because of similarities of enterprise resource, the workable resource pool with small world network characteristic is built. On this basis, research for algorithms that can create alliance routes in small world network that have a short length of characteristic path and evident attention of clustering. Depend on capacity vector that be constructed by the enterprise ability attributions and used total of cast on dispatching produce unit in resource pools to seek maximization path characteristic value of the enterprise resource dispatching routes. Thus, the alliance enterprise distributed collaborative manufacturing system can be constructed. Given orders attributions and mechanism of multi-agent system, the collaboration model was constructed and adopt colony Optimization algorithm in small world network to solve route of enterprise alliance and multi-task mechanism among of alliance enterprise. An experiment and analysis was presented to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the models and the approach.

Abstract: Dense paste is solid-liquid waste from industry production and sewage disposal process with high concentration and viscosity. It has large output, low utility rate and serious environmental pollution. While the engineering application of long-distance and large-diameter pipeline transportation solve the disposal of dense paste, the serious back-flow causes that actual throughput is far less than the theoretical. It is relevant to dense paste bulk modulus, which there has no related study. In this paper, we carried out a test on coal slime based on wave speed method theory. We get the bulk modulus by measuring the propagation speed of pressure wave in the pipe, and analyze its impact on actual throughput and effective stroke of piston.Verification shows that the scheme is feasible and provides reference for the further study between bulk modulus and transport characteristics.

Abstract: The warship equipment maintenance support capability assessment was a complicated systems engineering. It deal with many factors. Some factors were fuzzy. Some factors were grey. So, the paper evaluated the capability of a warship equipment support system by an example based on the four members compositive arithmetic. The result indicates that the method calculates simply, all-purpose character is better and it provides a new thought-road for resolving the similar problem.
