With this uncertainty, the paper built a mathematical model on MMALBP of type II , and designed a solving method which is based on GA. It contributes to the management of the assembly line and production arrangements, and increases production efficiency.

Abstract: According to the characteristic of Yuzhou Danhou Mine long flame coal, the drying process of the coal was studied on mixed flowing vibrating drying system. The parameter was tested, according to the drying effect, the drying process was optimized. The experimental result shows that mixed flowing vibrating drying system can reduce the moisture and improve the net calorific power of coal effectively, by which transportation cost was saved and the value of coal was increased.

Abstract: The Numerical Control (NC) systems are only linear and circular interpolation function, and the non-circular curve must be fitted with them before processed. There are many algorithms of fitting curve with arc, but most of them have some shortcomings, such as the numbers of fitting data points and arcs segments are too many, the error controlling are difficult in arc fitting , the programming are difficult to meet the real-time NC processing requirement and so on. This paper proposed a new algorithm, which could quickly and automatically determine the best node for fitting curve with arc according to the change of curvature and the machining error. It could ensure the machining precision and efficiency. The algorithm could be directly completed programming and processing by the NCs macro program function without any other auxiliary software. The detailed algorithm process and the application programming were given.

Abstract: Nowadays, the operation of orchard vehicle which is used in China has the disadvantages such as single function poor automation level etc. Therefore, it can hardly adapt to the complex environment in orchard. The electric vehicle that powered by electrical drive motor can not only save energy, but also achieve the goal of controlling more conveniently and efficiently. Some electrical vehicles in China can take a variety of steering modes. However, most orchard vehicles lack of targeted terrain design. Electric four-wheel independent drive and steering vehicles have strongly strengthened this weakness. This paper uses four-wheel independent drive & four-wheel independent steering structure and completes the design of the control system. The aim is to achieve five different orchard vehicle driving modes which based on microcontroller system, real-time feedback and achieve differential speed calculating model through the multi-channel sensor in the steering modes. Thus, it can ensure the slip angle within the allowable range and driving stability. It also proposes the design & manufacturing of wireless remote control device and operation panel in order to simplify drivers operation and increase the efficiency.

Abstract: With the growth of urban road traffic volume and the increase of road network density, correlation between adjacent road intersections is becoming more and more obvious. An intersection traffic signal adjustment tends to affect the smooth traffic flow of a number of adjacent intersections. Its congestion may gradually spread to a few blocks and regions all around the intersection. Therefore, increasingly high demands for urban traffic signal control make a variety of advanced control technology integrated, so as to adjust the intersection control parameter and accordingly achieve a dynamic coordination control over the city traffic. Hopefully, it can satisfy traffic demands and achieve a new dynamic balance between road traffic and transport demand. This paper focuses on the signal timing control over green time extension at adjacent intersections of trunk road by using the collaborative strategy of road green wave effect and path selection entropy, in order to solve the problem of coupling between adjacent intersections, so as to realize the signal coordination control on trunk road. This algorithm makes Signal Timing more flexible.

Abstract: Providing an exact miss distance is the goal of strapdown seeker imaging system. Real-time correction of target miss distance is always introduced. The values of miss distance are the key factor influencing exactness of LOS (line of sight) rates. Thus the miss distance needs to be stable. Three key measurement error sources of strapdown seeker imaging system are analyzed. There are imaging errors, tracking errors and time delay errors. The causes of different errors are discussed in this paper. The influence of the errors on outputting of miss distance is analyzed. The goal of image error analysis is to reduce the errors. Finally, some methods for reducing error are presented.

Abstract: The problem of stability for network-based singular control systems with time-delay and data packet is studied. In the presence of time-delay and random packet dropout, sufficient conditions for the existence of a feedback controller are derived, such that the closed-loop network-based singular control systems are exponentially mean-square stable in the mean-square sense. Then a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach for designing such a controller is presented. Finally, a simulation example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Whether can seeker capture the ship target in target group is one of the important factors affect the anti-ship missile efficiency. By establishing the target capture probability models under various capture strategies and giving the Monte-Carlo simulation flow, this paper obtained the capture probability under various capture strategies by statistical methods. The result shows that because of the lack of comprehensive consideration of battlefield situation, the existing target capture strategies are difficult to finish the capture ship targets task efficiently; the result also indicates the target capture strategies direction.

Abstract: The application of intelligent lighting control system, as an advanced technology in stadium lighting project will become a trend in the future. This paper provides a detailed analysis of the characteristics and advantages of stadium intelligent lighting system and puts an emphasis on the glare,a must-be-solved problem, in the design of stadiums. An in-depth exploration about the glare is developed from the physical factors to the mechanism reaction of human vision. In terms of glare inhibition, a series of countermeasures are listed covering the design of lighting, selection and installation of lamps.
