Abstract: Energy management systems (EMS) are fraught with uncertainties, while current EMS models always deal with deterministic factors. The uncertainties in EMS could be expressed as interval values and probabilistic distributions. To tackle these uncertainties within EMS, a chance-constrained interval-inexact energy system planning model (CCIESM) was developed in this study, and the probability distribution of power demand was addressed with CCP, and interval values in the left and right hand was addressed with ILP. This probabilistic distribution was calculated through three models including relative electricity model, middle/long-term power demand prediction model and Shapiro-Wilk statistical model. The results of case study in city B indicated that CCIESM would have advantages of addressing interval-value and probabilistic distribution in EMS.

Abstract: Job-shop scheduling is the very important, but weak part in the integrated manufacturing system. In view of the Job-shop scheduling characteristics for batch production of enterprises, this article analysised batch production scheduling problem in detail; then put out a workshop Intelligent Scheduling Optimization technical framework which contained six-stories. And study the basic theory and key technology of this structure framework in-depth, then proposed object-oriented technology which based on improved tabu search algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm to achieve the intelligent optimization targets , and in the experiment proved it is practical and effective.

Abstract: This design process of Environmental Knowledge should include a system analysis phase that somewhat differs from the traditional one. Also, the identification of these requirements for adjustment requires a good knowledge of the Knowledge in which the system will be executed. At one side, we argue that what is missing now is a structured and robust design process for SA. However, the design time decisions need to be done in the situation of incomplete and uncertain knowledge about environmental Knowledge. This way, we need to understand to what extent the requirements are being satisfied and this can support adjustment strategies at run-time. Therefore, at the other side, we argue that requirements for adaptive systems should be supported not only at design-time but also at run-time. The ability of an adaptive system to be a requirement-aware system inspired by [, in which the authors argue that requirements for self-regulation systems should be run-time entities that could be reasoned over at run-time.

Abstract: In order to solve the layout NP complete problem, this paper analyzes the layout optimization model and algorithm, This kind of problems involved in operational research, data structures, algorithm analysis, artificial intelligence, computer network, etc. multi-discipline knowledge. Layout problems widely exist in practice, the main research rectangular optimal layout, Rectangular optimal layout is a series of rectangular parts reasonably emissions in raw material, make the highest utilization of raw material, And the optimization mathematical model is established, and the use of heuristic algorithm to solve the rectangular optimal layout problem. Simulation experiment showed that the optimization algorithm is effective.

Abstract: Many sluices had low standard and poor quantity, which were damaged seriously after several decades use. In sluice safety levels classification standard, there are quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes, which isnt convenient to assess sluice risk consequence objectively. In order to improve the technology of sluice safety comprehensive evaluation and reduce the risk of sluice operating, grey relational analysis method was used to evaluate the sluice according to the specific conditions of the sick-dangerous sluices and some special managing principle. The result is objective and reasonable, so we assess sluice easily, providing a new way for sluices risk consequences comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract: Modeling method based on network diagram was proposed to realize integrated modeling of process routes planning and scheduling. A model of multiple process routes and resource (MPRR) network diagram was built, which applied the network diagram expression and represented the precedence constraint relationship among operations and resource conditions. In the model, the workpiece, operation and machine are joined together as a basic optimization cell to realize concurrent and holistic optimization for process routes planning and scheduling. An example was studied and the integrated model of process routes planning and scheduling was built.

Abstract: A fixed telephone cluster management system was investigated in this paper. To meet the development demands of fixed telephone service and management, we designed a fixed telephone cluster management system based on browser/server structure which is developed by the MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern. This system attains independent inquiry and management for personal fixed-phone information and it has advantages over scalability, portability and maintainability. As a result, this system can applied in fixed telephone management for the corporation, the school, and so on.

Abstract: A temperature regulation control for LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp using a cooling fan was studied. An efficient temperature regulation scheme using fan wind at the lowest sound noise was studied. For the study, after measurement of the minimum sound noise of the fan and related temperature of the LED lamp through tests, experiments on temperature control of the LED lamp using the fan with various size of heat sinks was performed. Also, characteristics and relationship of heat sinks and fans are studied through experiments. To reduce the fan sound noise, a method of reducing the operation time with optimal size of the heat sink was studied.

Study on the Safety Margin of Pressure Vessel Pit Defect Based on the Defect Failure Simulation Path
Abstract: In order to obtain the level of security of the pressure vessel with pit defects, a safety evaluation simulation system bases on the failure paths of pit defects was used to find the level of dynamic security. The parallel method or radial method can not be used to get the real level of dynamic security of pit defects, but the distance along the failure path to the safety critical line, and a new way was provided in detail.

Abstract: For a large number of uncertainties such as suppliers, customer demand and different external uncertainties, as well as workers, machines, environment and other internal uncertainties, they affects the mixed-model assembly line balancing. And these uncertainties can be turned into the changes of demand, operation time and workstation availability, which are relevant to mixed-model assembly line balancing. By solving the three factors influence on the balancing, these uncertainties influence is processed. This paper provides a way to process uncertainties influence on the mixed-model assembly line balancing.
