Abstract: As it is dangerous to implement a physical test for studying the influence of internal supporter tire to the performance of artillery towing, we carried out virtual experiments to study its dynamic behavior based on PRO/E. Based on the force analysis of tire structure, the calculation of forces are specified. We constructed the finite element model of tire and achieved its diagram of stress distribution in the later simulation. With the software Recurdyn, we analyzed the marching behavior of internal supporter tire at different speeds, and compared with that of conventional pneumatic tire. The experiment result shows that as the internal supporter tire has a reasonable structure, its stress is well-distributed. The sidepartial acceleration can be apparently affected by speed. The internal supporter tire has a better performance than conventional pneumatic tire. Our study lays a theoretical foundation for the application of the internal supporter tire.

Abstract: A non-contact online measuring system is developed to measure the contour error of the middle-convex and varying ellipse piston. A high accuracy laser displacement sensor is used to measure the elliptical profiles of the piston, and a measuring collector is designed based on digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F28335 to ensure strict correspondence between the angles and the radii data of the sampling points. The measured data is analyzed with least square method to calculate the contour error of the pistons cross section. The reliability of the measuring system is proved by experiment.

Abstract: Mechanical behavior of high speed trains bogie seriously impact the reliability of the train system. Performance monitoring and fault diagnosis for the critical component on bogie are very important. Simulation data of high speed train bogie fault signal is selected in data experiment. Based on multiresolution analysis, wavelet entropy features are extracted to reflect the uncertainty level of the vibration signal on scales. In the high dimension space composed by several wavelet entropy features, the dates from four fault patterns are classified and the result is satisfactory. Result show that wavelet entropy feature is effective for fault signal analysis of high speed train bogie.

Abstract: In the early fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, the vibration signal is mixed with a lot of noise, resulting in the difficulties in analysis of early weak fault signal. This article introduces resonance-based signal sparse decomposition (RSSD) into rolling bearing fault diagnosis, and studies the fault information contained in high resonance component and low resonance component. This article compares the effect of the two resonance components to extract rolling bearing fault information in four aspects: the amount of fault information, frequency resolution of subbands, sensitivity to noise and immunity to autocorrelation processing. We find that the high resonance component has greater advantage in extraction of rolling bearing fault information, and it is able to indicate rolling bearing failure accurately.

Abstract: Gearbox vibration signal contains a wealth of the gear status information, used wavelet packet transform (WPT) refinement of the partial lock ability to extract the fault signs attribute information in the vibration signal. Extracted signs attribute information as the input of the flow graph (FG), generated decision rules to achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis. FG was a knowledge representation and data mining method to mine the intrinsic link between the data and improve the clarity of the potential knowledge. The results confirmed that used of WPT feature extraction and FG data mining method can accurate detection the gear fault.

Abstract: Transmission laser scanning system can be used for high precision measurement of the shaft radial dimensions due to the advantages of containing no scanning lens and easy accessing to the high paralleled scanning beam. But as a dynamic optical system, its dynamic characteristics mainly depend on the scanning characteristics of the laser scanning emitter. That is, the scanning errors affect the accuracy of the measurement quite significant. The scanning model with procession characteristic was established in the presence of turntable shaft rotation instability. Furthermore, the equations of the optical encoder zero position trigger error caused by shaft radial runout and the motor speed adjustment error between the angle measurement error were derived respectively. Research has guiding significance for the laser scanning emitter structure design as well as the system measurement uncertainty analysis.

Abstract: To simplify the excitation generation and data acquisition of the electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) system, a simple hardware design for ECT system was developed. The theory and hardware architecture of the ECT system were introduced. Under the control of DSP, the excitation and measure of entire system were controlled, the conversion of voltage signal from capacitance/ voltage (C/V) to analog/digital (A/D) was controlled. After demodulation and filter, the reconstruction images were achieved through communication circuit to computer by DSP. The experiments show that the real-time of system and the quality of reconstruction image are satisfactory, can meet the requirements of practical application.

Abstract: This paper studies the math functions about non-sinusoidal vibration waveform of the continuous caster, simulates the continuous caster non-sinusoidal vibration waveforms displacement and velocity curve ,and creates a model of the mold oscillation control system. Besides, we use MATLAB to judge the stability of the control system and system simulation and verify the feasibility of the control system through the field's test.
