Abstract: A molten pool image gathering system is designed based on multiple visions. By using a composite filter, it can effectively overcome the interference of the welding arc and obtain a clear molten pool image. A series of image processing algorithms has been proposed based on the features of the molten pool image. A median filtering has been used to remove the noise of the molten pool image. A canny multi-threshold method has been used to extract the edge characteristics of the molten pool. Then the edge feature of the molten pool can be gotten after false edge removing and iterative fitting.

Abstract: To get an effective way of monitoring the diesel engine vibration signal, the author puts forward an optimized method based on rough set attribute dependency. Decision table formed by different data collection form, their decision attribute dependence of condition is different, by comparing the different points of attribute dependence and take it as the quality criteria of measuring points, we can realize the optimization of measuring points. Take a high power diesel engine as an example, the site of rough set theory are used to calculate the typical attribute dependence, the results show that the method can effectively distinguish between different measuring point position and the sensitive degree of different fault types, the vibration signal monitoring position, with better effect is obtained at the same time reducing the effects of noise on fault diagnosis, to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.

Achieve real-time acquisition, storage, analysis of the driving motor electrical parameters of three-phase voltage, current, frequency, active and inactive power, power factor, and the fluid parameters of screw pump production well pressure, pressure, temperature. Accomplish monitoring, alarm and automatic protection the screw pump failure of rod breaking, pump sticking, vacuum, lack of power phase. Using PIC microprocessor to automatic compensate the screw pump motor power, to improve the work efficiency.

Abstract: The measurement of linearly polarized light rotation is the key technique in atomic magnetometer. It influences the sensitivity of atomic magnetometer directly. The basic principle of polarizer beam splitter detecting was analyzed. The ZF7 optical glass and solenoid were used to generate standard small angle based on Faraday effect. The signal of AC rotational angle was extracted by lock-in amplifier. The experiment proved that the method can measure 8×10-7rad small optical rotation. As the linearly polarized light rotation is 20mrad in atomic magnetometer, the signal to noise ratio reaches 25000.

Abstract: Analog interpolation is the key technology of high-resolution short time-interval measurement. This study proposes a double interpolation method in time-interval measurement. The technique greatly improves the resolution of the analog time expander, which is based on the principle of charging and discharging of the capacitor. This method can significantly reduce the interpolation time, effectively solve the conflict between high measurement resolution and fast measurement rate. The principle of the time measurement expander based on double interpolation method is described in this paper and compared with the expander based on single interpolation method. Its measurement error is also analyzed in this study.

Abstract: The intelligent diagnosis emphasizes the processing method of knowledge of the historical data. The capability of an intelligent diagnosis system depends on the knowledge possessed by the system, especially by the specific knowledge in application. Currently, most of the important equipment have their own the inspection systems. With the help of these systems, plenty of historical data can be collected in real time. This paper discusses the possibility of the application of similarity extraction and pattern discovery of time series in fault diagnosis by using these historical data, presents the method of time series feature extraction and pattern matching, and advances the possibility of data clustering and pattern discovery based on dimension reduction.

Abstract: A machine vision-based inspection system was proposed to inspect the defects of in-vitro diagnostic kits in the production line. The proposed system consisted of two sub-systems, which inspect the strip surface defects and strip assembly defects respectively. The procedure to inspect five types of major defects was determined by the application of image processing and analysis techniques such as image enhancement, edge detection, threshold segmentation, and morphology. The proposed system was implemented using 300 defect samples. Experimental results show the proposed system is effective and efficient.

Abstract: This paper, on the basis of the electrostatic discharge test of mobile user terminals and electrostatic parameters measurement of human body, got electrostatic potential of human body in different condition. The results show that the main factors effecting human body electrostatic are environmental relative humidity, humans dressing, human activities and so on. Then error between the experimental measurement data and the theoretical analysis result are analyzed. Finally proposed some protective measures according to the harm of human body electrostatic to mobile user terminal.

Abstract: For armored vehicles electrical system fault diagnosis of fault original data collection difficult situation, a new intelligent computing programs designed based on the fuzzy set theory and possibility distribution theory and fuzzy logic reasoning design, which realized the process of KA automatization through the combination of fault simulation technology and knowledge acquisition technology. The approach presented in this paper makes the work of knowledge acquisition (KA) engineer easier, and makes fast diagnosis fault location and fault reasons possible.
