Abstract: Based on the DAC structure of single sampling capacitor that insures the rail-to-rail input swing a 10bit 1MHZ SAR ADC is implemented in GSMC 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS Mixed-Signal process for automobile electronics MCU. The measurement results show that in 1.8V power supply, 51KHZ input frequency and 1MHZ clock frequency, the SFDR is 71.364 dB, ENOB is 9.49 bit, total power is 2.24mW, which meet the application requirements of automobile electronics MCU.

Abstract: In order to increase the multiplying density of Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensors, a novel FBG Sensing System based on CDMA technology has been developed. Simulation experiment indicates the CDMA technology combine with optical fiber grating sensing system together successfully. Furthermore, the system can distinguishes the FBG and enhance the FBG network band utilization.

Abstract: A design of electronic laser harp based on SCM (the abbreviation for single chip microcomputer) is proposed. It adopts the semiconductor laser transmitter and the receiving tube as a sensor, and uses the laser transmitter emits beams to imitate the 8 strings of harp. The main control chip STC89C52RC collects and processes the signal from receiving tube circuit, then STC89C52RC outputs special signal to produce sound of harp by audio. Compared with the traditional method, this design greatly enhances the anti-interference ability of the system, and it owns a certain degree of innovation and creation in not only the form of performance but also design proposal of system.

Abstract: In order to increase the flexibility of control for serial DAC, a new control method for DAC based on FPGA is proposed in this paper. A state transition diagram can be drawn according to the timing diagram of DAC, Which can be realized in FPGA using Very High-speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language. The simulate results show that logic in FPGA is consistent with the requirements. The module based on FPGA can be modified just by modifying software, not the hardware.

Abstract: Aim to the current popularity of various sports which scoring device is inconvenient and defective scoring, this design uses 51 MCU control, battery power, digital display, input keys and wireless control module to develop a portable smart match electronic scoring device. The device has a charging indicator, ball selection, single-sided display settings, size of the Bureau of scores shows that beep audio prompts, change sides scores mobile, long distance remote control and other functions; particularly compact and portable, which one could keep working dozens of hours without any power, and you can add large-screen display, which perfectly suited all size of table tennis, badminton, volleyball and basketball games in the stadiums.

Abstract: in order to provide LCD backlight with multiple strings of LEDs, an LED driver based on MCU is proposed in the paper. A PWM signal is generated by the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) module on the MCU chip, which is used to drive a DC-DC boost converter for LED power. The voltage and current of the boost circuit, along with all the channels current of LED, are measured by the Analog Digital Converter (ADC) module on the MCU chip, which are used to adjust the voltage of the boost circuit and supply comprehensive protection for the LED driver. To minimize the step size of the output voltage, the joint frequency-pulse width modulation scheme is proposed to regulate the output voltage of the boost circuit to an ideal value in the range of error, which increases the efficiency of the power. The measurement results show that the LED driver is extremely efficient and steady. Most of the output voltage step size is about 0.1V, the maximum step size is less than 0.3V. The conversion efficiency of the DC-DC converter is up to 94%. Thus the LED driver not only meets the demand of the parameter of LED, but also has high cost performance.

Abstract: The paper introduced grey comprehensive relational grade into transverse analysis and compare for several similar communication equipments. By analyze the grey relational principle, the relational coefficient, the selection of the distinguishing coefficient and studying several relational grades, the grey comprehensive relational grade is successfully applied to analysis of communication equipment fighting efficiency .Results of the practical application show that the method based on the comprehensive grey relational grade analysis has the advantages of simplified computation and feasible, consistency to the qualitative analysis result ,It can provides theoretical guidance for targeted maintenance of the equipment and improve and increase rapidly fighting efficiency of airborne early communication system in war.

Abstract: in this paper, a class of the PCI data acquisition card using the professional interface chip PCI9054 and FPGA was designed, and the read and write transfer of PCI bus protocol were analyzed and implemented. Firstly, the architecture of system was proposed based on analysis of present design. Then, the detail design procedures are given, especially the logic control module and the SDRAM controller module. Its used the algorithmic state machine for the design of the modules in the FPGA. The ASM is the advanced state machine in present, and its worth to study. This paper used the hardware language to finish the entire programmer in the FPGA. The simulation results shown that the design proposed in this paper performed well.

Abstract: The paper introduced us a kind of architecture of online upgrade system to improve the compatibility of the ECU online upgrade system when it was used in different hardware platforms. In this architecture, code ware made by the idea of layered design implementation which is not relay on the hardware platform anymore. Encapsulated the function modules at the some time, provided the general interface to the upper layers, versatility and openness of the system had been improved. The method in this paper had been verified through the application of the battery management system in the electric vehicle.
