The Bioassay of Four Kinds of Terpene Monomers and Complexes

Abstract:

This paper measured the acute toxicity of four kinds of terpenes monomer to tenebrio molitor (12h,24 h,36h,48h),using Finney formula method evaluate the acute toxicity (48h) of the 10 mixed composition from four kinds of terpenes monomer to tenebrio molitor.The results show that the toxicity of four kinds of terpenes monomer to tenebrio molitor was high toxic,and the order of the toxicity was 1,8-cineole>β-pinene>α-pinene>α-terpineol.In the measurement data of 10 mixed composition,9 of them were addictive effect,which was accounting for 90% of the total.One of the mixed copositon had synergistic effect,accounting for 10% of the total.That was when the ratio of 1,8-cineole,α-pinene,α-terpineol is 6:1:1,the cotoxicity coefficient of mixed composition was 2.8254,greater than 2.6,showed a synergistic effect.It can be used as the best ratio and it laid an important foundation for research and development of bionic pesticide.
