Abstract: This article adopts WGS-84 Coordinate, applying the Secant Method successive approximation to solve geographic coordinates according to the Gauss-Krueger formula, realizing the transformation from plane rectangular coordinates to geographic coordinates, using the coordinate translation and rotation formula to achieve the transformation between the airport coordinate and Gauss plane rectangular coordinates, thus geographic coordinate, gauss plane rectangular coordinates and the airport coordinate can change into each other.

Abstract: In this study, a three-layer artificial neural network (ANN) model was constructed to predict the detonation velocity of aluminized explosive. Elemental composition and loading density were employed as input descriptors and detonation velocity was used as output. The dataset of 61 aluminized explosives was randomly divided into a training set (49) and a prediction set (12). After optimized by adjusting various parameters, the optimal condition of the neural network was obtained. Simulated with the final optimum neural network [812, calculated detonation velocity show good agreement with experimental results. It is shown that ANN is able to produce accurate predictions of the detonation velocity of aluminized explosive.

Abstract: nfluenced by factors like mud, frame, rivet, space mark and plate slant, plate character segmentation tends to be inaccurate and even results in mistakes. In order to tackle these problems, this paper puts forward a plate character segmentation algorithm based on projection feature and prior knowledge. That is, firstly of all, to carry out horizontal coarse segmentation by horizontal projection, then use both vertical projection and prior knowledge to conduct vertical segmentation. At last, to carry out horizontal fine segmentation by local projection. The experiment demonstrates that such algorithm can solve the above mentioned problems accurately and practically with high-efficiency.

Abstract: The genetic algorithm is an effective method to optimize model parameters, and to improve it, will accelerate the genetic algorithm is applied to the optimization of the return period storm intensity and rainfall parameters in the relationship with the traditional regression method and preferred-dregression optimization results are analyzed and compared. An example shows that: accelerative genetic algorithm for parameter estimation in storm intensity formula accuracy than traditional regression method and preferred regression parameters meter accuracy.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to investigate the diesel analog pool fire with water mist .For this purpose, a series of water mist fire suppression experiment are carried out by changing the nozzle operating pressure, the source of fire power, opening and closing the exhaust fan to analyze the inhibitory effect of water mist to oil pool fire in the enclosed compartment of 5.0m × 5.0m × 3.0m. The results shows that extinguishing efficiency first increases and then decreases when the nozzle operating pressure increases from 8MPa to 12MPa, reaching the highest efficiency at 10MPa; increasing the power of the source of fire, the burning speed increases and the water mist fire extinguishing efficiency decreases; fresh oxygen coming in when smoke exhaust fan is turned on and water mist fire suppression efficiency decreases. Using FDS to simulate the water mist extinguishing oil pool fire, the predict temperature field and extinguishing time are basically consistent with the experimental results. In the actual applications of water mist fire suppression systems engineering, we can use the FDS field simulation methods to predict the characteristic parameters variation of the fire fighting fire temperature and component concentration, which is significant to the fire extinguishing system optimized design.

Abstract: Through an analysis of the characteristics of the Agricultural Products Logistics and its influence on the vehicle scheduling, this paper is to describe the vehicle routes whose vehicle number is uncertain and which are with time windows, to establish a distribution route optimization model which is effected by the cost and has a time limitation, to solve the model with the Compound Optimum Model Particle Swarm Optimization, and to compare it through some case. The optimization model of Agricultural Products Logistics has good practical value on reduce the cost of agricultural products logistics and improve the efficiency of logistics distribution of agricultural products.

Abstract: The effect of flow coefficients, working pressures, nozzle layout and aircraft angle on extinguishing aircraft cabin fire by water mist were studied by experiment. The results show that the fire suppression effectiveness is increased with the increase of flow coefficient and working pressure; the diamond-shaped layout in sprinkler is better than square layout,and the aircraft angle of 30° is better than of 10°or 20°.

Abstract: As an important component of corporate social responsibility, people pay more and more attention to enterprises environmental awareness, especially the listed company. Due to its multi-criteria nature, selecting a proper method involves an insight analysis among available multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques. Among numerous methods of MCDM, this paper presents a decision framework based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) for evaluating the environmental awareness of listed companies. The applicability of the proposed approach is verified through a case study.
