Abstract: To address the issue that how the EEG-EMG signals change according to different motion modes, an experiment was conducted on ten subjects with three tasks performing the voluntary, stimulated and imaginary finger flexion activities. The experiment was set two programs including 10s and 2s time intervals. Electroencephalogram (EEG) from C3/C4 channels and electromyogram (EMG) from flexor digitorum superficialis were recorded simultaneously. Besides the threshold detection of wave peaks between two points, morlet wavlet-based time-frequency analysis was adopted to study the independent variation mechanisms between EEG and EMG under different motion modes. The results indicated that EMG signals of 2s intervals exhibited a similar trend with 10s intervals. The EMG energy increased over 50 Hz when actions occurred. On the contrary, there were no significant changes in imaginary task. In addition, EEG signals performed obviously different. No pronounced similar changes were found in 10s and 2s intervals. Finally, the results demonstrated that EEG-EMG causality was high during 2s intervals in stimulation task.

Abstract: A simple, fast and reliable colorimetric method for melamine detection based on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and poly-thymine (poly-T) is reported. Poly-T strands attract AuNPs through static electricity and keep them stable against aggregation in the presence of NaCl. The affinity between melamine and poly-T, hydrogen bond, frees AuNP from the protection provided by poly-T and thus makes AuNPs aggregate in the presence of NaCl. The color change of AuNPs from wine red to blue can be observed immediately by the naked eye during the aggregation process, and can be accurately recorded with the help of a UV/vis spetrophotometer within 5 minutes. The limit of detection (LOD) of melamine in pure water is 0.146 μmol/L with a linear range from 0.2×10-7 mol/L to 10.0×10-7 mol/L. In fresh milk and milk powder, the LOD is respectively as low as 2.37 μmol/L and 5.36 μmol/L.

Abstract: Extracting landmark geometric parameters in fluoroscopic image is a key technique in the camera calibration process of C-arm-based surgical navigation. This paper proposes an integrated clustering algorithm for landmark geometric parameters extraction. The proposed algorithm integrates an adaptive thresholding method and a connected components analysis method, it needs only one pass to process grayscale images and outcomes landmarks parameters directly. By experiments, the proposed algorithm demonstrates its high robustness, reliability and running efficiency in landmark geometric parameters extraction.

Abstract: Safety and quality supervision is an important part of expressway construction, the traditional regulation mode relies on artificial which exists objectivity and poor oversight, poor technical means and other issues, which brought a significant security risks to the project quality and safety. In this paper, based on the analysis of the existing video surveillance system, We explored the application of 3G technology in video surveillance system in the expressway construction. First of all, Composition and principle of the system are discussed in this paper. Secondly, the platform constitute of wireless video surveillance system is analyzed in detail, Finally, We summarized the application advantages of 3G technology in the expressway construction ,which is of great significance to enhance Expressway construction management.

Abstract: The offshore wind turbine, especially the floating offshore wind turbine in the deep sea is a perspective technology in the context of increasing energy demands. Mooring system, as an important unit of the floating offshore wind turbine is emphasized. The methods of in-situ test and the laboratory experimental tests are reviewed. Some new testing methods are discussed. The most commonly used anchor systems are explored. The paper aims to present some future research work that is important for the development of the floating offshore wind turbine technology.

Abstract: Using ABAQUS software analyzed the dynamic response of foundation pit supporting structure under vehicle loads. The vehicle load was simplified as a half-wave sinusoidal load, in order to analyze the influence of internal force and displacement of pile-anchor supporting structure under the vehicle loads, the position of half-wave sinusoidal load and the size of radian frequency were considered. Loading location away from the supporting structure is more nearly and the displacement value of support piles is greater, the greater the axial force of the bolt; with the increasing of radian frequency, the horizontal displacement value of supporting piles increased, on the contrary, the axial force of bolt reduced. A practical engineering was studied here. analysis of the monitoring data and compared with the numerical results, the analysis showed that the experimental results and numerical results are in good agreement, and the numerical method can be used as an effective means of research. The conclusion of the study has significance on engineering practice.

Abstract: The article starts from shipping aesthetics and combine the theory analysis of the imagines acknowledge and KE to analysis the relationship of the human visual acknowledge and yacht appearance, then it qualified the yacht imagines acknowledge with the mathematical statistics to build the mathematical statistics model of the relationship between the design elements of the yacht appearance and perceptive imagines. Establish the consumer expected yacht form and provide better experience in customer focus industrial design that the research does.

Abstract: In this thesis, the conical tower of domestic popular 1.5MW wind turbine is analyzed in dynamic by using the software ANSYS. The natural frequencies can be extracted from the model analysis results, comparing them with the impeller rotational frequency and determining whether the tower will resonate when the wind turbine under normal operation conditions. Based on the model analysis, the transient dynamic analysis is carried out by inputting the history records of seismic wave acceleration, Both these two analysis can provide the basis for the safety evaluation of the tower.

Abstract: The modal analysis is an approximate method to study the dynamic characteristics of the structure, the modal is the natural vibration characteristics of the structure, each modal has a specific natural frequency, damping ratios and mode shapes. This thesis will take 1.2MW horizontal axis wind turbine blade for example, and use parametric language APDL of ANSYS for directly modeling, then set the basic parameters of the material, mesh and discuss modal analysis, lastly conduct a detailed analysis of the results.

Abstract: A novel bearing fault diagnosis method based on Lie group was proposed, and genetic algorithm (GA) was introduced to optimize feature amount. This method was applied to inner ring fault, outer ring fault and rolling element fault of rolling bearing. Firstly, the rolling bearing vibration signal was decomposed as intrinsic model functions (IMF) by using the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method. The energy of every IMF and the singular value of the IMF matrix were chosen as features. The Shannon and Renyi entropy of the energy and singular value distribution were also extracted. Secondly genetic algorithm was used to reduce feature redundancy, with lowest classifier error rate and least feature amount as finess function. At last, a comparison was made between this method and least square support vector machine (LSSVM).The results showed that Lie group clkassifier was more sensitivce to feature. This method could use less feature amount to diagnose fault.
