Abstract: The oxidative stability of Tengjiao (Zanthoxylum schinifolium) Oil with added single or compound antioxidants were studied by Schaal-oven test according to the peroxide value (PV) and acid value (AV) .The results indicate that, TBHQ be used as the single antioxidant, the optimum amount was 0.015%, the affection more than 0.015% was not obvious. TBHQ be used as the compound antioxidant, the minimum amount of significant antioxidant activity was 0.01%, and the best amount was 0.015% TBHQ + 0.005% AP, which was better than 0.015% and 0.02% TBHQ.

Abstract: The study was designed by the method of single factor experiment combining with BBD designing experiment to optimize the best fermentation condition of mulberry wine. Through the experiment the best fermentation condition of mulberry wine was confirmed as follows: The yeast addition was 0.14%, sugar content was adjusted to 194.22 g/L before fermentation, the SO2 addition was 76.70mg/L and the temperature was 25.4°C. The alcohol of mulberry wine was 10.3v/v after fermentation.

Abstract: The synthesis of butyl propionate from propionic acid and n-butanol with rare earth solid superacid SO42-/TiO2/La3+ as environmentally friendly catalyst was studied. The influential factors of reaction were investigated. Results show that the appropriate conditions are: molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to propionic acid was 3 : 1; Catalyst's weight was 1.2g (the amount of 0.1 molar propionic acid); Cyclohexane is used as water-carrying reagent with 1.0 mL; Reaction time was 1.5 hour. The esterification rate of n-butyl propionate is about 99.08 % .

Abstract: Isoquinoline is a basic chemical raw material, which has wide applications. This paper introduces the current isoquinoline technology of extration and purification from wash oil. I use the residual oil after producting quinoline as raw material, get isoquinoline by distillation twice. The content of isoquinoline is higher than 98%.The total yield is 76.9%, which is higher than current domestic production levels.

Abstract: IR and Raman spectra of three kinds of mineral drug montmorillonite powders (brands Biqi, Smecta general, Smecta strawberry flavour) commercially available for children are obtained to tell the true from the false through checking the spectral information of the active ingredient (montmorillonite) and pharmaceutical excipients (glucose, saccharin sodium, vanillin and strawberry essence). It is found that net contents of the active ingredient in all three drugs maybe really high and even the cheapest brand is also with a high quality. From this study one can see that the IR spectroscopic method is more suitable for this kind of drug identification than the Raman one using the present Raman spectroscope because strong fluorescent signals excited by lasers on the pharmaceutical excipients can generally cover up the fingerprint signals of the active ingredient.

Abstract: Acylating dihydromyricetin is a good way to improve its lipophilic property to play its antioxidant activity in the lipid. The single-and multi-acylated dihydromyricetin were synthesized by fine controlling the reactants ratio of acetic anhydride to dihydromyricetin. The solubility , thermal stability and antioxidant properties of acylated dihydromyricetin were explored. The research showed that the solubility of acylated dihydromyricetin in peanut oil phase increase 4~6times, however , the thermal stability decreased ,with the antioxidant activity by determining the POV value enhanced , when compares with DMY.

Abstract: A zirconia promoted nickel nanowire catalyst was prepared by a hard templating method, and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 physical adsorption. The catalytic properties of the zirconia promoted nanowire catalyst in the partial oxidation of methane to syngas were compared with a metallic Ni catalyst which was prepared with nickel sponge. The characterization results showed that the zirconia promoted nickel nanowire catalyst had high specific surface area and there was more NiO phase in the nickel nanowire catalyst than in the metallic Ni catalyst. The reaction results showed that the zirconia promoted nickel nanowire catalyst had high CH4 conversion and selectivities to H2 and CO.

Abstract: Carbon dioxide hydrogenation to ethylene was investigated on Fe-Cu-K-Ce loading catalysts. These catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, and studied on the CO2 conversion and the selectivity of ethylene. The proper carrier was obtained comparing with their catalytic activity. The loading contents of active components on carriers and reaction conditions were studied. Results show that the MgO-ZSM-5 are the best carrier, the content of Fe at 15% and the molar ratio of Fe: Cu: K: Ce with 100: 20: 8: 8 is better under the condition of reaction temperature and reaction pressure are 623K and 1.0Mpa respectively with CO2 conversion of more than 60% and the selectivity of ethylene of more than 20%. The catalysts were characterized by CO2 temperature-programmed desorption (CO2-TPD).

Abstract: Lipase is a kind of important hydrolase. It was widely used in the fields of food, leather, detergent and pharmaceutical. The production of lipase from Arthrobacter sp. SD5 was studied in the present paper. The medium composition and culture condition were optimized in order to improve lipase production. The results showed the best optimum conditions were on the following: culture temperature (40°C); initial pH value (8.0); liquid volume (20%); carbon source (olive oil, 2.5%); nitrogen source (peptone, 1.0%); biosurfactant (Tween-80, 0.2%).

Abstract: A dimer acid was synthesized by Diels-Alder action using single oleic acid as raw material. Effects of different reaction conditions on composition and mechanism for Diels-Alder action of oleic acid were discussed. The result showed that the conversion of dimer acid was 71.7% under using the amount of organic montmorillonite as catalyst 9% (in term of mass of system), reaction temperature 260°C, reaction time 8h. It is to be a certain significance to improve the quality of dimer acid with oleic acid as raw material.
