Abstract: Arrangement sense is a sense based on humans visual and psychological balance, and organized designed works can bring it about. This kind of balance is one of the most basic manifestations of arrangement sense. And the arrangement sense about yarn-dyed geometric pattern design reflects peoples tendency to show their technique and extensive application of skills. Properly organized geometric pattern applications enrich the contents of fabrics and diverse the shapes of products. Peoples imagination in design is largely expanded ,which is of great help for the work of pattern designers.

Abstract: In order to study the saturation control of space juxtaposition mixed colors of yarn dyed fabrics with different warp and weft colors, this paper takes the fabric variety with 6-color warp and 3-color weft for example, designed 7 kinds of weaves with gradual change of floating length with red, green and blue and makes them into fabric samples; then, puts forward the methods of posterization of digital fabric pictures and histogram statistics for counting the coverage rate of color thread on yarn dyed fabric surface, through which a more accurate result can be obtained than theoretical calculation; In the end, conducts color test on 21 fabric samples with Digieye digital color measurement system, which shows that the saturation (C*) of mixed colors of fabric samples has a good linear relationship with the coverage rate of color thread on yarn dyed fabric surface, with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.90333.

Abstract: In this paper 110 female undergraduates in Soochow University are measured by using 3D non-contact measurement system and manual measurement. 3D point cloud data of human body is taken as research objects by using anti-engineering software, and secondary development of point cloud data is done on the basis of optimizing point cloud data. In accordance with the definition of the human chest width points and other feature points, and in the operability of the three-dimensional point cloud data, the width, thickness, and length dimensions of the curve through the chest width point are measured. Classification of body type is done by choosing the ratio values as classification index which is the ratio between thickness and width of the curve. The generation rules of the chest curve are determined for each type by using linear regression method. Human arm model could be established by the computer automatically. Thereby the individual model of the female upper body mannequin modeling can be improved effectively.

Abstract: The individual interviews were adopted in this research to investigate and to conclude the characteristics based on lifestyles and fashion consumption behaviors of the different customers in China. Consumers were grouped according to the age, life cycle, educational background and occupation to be interviewed for lifestyle. Six lifestyles were concluded according to the most prominent behavior of the consumer. The differences in five major items of lifestyle were also concluded. The influential factors on fashion luxury consumption behaviors of Chinese consumers were discussed. The marketing strategies towards consumers with different lifestyles were proposed on the basis of consumer lifestyle.

Abstract: The traditional Chinese auspicious patterns and silk garment both have characteristics of the traditional Chinese cultures, and always have intimate relationship with each other. In the design of silk garment in many dynasties in China, auspicious patterns were very extensively applied. In the design of modern silk garment, the agile application of auspicious patterns not only can transmit characteristic Chinese ethos, but also can enhance international competence due to its unique Chinese element. Through in-depth study of cultural connotation of the traditional auspicious patterns, this article analyzes application of these patterns in the design of modern silk garment from their constitution, composition, arts and crafts, respectively, with a hope for investigating the inheritance and development of silk garment art, so that providing reference for innovative design of silk garment.

Abstract: The automatic creation of garment parametric computer aided design (PCAD) pattern to special body size is rarely classified and need to be finished with man machine interface at present. This has become a critical and challenging issue to hinder the intelligence process of the garment computer aided design (CAD). In this paper, the basic research aimed at the automatic correction pattern of the special size on the womens jacket CAD system was investigated. The popular special size of women trunk and pattern amendment was selected as research subject, and the relationship between the body characteristics and coat pattern Fig. were set up. The full-scale constraint was developed and the expertise description about womens jacket patterns were finished with the parametric design method based constraint. The mathematic formula and logical definition relation are used to establish relationship with the formed model characteristics of womens jacket patterns. The system then carry and keep the design of womens jacket pattern and the correction logic, and finish the creation and correction of the geometric model to womens jacket pattern. The expertise knowledge of womens jacket pattern correction is applied by the design of method database. The paper performs the basic research and analysis for the rules database creation in the PCAD system, and makes it possible to the research of intelligent womens jacket pattern design system based body size. It will play an active role to transform traditional design concepts and means.
