Abstract: Intelligent parking management development platform based on LabVIEW imitates parking access control system, smart regional guidance system, parking information inquiry system and alarm information inquiry system. The system achieves kinds of functions, such as fast access, time charges, intelligent guidance, security alarm and so on. The development platform for intelligent parking management system can be applied to develop new features for the system. The platform simulates that the parking system combines the Internet of Things technology using the LabVIEW database connectivity tools package. It can develop new functions including urban parking guidance and smart reverse seeking cars in adapt to smart city development.

Abstract: Aiming to increase network security auditing efficiency, an audit system with good efficiency has been generated through Agent and log mining technology. This paper improves the traditional association rule mining algorithm Apriori and designs a new data structure in which each brother node is in a parallel alignment, each child node has a pointer directing to their children node and sibling node, the audit system can only scan the database once. Experiments show that compared with traditional Apriori, the improved algorithm has greatly reduced the I/O expenditure of the system, having obvious superiority.

Abstract: Web means spider web. The current translation is the network or the relative technical field. Aiming at business process characteristics of scientific technology management, this article based on Web 2.0 to combine project management system of J2EE architecture and realizes scientific research planning, receive, project approval, conclusive acceptance, and tracking, monitoring, and judge. Moreover, it introduces a declaratory whole informatization management.

Abstract: A number of privacy preserving techniques have been proposed recently in data mining. In this paper, we provide a review of the state-of-the-art methods for privacy preserving data mining. and discuss methods for randomization, secure multipart computation, and so on. We also make a classification for the privacy preserving data mining technologies, and analyze some works in this field, such as data distortion method for achieving privacy preserving association rule mining. Detailed evaluation criteria of privacy preserving algorithm were illustrated, which include algorithm performance, data utility, and privacy protection degree. Finally, the development of privacy preserving data mining for further directions is given.

Abstract: This paper describes research in the use of goGPS to develop positioning applications.. This paper introduces the structure of goGPS library and describes the implementation of algorithms in our library. goGPS is an open source software that can achieve accuracies of less than 1 m, depending on sky visibility conditions, using low-cost GPS instrumentation (specifically, u-blox Evaluation Kits AEK-4T and EVK-5T are usually employed for tests). goGPS has the potential to reduce costs greatly since there are no limitation in development and distribution.

Abstract: In order to eliminate or minimize the early instability of gas sensors, the aging process is needed. After aging,it is necessary to test stability parameters of gas sensors in a certain batch of the sensors for massive production. In this work, a system for the stability test of gas sensor array has been designed and developed both in hardware and software based ARM. Measurements demonstrate the quality and flexibility of it. It is low cost, excellent cost performance. The stability test system now works well in industrial applications and meets the need of industrial mass-production.

Abstract: CCD dark current is an important index of CCD properties effect, which emerges temperature drift phenomenon with the increasing temperatures. Because of the increasing temperature, CCD noise will increase exponentially. A temperature control device is designed based on DSP and fuzzy PID theory, which is composed of core control chip DSP320F28335, temperature control chip Thermal Electronic Cooler and temperature collecting chip DS18B20. Experiments show that the system can collect temperature timely and adjust temperature effectively. At the same time the system reach predetermined temperature in 2 minutes and error range is about 0.1°C.

Abstract: Sea is rich in oil and gas resources, the marine controlled source electromagnetic method (CSEM) is a kind of method seabed oil gas geophysical technology rising in recent years. Because of the problem of CSEM about the air wave in the shallow water, the research of time-frequnecy analysis technique is used to suppress the air wave in this paper. The basic idea is: because of the CSEM signals speed are different in the air and submarine, so the time which received by the receiving points are also different through these two kinds of ways. Using the time-frequency analysis technique and theoretical calculation, we can determine which part of the signal is spread over the ocean, so as to suppress the air wave effectively. This paper lists several methods of time-frequency analysis, such as Short-time Fourier transform, W-V distribution, Wavelet transform, Hilbert Huang transform. Through the time-frequency graph,we get the conclusion that HHT is better than others in concentration degree,and W-V distribution is better than STFT.Compared with the original signal, the time-frequency graph is the best in using Smooth Puseudo W-V Distribution.I have a detailed analysis about real case in using SPWVD at last.

Abstract: The air cooler reduce the working temperature of the transformer, high temperature will reduce the transformers life, and even make insulation overheating, aging, then the transformer will be damaged. The air cooler which is forced oil circulation in transformer outdoor in substation has been monitored. The real-time monitoring of 24-hours indicates that the temperature changes in the range of 3°C. The ambient temperature is lower than the temperature of fan about 1°C. At the long-term of 479 days, the average daily temperature range of fan is 35.32°C, the maximum temperature is 50.25°C on August 18,2011, and the maximum temperature is 14.93°C on January 17, 2011. The daily average of ambient temperature range is 37.59°C, the maximum temperature is 51.16°C on August 17, 2011,and the minimum temperature is 13.57°C on January 17, 2011. The maximum difference between the temperature of fan and the ambient temperature is 12.48°C on September 15, 2011. According to the relevant standards and monitoring results, the maximum threshold of fan temperature is defined to 80°C, and the threshold of temperature rise is 20°C.
