Abstract: The human eyes feature plays an important role in the human face feature extraction and the human face recognition. It can be used to correct the human face posture and locate the other face key features by the coordinates of the eyes on the human face. In this paper, we train the human eyes detection cascade strong classifier which be used to detect the human eyes position on the human face , and then locate the pupil center position by making use of the ellipse fitting algorithm and the human eyes mask templates. The experimental results show that these algorithms which be used in this paper can accurately locate the pupil center position.

Abstract: In partial shaded environment, the power output of generation system which contains multiple sets of PV cells presented multi-peak characteristic. Traditional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) couldnt maximize the capability of PV array in the reason that they were likely to fall into local maximum point. MPPT control based on improved PSO algorithm can solve the accuracy problem of multi-peak output efficiency, as well as improve the maximum power point (MPP) searching speed through adaptive learning factors and inertia weight. Using Simulink and the mathematic model of single PV cell, the simulation model of PV array under different topology can be build. On this basis, the power output curves and regularities under various partial shaded situations can be obtained. Simulated the improved MPPT method in MATLAB, the superiorities was obtained by contrasting with existing MPPT methods in both MPP searching speed and accuracy.

Abstract: The accuracy of visibility measurement from night light sources image is usually affected by the circumstance light and noise. This paper presents an auto-layering wavelet transfer method to remove the circumstance effect and noise simultaneously. Firstly, the light propagation through the fog at night condition is formulized, where the model and features of night image with circumstance effect and noise is given. Secondly, we propose to use multi-scale features of wavelet transfer to decompose the image to remove the circumstance effect and noise, where an auto-layering method is used based on the energy ratio of wavelet coefficients. Experiments show that our method is able to remove the circumstance effect and noise simultaneously and to adjust the decomposed layering number automatically. Our method is not only suitable for many wavelet functions, but also preserves the light sources as well as their glows in the digital images. The relative error of using db4 is 3.16%, and the relative error of using sym2 is 2.02%.

Abstract: B/S structure (Browser/Server) is one hide client mode after WEB development. This kind of network structure mode unifies WEB browser as the client-side in order to integrate the core part of system function realization to the server. B/S mode simplifies system development, maintenance, and usage. The client only needs one Browser under the B/S mode. The browser interact data with database through Web Server. This article introduces key techniques of B/S, designs and develops one book information retrieval system. The practical application shows the book information retrieval system based on B/S mode has the characteristics of easy maintenance, expansion and high availability. Through the system implementation, we can improve library utilization rate, and express the greater economic effectiveness and social benefit.

Abstract: In order to get the propagation characteristics of surface acoustic wave (SAW) along the piezoelectric crystals surface, the scheme of achieving the propagation characteristics of SAW device based on finite element analysis with ANSYS was proposed in this paper. In this scheme, the model of SAW device was built by the finite element analysis, and the parameter of the electrode and the substrate material was set. The geometry model of SAW device was meshed, and the continuous entity was divided into finite element model. The actual problems of boundary conditions and load in mechanical and electrical were applied to the model. By means of simulating a SAW device with center frequency at 100 MHz, the comparison and analysis between the simulation results and the theory results were presented. Experiments results confirm that the SAW energy is confined into a zone close to the piezoelectric crystals surface and is 1 to 2 wavelengths thick, and the amplitude and energy of the SAW will decrease rapidly with increasing depth.

Abstract: In this study the accurate calibration technique of microscopic image was studied. A set of method which could accurately calibrate the microscopic images was established through construction of mathematic models for Lens distortion correction, binaryzation, and edge extraction etc. Experiments results indicates that, this method owns characteristics of small error, high recognition rate, fast calculation speed, and could finish calibration of microscopic images relatively accurately.

Abstract: Handwritten numeral recognition method generally uses neural networks, the more prominent of these is BP neural network, but BP algorithm is easily get in a local minimum of the error-prone and causes slow oscillation and training , general solution for it is to optimize the structure of the algorithms first. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of GA-BP algorithm, propose a method of making the appropriate operators of GA such as crossover and mutation probability, optimizing the weights and thresholds of BP Neural Network with the improved GA. At handwritten numeral recognition experiment, the results show that the method has faster convergence and more reliable stability, greatly improved BP neural network for learning and recognition rate.

Abstract: Data collection in the important position of modern industrial production and scientific research is increasingly outstanding, as well as the real-time collection, real-time transmission and real-time processing of high speed data acquisition requirements are constantly improve. In addition, for different occasions, the data acquisition system of data sampling parameters are different. PLD as a universal integrated circuit, its logic function according to user's programming on the device, this paper introduces the high-speed data acquisition system based on PLD, mainly expounds the software design of the system, this paper introduces a simple PLD system, using FPGA as the data acquisition chip, the main measure the infrared remote control code acquisition, based on EDA technology to design a core, using DMA access to data, to achieve high-speed system requirements.

Abstract: This paper introduced the design of a portable ultrasonic TOFD imaging and detecting system, and developed the hardware and application software based on embedded system. We accomplished multi-channel ultrasonic transmission and acquisition, real time A-scan signal or TOFD image display, ultrasonic data storage and analysis of large capacity and automatic quantitative calculation of cracks in this system. This system offered rapid speed and high accuracy that could be used to locate and size cracks in both weld joint detection and field structure examination.

Abstract: Heat equation is considered as the most typical one of parabolic equation, which describes many physical phenomena, such as heat conduction, molecule diffusion, etc. In this paper, we investigate the definite solution problem for a diffusion equation. We obtain that if the solution of the diffusion equation is a function of a combination of variables, the solution must satisfies an ordinary differential equation. Then we apply this method to a magma heat conduction model, which shows our research method is feasible and effective.
