Abstract: Using the idea of drive-response synchronization, we discuss the principle, numerical simulation of chaotic laser communication. Compared to traditional communications systems, the chaotic laser communication system has a well-kept secret performance, but the chaos synchronization requirements are very strict.

Abstract: Marine radar image collection technology has been applied in many fileds. It has been a research focus at home and abroad for a long time. This paper proposes an architecture of marine radar image collection system based on Sperry radar, HPX Rader Information Board, OpenCV, SPX Function Library. And implementation of key technologies was diccussed from three aspects, includ-ing radar image display, collection and clear functions. This system has worked well in practice.

Abstract: This vehicle is mainly used for transportation of materials at a short distance in a variety of harsh terrain, such as mountains, ravines, jungles, deserts, beaches, snow-covered environment. Steering on ramp is a common working condition for this vehicle. For the restriction of the tracked vehicles size and internal space of chassis, the selected power of engine is always small. Therefore it is necessary to study on the tracked vehicle steering performance on ramp and to calculate traction and braking force of the inner and outer crawler required, which has practical significance for the further study on the vehicles dynamics research and power matching.

Abstract: We propose a wave shifter with the exit wave direction controllable by using a transformation-medium slab. The coordinate transformation takes two steps. One is along the longitudinal axis to realize shift and the other is on the transversal axis to adjust the exit directon. By using coordinate transformation theory, the constitutive parameters of the slab are obtained. Numerical simulations are further given to validate the performance of the theoretical design.

Abstract: A chaos communication system in semiconductor lasers is proposed. Based on the idea of drive-response synchronization, taking the one-way coupled external cavity semiconductor laser with feedback system as an example, we discuss the principle, numerical simulation of chaotic synchronization and analyze the laser parameter mismatch on the synchronization performance.

Abstract: Pointing on uncertainties in the velocity servo system, caused by servo system cant model accurately, may cause the deterioration of the control quality of the electro-hydraulic servo system, and even lead to its instability. Sliding model control (SMC) strategy has been application in electro-hydraulic velocity servo control. Given that the quality and stability of servo system will be affected by the chartering phenomenon in the SMC, this paper proposes an approach to overcome the chattering: dynamic sliding mode control (DSMC). In this paper the mathematical model is established and the dynamic sliding mode controller is designed. Simulation and experiment indicated that: the proposed control strategy has good performance on velocity tracking and chattering reducing .The stability and control quality of the servo system are improved.

Abstract: The non-uniform turned-on issue of a multi-finger GGnMOS is deeply affect the ESD robustness. This paper introduces a drain-side engineering: by removing the drain contacts to increase the Ron value of a GGnMOS. However, after the actual systematic testing, it can be concluded that removing the drain contacts will obviously decrease the ESD capability and this way is not good for the ESD ability. The It2 value in the Type-1.1 DUT becomes only 56% of the reference group (Ref. DUT). The It2 value will increase as along with the contact number to increase. Meanwhile, the layout pattern of the contacts concentrated around the both ends will have a higher It2 value, i.e., (It2)type2 > (It2)type1, the increasing percentage of It2 values of Type-2 as compared with Type-1 can be up to 8.63%. So, a drain-contact arrangement will strongly affect the device ESD ability.
