Abstract: A mathematical model was established on the bases of the analysis of an air-charged split-type adjustable damping shock absorber structure and its working principle, using Matlab to simulate the shock absorber model, at the same time test the shock absorber on the test bench, verified the validity of the mathematical model. On this basis, the main components of the vice-tube such as the nitrogen chamber, the diameter of the needle valve and the spring valve have been simulated to analysis the affection to the shock absorber, so as to lay the foundation for later in-depth study.

Abstract: Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Co., Ltd. belongs to a subsidiary of Chinalco (Aluminum Corporation of China). With the development of enterprises and the change of market environment, the corporation encountered various difficulties and bottlenecks. In order to improve operational efficiency and profitability, Jiaozuo Wanfang introduced SAP-ERP system in 2008. Logistics management module is an important function in the system, because it strengthens enterprise cost accounting capability from the planning, procurement, inventory and etc. The application of Jiaozuo Wanfang SAP-ERP system can effectively reduce material inventory, improve the accuracy of material procurement plans, and enhance the level of standardized management.

Abstract: The essential of introducing the system of evaluation of efficiency, based on data of accounting data, for safety resources invested in enterprises of producing hazardous chemicals is developed systematically. The intentions and the features of the evaluation system for the safety resources are also demonstrated. This method of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) evaluation of efficiency can be used in all units of enterprises of producing hazardous chemicals with possible accidents in production and for estimating and reflecting the inefficiency of the resources supplied in preventing accidents in production. On the basis of the functions of this evaluation system, the main framework of DEA for the system of evaluating efficiency is also suggested, which is accordant to features of data of accounting in enterprises of producing hazardous chemicals. The purpose of this study is to help effective management of safety resources used in enterprises of producing hazardous chemicals.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of argon oxygen refining ferroalloy production process, design two lays control structure. The first lay is centralized monitoring level, adopte dual-CPU IPC to deal with the complex data operations and centralized monitoring operations. The second lay is process control level, use S7-300 PLC of siemens series, the control system is divided into six subsystems. The subsystem and the central controller share with three sets of PLC, to carry out automatic control for the devices of production line. And complete DCS control system design of argon oxygen refining ferroalloy production process, the system have been put into production, stable and reliable, build a hardware platform to achieve energy-saving control strategies of production process.

Abstract: In this paper, the new type of coupling coil is designed and studied, the new structure have some advantages ,such as simple, novel ,small volume and high space utilization ,and the structure of the primary and secondary side coil structure is different in order to adapt to different environmental requirements. And the designed coil can be added to the iron core .The simulation diagrams are fully verified by ANSYS simulation experiment.

Abstract: This paper analysed the first-step of dry drawing of steel cords by numerical simulation. In different working conditions,a couple of simulations were made to analyses the influences on stress and temperature,different work cone angle,drawing speed,high of die bearing . Afer measuring the actual data of temperature experiment, the experimental results were in good great agreement with numerical simulartion.In this paper,some measures were concluded to reduce the drawing stress and temperature,which have guiding significance for the production of steel cord.Key words:Wire drawing die;Hole structure;Temperature;Decoupling

Abstract: Pinhole defects on light gauge aluminum foilwere classified by the morphology characteristics. According to the classification, the formation mechanism of pinhole defects was discussed and some control methods for the control of these pinholes were proposed. and the methods to prevent the pinhole were proposed.
