Abstract: Taking the Planetary Bevel Gears as an object, the characteristic of cold Closed-die Forging was studied. By Using the FEM, the flowing rule of metal in the process of cold forging were analyzed, which is composed of dual-direction extrusion, upsetting and filling the gear form. The results show that each district of cavity was filled completely at the end of forging, without corner collapse, fold or crack. Taken the lower die as an example, the distribution of die stress was also analyzed. The results of numerical simulation were proved by the experiments, meanwhile the high precision and quality forging was formed. To the gears, the cold closed-die forging can not only ensure the dimensional precision, but also improve the capability of the gear, while obviously reduce materials consumption.

Abstract: It is known that the stiffened cylinder structure supports external pressure loads inaerospace and marine application subjected to hydrostatic pressure. For relatively low temperature, aluminum or composite cylinder can be appropriate, but at higher temperature, titanium or steel alloymust be considered. Nickel based alloys show excellent corrosion resistance and elevated temperaturemechanical strength so that these alloys are now successfully utilized for aerospace and engineapplication. This paper provides innovative

Abstract: One Datong (China) coal was deashed by a mixture of hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrochloric acid (HCl) and distilled water. The textures of the coal samples were investigated by N2 adsorption at 77 K. The surface groups on coals were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that the coal texture has been changed after deashing treatment. The XPS results showed that the dominant forms of carbon on the surface of raw coal are C-C and C-H, the dominant forms of oxygen are COO-and C-O, and dominant forms of sulphur is thiophenes sulphur. The de-ashing treatments resulted in the elimination of sulphur and a decrease of oxygen adsorbed on the coal surface.

Abstract: With the deepening of the oilfield development, oil field has entered the high water cut period. The rate of water cut increasing and production decline are accelerate. It is needed to adjust the way of exploitation in order to improve oilfield exploitation effect. Cyclic water flooding is one of effective means to improve oilfield development effect with the advantages of small investment, quick effect, reduce inefficient output and improve oilfield overall development benefit. In this paper, we use the means of numerical simulation to study the injection timing and reasonable working systems of different types of Wells. Technical basis is provided for further study and field test.

Abstract: HSAAC was prepared from coal blending test of Qitaihe Coal and Yilan Coal with KOH activation method under N2 protection, to study its adsorption property for phenol in aqueous solution. Kinetic studies showed that adsorption of activated carbon for phenol fitted the second order kinetic model. The second order rate constants k2 is 1.9515×10-2 g•mg-1•min-1.

Abstract: The methods of shale gas content measurement and shale Gas-in-place calculation are introduced in detail. The shale gas content is form 1.05 to 1.84 m3/t. From Gas-in-place calculation the adsorption gas content is a little more than free gas content. The advantage of shale gas accumulation areas are high formation pressure, low water saturation, high porosity and high total organic content. There are some discrepancy between shale gas content testing and gas in place calculation and three reasons may cause this phenomenon.

Abstract: The development and utilization of mineral resources is closely related to the social economy of mankind. It is beneficial to promote the social development with the comprehensive understanding of mineral resources. The article reviews the distribution, characteristics and predominant mineral of mineral resources in Liaoning province systematically. The exploitation and utilizing status, utilization extent and utilization level of mineral resources in Liaoning province are introduced in detail. The geological exploration and prospect direction will focus on deep mineral resources in the future. The analysis can contribute important reference value to the plan, exploration and development of mineral resources in this region.

Abstract: Experiment research on non-carbon metallurgy was explored, which contained three parts: smelting in high temperature, electrolytic iron and hydrogen reduction. A complete set of non carbon metallurgy system should include four technical units: power generation, electric power storage, control module, metallurgy unit. Energy and high temperature over 1600°C can be offered by technology on non-carbon metallurgy, electron also can be offered for hydrogen reduction and electrolysis. Technological parameters and results of three kind experiments were analysed and discussed, the feasibility of this technology and processes were proved.

Abstract: The key technology of empty absorption column is the atomizing effect of Nozzle, The good atomization effect of The nozzle can improve the transfer effect. The high efficient atomizing nozzle with the built-in spiral, reverse flow and large flow is designed in this paper. It completely solves the contradiction between plug and atomization. Application of atomizing nozzle in ammonia desulfurization of empty tower ,it also achieved very good results, Compared to other nozzle which is widely used, the desulfurization effect is improved by 5-6% in empty absorption column.
