Abstract: In order to effectively solve strata pressure control of isolated island face and roadway support difficulty, field observation was carried out in Gubei mine 1232(1) face in Huainan mine area. Through the activity regularity of roof and floor in face and pressure mechanism analysis, the contents and method of the mine strata pressure observation were set up. Based on these works, the rule of strata pressure behavior and first weight and periodical weight step were educed. Finally, the technical advantage and theoretical support are provided reference for high yield, high efficiency, and safety production in other isolated island face which had the similar geological conditions.

Abstract: The adsorption of Cl on the γ-TiAl (100) surface is studied by using the first-principles calculations based on the density-functional theory. The calculated result show that the most stable site for Cl adsorption is the four-fold-hollow site denoted by HFa. The binding energy per Cl atom increases when the coverage is more than 0.75ML. The Cl atoms are more likely to interact with the Ti atoms than the Al atoms from not only the electronic structure but also the atomic structure.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high performance piston head can not produced by using casting and hot die forging, the warm extrusion molding method is proposed, based on the analysis of factors influencing for forming, rational scheme of orthogonal experiment was designed, a series of analysis for simulation results by using the range analysis method and comprehensive balance method, the optimal forming process parameters combination are identified, the optimal result are verified by the DEFORM software.

Abstract: On the base of the storage, migration and production mechanisms of Coalbed Methane (CBM), the gas-water two phase differential equations describing the seepage of CBM are set up to calculate reservoir pressure and productivity in vertical well pattern, to analysis the propagation characteristics of formation pressure and the influence of inter-well interference and various influencing factors of inter-well interference. The results show that Inter-well interference can speed up both the reservoir pressure drop and the desorption of adsorbed gas, increase the gas well productivity, and enhance the ultimate recovery in the coalbed methane field.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high water cut wells in some oil field in Daqing that it could not get the large-scale application because of the bad separating effect of down hole centrifugal oil-water separator, we optimize the design of multi-cup uniform flux oil-water separator according to the similar separation principle of multi-cup uniform flux gas anchor, and it is obtained to achieve of injection-production technology in the same well which is of high water cut. The design concept of the separator is increasing the number of opening every layer and aperture gradually in subsection from up to down in the design process. The purpose is to get the close intake quantity of every orifice and guarantee the residence time is long enough in the separator, effectively shorten the length of down hole oil-water separator and reduce the production costs and operating costs.

Abstract: According to the theoretical basis of the model, and under the conditions of the basic hypothesis, combined with ion theory, and double membrane theory, the LF refining process dynamic model of liquid steel to phosphorus has been established , and it is also been fitted and validated by using the field test data. Experimental results show that the apparent rate constant of the LF refining process molten steel back to phosphorus is between 13~19×10-3g/(cm2·s), the predicted result of the model is accordance with the test results .With the application of the model, we found that the error between predicted result and actual measured values of the model within the 1.51ppm, so the predicted result of the model can be used to predict the phosphorus content of steel at a certain moment. This provides a good theoretical guidance for the control of the LF refining rephosphorization.

Abstract: Hardness heterogeneous on weld metal and base metal in complicate structure of water storage tank was found after examination. Replica metallographic examination in hardness heterogeneous zone shows abnormal microstructures. Ostwald Ripening structure was caused by uneven temperature control during heat treatment. Lower cooling speed is the main cause of forming tempered sorbite in weld joints.

Abstract: The influence of inlet structure which is the tangent and Spiral on water-coal separation in a Hydrocyclone is simulated by CFD in this paper. Mixture model in fluent and the RNG K turbulent model are adopted using numerical simulation by FLUENT software. The pressure gradient term is calculated by STANDARD discrete numerical method, and a second order upwind scheme is applied as discrete form for the rest of terms; the SIMPLE algorithm is adopted to deal with the pressure-velocity coupling. The fluent of the two inlet structure on the inner fluid of the hydrocyclone is obtained. It can be concluded that in actual applications, separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone with spiral inlet the entrance is higher, separation effect is better. The numerical simulation can provide a foundation for structural optimization design of hydrocyclone.

To make sure the Secondary side hydro-test of on site of Steam Generator is successful at the first round, the relative parties organize to check the 8948 Tube-Tube sheet sealing welding area before the test. Through the introduction of the Checking progress, for example, Defect confirming, Defect location, Defect dealing, Defect repair and other progress, the basic reason of deviation has been analyzed. And also, some discussions and concerns were given which will very useful as an experience feedback.

The key technologies are needed to solve in the future included: precision control technology, efficient manufacturing technology, composite parts manufacturing technology.
