Abstract: This paper mainly studied the removal of metal ions in wastewater from a mine. On the research basis of using traditional coagulation-sedimentation process to remove metal ions, this study took Zn and Cd ions as major research targets, and conducted the research of advanced treatment of mining wastewater. Enhanced coagulation and enhanced ion exchange process was adopted, and water quality indexes after treatment reach the national third class standard of surface water quality.

Abstract: Huperzine A was approved for curing Alzheimers disease in the early 1990s in China. We explored a highly-efficient synthetic route for the key intermediate in the total synthesis of this natural product. Only common reagents and conditions were involved. So our new route has potential application in large-scale preparation of the key intermediate.

Abstract: In order to resolve the corrosion resistance of the Mg-Sr-Al-Y alloy, the micro arc oxidation technology were utilized to fabricated the oxidation coating in this paper. The potassium sodium tartrate (C4O6H4KNa) solution was introduced into the electrolyte solution for improving the coating properties. The effect of the C4O6H4KNa content on the phase composition, surface morphology and potentiodynamic polarization behavior was investigated. Compared with the Mg-Sr-Al-Y matrix alloy, the specimen with sodium citrate had high relatively positive potential and low corrosion current , so it proved that the introduce of the doped C4O6H4KNa would improved the corrosion resistance properties. Abstract: The ceramics coating hadobtained by the micro arc oxidation technology in order to resolve thecorrosion resistance of the Mg alloy.The phase composition, surface morphology,gained weight and polarization behavior of the micro arc oxidation coating wasinvestigated in details. After the introduce of the sodiumcitrate in the electrolyte solution, thespecimen had high relatively positive potential and low corrosion current, sodoped sodium citratewould improve the corrosion resistance properties of the Mg alloy .

Abstract: With samples decomposed by mixed acid of sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid, manganese in alloy steel was determined by periodate spectrophotometry. The acid system for dissolving samples was established, and 525 nm as the optimal measuring wavelength was selected. The results showed that Beer's law was obeyed in range of 0 to 36μg/mL for manganese (II). The relative standard deviations were between 0.6% to 2.0%(n=6). The recoveries of samples were between 95.1to 101.4%.

Abstract: In order to know what effect on the yield of alloy elements will be if the steel is melted/refined with the DC arc furnace, the effect of melting and refining with DC-arc on the yield of alloy element has been investigated by a melting experiment, in which the melting/refining is switched to continuous melting/refining with DC-arc after the molten metal is contact with the molten slag for 41 minutes without DC-arc, and by a contrast experiment of melting/refining with DC-arc and with an AC-arc. When DC current passes through the slag-metal interface and the slag-gas interface, the existence of the electrolysis phenomenon during the DC-arc steel melting/refining has been confirmed. Electrolysis participates in the metallurgical reaction. The phenomenon of two or more electrode reactions taking place simultaneously at both the slag-metal interface and the slag-gas interface has also been observed. The two phenomena cause the accelerating loss of the alloy-elements in the molten metal and the decreasing of concentrations of the corresponding oxides in the molten slag. The electrochemical transfer of oxygen from the molten slag to the molten metal ((O2-)=[+2e and (O2-)=1/2O2+2e) at the slag-metal interface has been observed, and causes the increasing of oxygen content in the molten metal.

And butyl acrylic, vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and have good adhesive sex and peel strength, and it has better cohesion[.This article describes the modified acrylic adhesive vinyl acetate synthesis methods and performance characteristics that affect the performance of some of the major factors, namely raw material ratio, the amount of initiator, polymerization temperature, add water, put forward various factors on product performance cause and effect, and how to improve product performance were discussed. Analysis of the response characteristics of acrylic ester, acrylic acid ester described the main components of raw materials and application of several adhesive, tells today of Propylene. Ester adhesive research trends and research progress. In addition to the acryl ate modified vinyl acetate adhesive preparation and distribution of each group than to its solid content, initial viscosity, viscosity can be held, 180-degree peel strength of the main physical properties[. With the change in the distribution ratio of each group, the physical properties of its corresponding change took place, after joining EHA modified acrylic adhesive vinyl acetate also increased the initial viscosity. With the change in component modified vinyl acetate acrylic adhesive solid content and viscosity are held to change[.Idea vinyl acetate adhesive properties of the impact of factors related to the quality of acrylic acid, the ratio of butyl acryl ate and ethyl acetate, PVA's quality[. The results show that when the initiator was ammonium per sulfate (APS), the acrylic acid quality is 4, the ratio of butyl acryl ate and ethyl acetate 30:70, PVA modified by a mass of 8 180 vinyl adhesive peel strength largest, best quality plastic. Abstract: This research conducted chemical modification of foaming agent KH first, then determined the ratio of ingredients KH: SK: BH: SF: water of the foaming composite as 10:2:1:2:20 through orthogonal experiments, and made tests for relevant properties of samples at the said ingredient ratio and with dry density of 800 kg/m3, 900 kg/m3 and 1000 kg/m3 respectively determined by optimum seeking method via experiments. The test results show that the initial compressive strength of the material and its compressive strength after curing for 28 days are both relatively high.

Abstract: Fibre materials, as thermal insulation materials, will be an optimum choice for inflatable mini cold storage. The evaluation index such as infrared spectrum, thermal stability and thermal conductivity is closely related to the selection and application of fibrous insulation materials. The results showed that the transmittance of bamboo fibre tested by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) measurements was about 35.3% with an advantage to the heat preservation, and radiation heat transfer was analyzed in the area of far-infrared. The initial decomposition temperature of 1#, 2# and 3# measured by TGA curve was respectively 383.9°C, 372.5°Cand 315.4°C, and the total thermal weight loss rate of 1#, 2# and 3# was 64.59%, 90.16% and 80.47%. The thermal conductivity of 1# at 0°C was 0.035 W·m-1·K-1, lower than 2# and 3#, also lower in the temperature range from 0°C to 8°C, measured by hypothermia thermal instrument.

Abstract: Urchinlike Ni particles with different length and quantity spines were successful synthesized. The microstructures and morphologies of the resulting materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The amount of N2H4H2O plays an important role in the morphology of urchin. The electromagnetic parameters of these urchinlike Ni were measured with vector network analyzer at 2-18 GHz frequency. The results indicate that the microwave absorbing properties are improved by the urchin structure.
