Abstract: due to the fast development of petrochemical industrial park in our country, increasing of large-scale petrochemical industry production device and storage device, continuous increasing quantity of major danger source and more likely occurrence of major and extra serious accidents such as fire and explosion, this article puts forward the key issues for petrochemical industrial park fire planning by combing with the current status of fire planning for petrochemical industrial park in our country, hoping to provide references and suggestions for preparing petrochemical industrial park fire planning in future.

Abstract: This paper firstly illustrates the concept and connotation of green and low-carbon highway passenger stations. Based on the analysis of foreign current situation, come up with the principle of how to build an evaluation index system for green and low-carbon highway passenger station. Finally around four links including planning, construction, operation and management, build the evaluation index system and give the content of each indicator.

Abstract: Along with the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, extensive researches on environmental protecting and resource saving have been made in the field of construction industry, but the quantitative evaluation of the resource consumption and environmental impact in the process of construction has always been difficult to obtain. The paper focuses on the quantitative evaluation of resource depletion , establishing the quantitative evaluation of resource depletion effect according to the life cycle impact assessment and equivalent coefficient method, and then determines the equivalent coefficient of the resource based on coal; makes the quantitative evaluation of the concrete raw material consumption and resource depletion index under the analysis of several different strength grades of before and after adding fly ash concrete, and at last the corresponding proposal to lower the impact, which can be used as a reference basis for the green risk of construction project and sustainable development is put forward.

Abstract: Environmental impact assessment (EIA) and Health Impact Assessment (HIA) both play important roles in environmental and human health protection in many counties as well as in China. Some developed countries have mature experiences on integrating HIA into EIA for years from which we can learn. In this paper, the necessity, obstacles of Chinese EIA are analyzed and follow-up work is recommended. China should carry out related research, and gradually realize the integration of EIA and HIA.

Abstract: The objective water environment quality evaluation is very important to prevent and control the water pollution and provide scientific basis for water management. This paper is a trial application of the fuzzy matter-element evaluation method (FMEM) as a water environment quality evaluation method. In this method, compound fuzzy matter elements are established first, followed by establishment of the correlation function and evaluation method. The feasibility of this method is verified by citing water environment quality evaluation of DaWen River as an example.

Abstract: This paper deals with specific the geothermal heating project with low-temperature reservoirs in specific districts of China and attempts to make a comprehensive life-cycle assessment of it. We apply the environment impact potential method to evaluate underground construction, aboveground construction, operation and decommissioning stages of the project. Compared with other energies the result of 17.08 person equivalents indicates that geothermal is a clean energy. The coal-fired electricity used in operation stage is the largest source of environment impact.

Abstract: Based on the water quality index interaction of WASP model and the finite volume method, two-dimensional coupling model of water quantity and water quality was established. Then a random function module was added into the model having Generalized Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation (GLUE) function. Using GLUE method analyzes the uncertainty and sensitivity of the established model. The results show that organic sedimentation rate VS3 is the most sensitive to total nitrogen changes, and its sensitive value range is 0.03-0.07m/d, while the influence of other parameters isnt obvious. By using the combinations of obtained sensitive parameters, the total nitrogen variation of Taihu Lake is simulated. The results are all within the 95% confidence interval, which explains that the model is reasonable.

Abstract: In this paper, it analyzed the investment status of Harbin ecological infrastructure by the statistical data from the scale of investment, the total investment and trends, and investment structure. it pointed out that there are a lot of problems in Harbin ecological infrastructure projects, such as insufficient investment scale in environmental pollution governance, imperfect structure, low efficiency of the service; demand for infrastructure funding gap and a single financing channels ,etc.. Only it is necessary that the private capital would be incentives to invest into the ecological infrastructure project by establishing a good financial environment, the Mechanism of regulation and incentives, and formulating preferential policies to optimize the mode of financing and financing structure.

Abstract: In the view of the construction of green university throughout the world, this paper summarizes the principles, connotation and methods of the evaluation green university index system. An index system is established for assessment of green university, which contains the green concept, the green culture, the green research, the green education and the green campus. By applying the multi-level grey approach, the article tries to innovate the evaluation approach of green university and develop Green Star rating system. Taken Jiangnan university as a case study, a comprehensive evaluation model is employed to puts forward a feasible and useful way for green university evaluation.

Abstract: First, using the method of factor analysis, we can sum up four major factors which exert great influence on the energy development of TAR from a comprehensive study of those common factors. Judged by scores, those four factors can be ranked as the level of economic development, social development, industrial development and energy endowment, help evaluate the development conditions in different regions in TAR. Second, we use the hierarchical clustering method to conclude the three planning conditions of the renewable energy in TAR. Third, according to the special conditions in TAR and the above analysis, we can get a systemic three-stage planning project for the renewable energies. Given the different distribution of solar energy and wind energy in different areas in TAR as well as the different economic level and demands, the renewable energy development in different areas can be completed in a three-stage planning with three methods of planning. The complete development can bring an additional renewable energy of 4.045 billion KWH for Tibetan people in different areas. Last, we make a detailed analysis on the economic and social benefit as well as the environmental protection resources and environmental benefit brought by the development of renewable energy in TAR.
