Abstract: With the energy market demand increasing, coal mine safety production monitoring system based on wireless sensor network has been widely used. The traditional wireless sensor network synchronization method based on packet switching is very difficult to achieve synchronization accuracy and energy consumption at the same time. Paper presents a cooperative time synchronization method based on packet message exchange (CTS), Analysis of synchronous packet information interaction process, the introduction of cooperative relay will not change the synchronization precision. Synchronous grouping information for sending and receiving ends for receiving and forwarding to reduce the transmission power, reduce energy consumption through cooperative relay. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that in the condition of not reducing the synchronization precision, it can achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption by introducing the cooperative relay in the horizon channel model can reach 4 times the energy efficiency.

Abstract: This paper presented an audio zero-watermarking algorithm based on wavelet and cepstrum coefficients mean comparison. The Algorithm first divided the original audio into four parts, and then used the wavelet transform to conduct 3-level wavelet decomposition in every audio signal, extracting the approximate coefficients of the third layer wavelet to conduct cepstrum transform according to fixed length segment,and removing the part with high fluctuation at both ends of the cepstral coefficients, selecting the stable middle part to construct the watermark based on the two neighboring mean value relation. The simulation results showed that the algorithm had fine robustness under common attacks like resampling, requantization, MP3 compression, Gaussian white noise, low-pass filtering,wavelet denoising and echo attack.

Abstract: In mobile communication system, the traffic is time-varying and unpredictable, so there will be some hot-spot cells. It means that, the number of service request is much higher than an acceptable level in some cells, which may result in call-blocking with a large probability. But in other cells of system there are still resources available to serve more users. How to avoid the imbalance to effectively improve the system's resource utilization is what load balancing need to solve. In this paper, a new kind of event-trigger mechanism using cell load status information exchange between eNBs via X2 interface is presented. Additionally, based on it, a novel load balancing algorithm, named TSLB(two-staged load balancing), for LTE systems is put forward. Using this algorithm, eNBs can start corresponding load balancing procedure accurately according to the cell load status in real-time without any manual intervention. Simulation results show that the method is valid and it can increase the system throughput significantly as well as decrease the network delay.

Abstract: With the growing demand for mass data storage, cloud storage has become an inevitable trend of the development of the storage. In order to improve the efficiency and stability of cloud storage system, this paper presents an optimization algorithm based on cloud storage. Node idle zone and node resource usage view is divided, while integrating node and global scheduling method, which can improve the cost-effective and stability of cloud storage system.

Abstract: Various DRM standards curb users freedom to transfer and share digital contents among rendering devices. Several interoperability schemes that accommodate devices DRM compatibility have been raised through content distribution or sharing channel, these approaches are usually implemented by domain management or third party transformation services. Most of these schemes emphasize their advantages over others on trust level, security, cost, efficiency and flexibility. Our proposal integrates previous work to maintain the basic requirement of DRM system, we stick to local third party as the foundation for interoperability, we also use proxy re-encryption scheme to protect raw content from disclosure during content translation. And we try to enhance the system by bringing in three principles: security of content encryption key, fewest participants in conversion and minimum calculation requirements for end device. Finally, Statistical demonstration is presented with comparison to other schemes in our analysis to prove performance improvements.

Abstract: Plant model is critical data in enterprise information system, which is the basis of ERP and MES system. Combined with processing flow and physical layout of equipment in semiconductor industry, key technologies of visual plant model are introduced based on SP95 standard. Design ideas are described from perspectives of basic architecture, model building. The system is integrated, reconfigurable and can be implemented rapidly in front and back end of semiconductor Industry through secondary development and customization. Based on the system, a case of plant model was constructed to prove the validity of this theory in semiconductor industry.

Abstract: More internal transistor of GPU is used as a data processing rather than process control. Compared with the existing multinuclear CPU, it has more processors and higher ability of the whole parallel processing, which is suitable for a large scale super calculation based on desktop platform. CUDA platform, put forward by NVIDIA Company, which is a new hardware and software architecture of realized the general calculation of GPU combined with the high parallel ability, and adopt CUDAC programming language to realize a parallel binary image connected domain label algorithm based on CUDA. The algorithm uses eight connection body labels, which has the high parallel ability, the less association between steps and the efficiency of the great promotion space.

Abstract: In order to amend the defects of existing similarity measure formula between vague sets, a new definition of similarity measure between vague sets is proposed and a new formula with higher resolution and highlighted uncertainty is presented on the basis of data mining vague value method. A general fault diagnosis method of Vague sets (GFDMVS) is proposed. The same practical case is studied with three methods and the results demonstrate the validity and reasonability of the method proposed in this paper.

Abstract: The problem of fault diagnosis of steam turbine used three methods of generating units, the results show that not only the method in this paper is multiple fault diagnosis method, and the formula is more simple, more practical application results.
