Abstract: The impact of supply chain on new product development (NPD) and product introduction is particularly important in a time when (i) there are pressures for growing product proliferation in order to meet varied demands and constraints, (ii) the research and development pipeline is a key focus in companies, and (iii) technology life cycles have shortened so much that obsolete inventories and time to market are crucial for companies margin performance. This research focuses on the early stages of the collaborative product development process in the extended enterprise and shows it is a contribution to the business world. The output of the research includes the functional requirements of a framework and a developed prototype methodology with tools and technologies that are tested with case studies in the industrial environment. The study also focuses on using modern modeling tools to represent the product development processes of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and its suppliers.

Abstract: Workflow is the further improvement of MIS system, emphasizing to link each MIS module whose logic is separate in a specific manner so that they can cooperate with one another and achieve their effects in the form of process. In order to attain the universality of workflow application, on one hand, in this article the author designs connectors among workflow, workflow nodes and workflow parameters to simplify the structure of workflow. On the other hand, the author applies delegate and event technique to solve the problem of communication in time between workflow and workflow nodes so that workflow can flow sequentially among the nodes. In the end, a set of reusable, scalable and easily-usable generic OA components is encapsulated.

Abstract: This paper deeply analyzes the urban civil system, energy-saving decision-making mechanism, the system components and the related energy-saving anti-adjustment mechanism based on the proposed energy-saving urban civil system's basis. It also presents the classification decision-making and decision-making process for the civil on various components on building systems in decision-making energy-saving features on the system proposed civil heat, urban heating network and the energy saving civil monomer decision making. It also builds the decision support for the city civil agent-based energy-saving system, realizing the basic institutions of the agent to propose the energy-saving urban civil decision.

Abstract: This paper deals with the application of monitoring and targeting (M&T) in the company. The main objective of this work was based on M&T study created in 2008 to assess the effectiveness of measures taken in the production distance ring. The main goal of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of measures towards electricity consumption decrease that were accepted after the study from 2008 when the process with the highest electricity consumption was identified.

Abstract: Aimed at the low voltage power supply of the intelligent terminal equipment controller in 10kV Distribution Power Grid, a new power supply system, which consists of 24V Lead-acid battery charged by photovoltaic (PV) solar panels and current transformers (CT), is researched in this paper. To maximize the charging power, three points Perturb and Observe algorithm with alterable perturbation step is applied. In the CT charging module, a hysteresis comparator and a discharge circuit are properly utilized to stabilize the charging voltage. At the end of this paper, the power supply system is experimentally validated, and can provide 17.45W charging power to battery with efficiency of 84.26%.

Abstract: Mostly, mechanical products designers are lack of environment knowledge, and it is difficult to design environmentally friendly products rapidly. In this paper, a model of mapping relationships for green feature is established to extract the environmental impact factors, aiming at realizing green design. On the basis of the conceptual design of mechanical products, the mapping relationships between conventional and green design domains are found out to build the standard mapping relationships system of products. Then, for similar products, the green feature can be got by the system so as to do the environmental impact assessment.

Abstract: Influences of temperature and CO2 partial pressure on CO2 corrosion behaviors of 25CrMnVA steel were investigated in the simulated oil field environments. The corrosion rates were measured under high temperature and high pressure condition. SEM, EDS and XRD were used to analyze the morphologies and characteristics of corrosion scales on the steels. The results shows that the corrosion rates of 25CrMnVA steel change little below 65°C, the corrosion feature is uniform corrosion. The corrosion rates increase rapidly after 65°C, mesa corrosion is found on the surface of steel. The corrosion rates decrease firstly and increase subsequently with the rising of CO2 partial pressure, and the minimal corrosion rate presents near CO2 critical pressure. The compactness of corrosion scale improves with the increase of CO2 partial pressure below 8MPa, which causes uniform corrosion rate reduced. Under supercritical CO2 condition, the local defects in the surface of corrosion scale increase, and the compactness of corrosion scale reduces, which cause the increase of corrosion rate sharply. The corrosion rate and corrosion morphology are closely related to the state of corrosion scale.

Abstract: SCADA system is a real-time data source, and it can accurately record the real-time information of the power system. Due to renewable energy's connection to the power system, load fluctuations and scheduling switching operation, the power system is often in a dynamic process. The telemetry data provided by SCADA system contains two parts, the steady-state data and transient data. The data cannot be directly used in state estimation. So we propose histogram thinking and extract steady-state data from the real-time telemetry data, which provides good data for state estimation. This method has the character of quick calculating speed and accuracy, and is adapted to the needs of real-time data's processing.
