Abstract: The total loads between kiln support are transmitted to the shell cross-section at tyre as shearing forces. According to the character and the condition of shell deformation and force balance, the mathematical models of contact pressure have been set up between tyre and shell under intermittent contact. The contact zones and contact pressures between tyre and shell are solved when the support reactions and gaps are variable. The results show the contact pressures increase with the increase of support reactions and gaps, the contact zones are proportional to support reactions, and inversely proportional to the gaps, which provide the reason for sound axis alignment and gap design.

Abstract: Currently, the 3D design has become the inevitable trend in the application of CAD technology. It is possible for 3D design of vehicle bogie. In this paper, the 3D parametric CAD system of vehicle bogie based on the performance is established with the combination of the section size calculation, the parametric CAD design, and the database access technology, which is redeveloped and reassembled with the platform of SolidWorks 2008. Therefore, this study has certain theoretical research and practical application value.

Abstract: Apple harvest is a heavy labor and time consuming task, and is mainly conducted manually currently. Workers need to grasp the apple body from the branch and then cut the apple stem with clippers. This paper has made effort to realize these operations with an under-actuated manipulator. This manipulator is driven pneumatically and is expected to grasp the apple body and then cut the stem in a designed sequence. A camera is embedded on the manipulator to obtain the eye in hand style. A SCARA robot arm is employed to locate the manipulator to the target apple under the control of master device, which could be operated manually and navigated by the camera image feedback. The displacement of the under-actuated manipulator is simulated to approve the design concept.

Abstract: The paper introduces the technology to extend the USART of the single chip microcomputer AVR, which can be realized by using the serial port extension chip GM8125. The technology can be applied to the monitoring of temperature and smoke etc. The hardware design and software design are completed and the anti-interference problem is also solved.

Abstract: To improve the security and reliability of Chip Operating System,A Chip Operating System supporting SM2 algorithm is designed and implemented on smart card chip of Tongfang THD86.The system shows better performance and efficiency on security. The experimental results and the security analysis showed SM2 algorithm had advantages of taking up less memory space and higher efficient on encryption and signature than RSA algorithm.The COS passed the tests of State Cryptography Administration, it was valuable and effective.

Abstract: A curve of the relationship between the gaps of microstrip resonator and coupling coefficients is presented in this paper, which based on the study of small planar microstrip bandpass filter design theory and implementation. According to the curve, a small microstrip bandpass filter with 6.67% relative bandwidth in L-band is designed by Multi-zigzag line and capacitive loading technology. Compared to the similar hairpin line filters, the area of the filter designed in this paper is reduced by 64% with advantage of smaller size and more simple structure. The examples and results of a fifth-order Chebyshev responsible L-band bandpass filter are presented in the end of this paper.

Abstract: Wireless sensor networks with highly dynamic characteristics and limited resources, this paper presents a simple service management Strategy. It realizes service deployment management across different clusters, the request and the response of wireless sensor is simple that based on the protocol data format of XML WSNXML between the clusters. It provides an effective method for the management of shared resources of wireless sensor network and service expansion and realizes service release and deployment management difficulties between various wireless sensor network management based on different management cluster.

Abstract: This paper researches laser marking machine and fuzzy control system, and belongs to the optical fabrication. This paper combines fuzzy control system with laser carving system, and greatly improves the machining precision. This paper introduces laser precision system about optical fiber laser of the output wavelength of 1064 nm, researches that application fuzzy technology controls the servo motor, drives moving workbench, strictly control the location accuracy, so as to realize the precision intelligent control of laser engraving machine. Using the computer marking card and servo drive system technology, this paper achieves joint control both laser engraving signal and servo system, solves the intermittent fit between the laser precision system out light moment and ruler feed stop, researches intelligent system is developed for laser precision stability control system, and achieves caliper precision engraving. Computer connects to the network to realize remote monitoring. System is stable operation, strong ability to adapt the environment, high efficiency and precision.

Abstract: By studying the characteristics of photovoltaic array, this paper proposes an improved MPPT control strategy. This strategy uses the neural network to control the operating voltage of the PV array, so that the voltage does not fall into local maximum, then the incremental conductance method is used to adjust precisely to obtain the optimal tracking results. With simulation of Matlab/Simulink, this improved strategy is verified that it can track the correct maximum power point under partial shading.

Abstract: A coolant mixing investigation in a head of a half-size model of VVER-440 fuel assembly (simulator) has been performed at KFKI. The PIV and PLIF measurements have been done under a selected list of power distribution options, flow rates and powers. The experiments were focused on obtaining a data for investigating the trends in temperature difference between the value registered by a thermocouple and that obtained using PLIF technique. The coolant temperature distribution has been measured in many positions along the coolant trajectory and where coolant flow leaves the rod bundle and in the cross section location of thermocouple, thus the dynamics of effect of mixing process is also declared. PIV and LPIF results show their ability to verify the primary results of CFD calculations.
