Abstract: With the information technology industry continuously developing and the level of industrial automation continuously improving, PLC and touch screen become more common. In this paper, the touch screen as a PC and PLC as the next crew, a CNC punch press dedicated economic CNC system was designed.The relevant procedures and HMI design was completed based on a comprehensive analysis of punch press feature. The Economical CNC system not only has the advantages of simple operation,easy maintenance and good stability but also can reduce the cost and enhance the adaptability of the enterprise market of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: In this article, a new approach to design discrete-time sliding-mode guidance laws is presented based on the target-missile relative motion equation in three-dimensional space. This method significantly reduced system chattering and could be easily achieved on engineering. Furthermore, effectiveness of the proposed guidance laws is demonstrated through simulation by comparing with the traditional proportional guidance laws.

Abstract: A new Quasi-Cyclic Low-Density Parity-Check (QC-LDPC) encoder based on type I Rotate-Left-Accumulator (RLA) circuits is designed for the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS). The proposed encoder is serial-input and serial-output. It can reduce the power consumption and save memory resource. FPGA simulation shows its feasibility.

Abstract: Vane-wake unsteady characteristics and its effects on rotor blade leading-edge were investigated with SST k-ω turbulence model in this paper. Conditions of different rotated speed (500rpm, 1000rpm, and 2000rpm), rotor blade surface static pressure and heat transfer coefficient distributions were obtained from spectrum analysis of rotor surface lift and drag coefficient under corresponding conditions. Results show that: Along with the increase of speed, wake vortex shedding frequency and energy entropy around rotor blade flow field increase, which leads to relatively high energy loss; pressure surface of rotor blade static pressure reduces with increasing speed, whereas, suction surface static pressure increases, and overall heat transfer performance of rotor blade surface increases.

Abstract: The use of renewable energy plays an important role in the sustainable development of our social economy and environmental protection. Wind power is now one of the fastest growing forms of renewable energy. these can be steady and predictable, providing a clean, safe and potentially limitless source of power. Now, Small wind turbines use the battery energy storage. Due to the randomness of the wind power and wind speed change range is larger, it is difficult to charge a battery. In this paper ,we will introduce a set of small vertical axis wind power controller system designed that is small size, light weight, high efficiency and energy saving, good load effect , good dynamic performance, reliable work and stable output .bridge rectifier circuit, MCU and its peripheral circuit, AD conversion circuit and serial communication circuit are put into use. charging control and discharge protection are controlled by microcontroller.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor adaptability to environment when using a single sensor to detect road-edge, this paper proposed a road-edge detection method based on perception dominance. Firstly, the confidence model of 2D laser radar and vision sensor was established, and then the Dempster-Shafer Theory was used to fuse the detection results of 2D laser radar and vision sensor. Finally, the effectiveness of the method in harsh environment was verified by experiments.

Abstract: For the arc current generated during the reclosing of the high-voltage transmission system, small reactance configuration compensation and control strategy. By the magnetically controlled reactor is researched. First analyzing the principle that high-pressure single-circuit and double-circuit on the same pole line suppresses arc current, then establishing the magnetron controlled reactor equivalent model in PSCAD, on this basis, establishing simulation using magnetron reactors to suppress secondary arc current circuit under the conditions of high voltage transmission lines , designing and implementing of a magnetic valve controllable reactor inhibition of arc current physics experiments under of a low-voltage experimental conditions analoging high-voltage actual line condition. At last, the comparison of PSCAD simulation waveform and physics experiments of Power Quality the analyzer topas2000 and oscilloscope output verify the magnetic valve controllable reactor to suppress the arc current theory feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract: This paper proposed an artificial neural network (ANN) based space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) for motor drive which fully covers the undermodulation and overmodulation regions. A neural network has the advantage of very fast implementation of an SVPWM algorithm that can increase the converter switching frequency, particularly when a dedicated application-specific integrated circuit chip is used in the modulator. Finally, in the environment of MATLAB/Simulink with the Neural Network Toolbox builds the simulation model of system with proposed ANN-SVPWM controller. The simulation results show that the performances of the motor drive with artificial-neural-network-based SVPWM are excellent.

Abstract: Filament winding simulation, an essential part of a CAD/CAM integrated system, helps the user to gain an intuitive understanding of the process of filament winding, the winding pattern, and laminate structure, and so find and solve potential problems before actual production. This speeds up the R&D cycle and reduces costs. To reduce costs, instead of winding several individually tensioned rovings, a band is usually wound. Thus, we present a band winding visualization system. The simulation system includes filament-path generation and graphic display of the band. In generating band paths, each filament path that constitutes a band path is produced from an initial fiber path based on geodesic equations. To imitate the band winding process more realistically, model display methods are used to deal with the graphic relationships among the different models, including the band model, mandrel model, and winding machine model. The simulation system can visualize the band laying process with the corresponding winder movement, and runs stably and reliably.

Abstract: The combination of enlarged flow design and micro-genetic algorithm constitute a new optimization design method, which be applied to optimization design of low specific speed pump impeller. It improves enlarged flow design deficiencies, and making overall performance of the pump better. The experimental results of a low specific speed centrifugal pump impeller designed by proposed method show that pump high efficiency range is extended, the hump phenomenon is eliminated, and shaft power overload phenomenon has been resolved.
