Abstract: Waves in different sea conditions are simulated by the Bretscheider double parameters spectrum using randomly chosen discrete frequencies as its parameters. Ship motion model of six degrees of freedom is established under the Ship coordinates system. As the ship system is linear, the ship motion under irregular waves can be calculated through the amplitude-frequency response function obtained by solving the model when the input is the superposition of regular waves. Finally according to the coordinate transformation between the ship coordinates system and the missile coordinates system, the motion of the shipboard missiles under excitation of sea waves can be analyzed to support the environmental analysis of its combat duty process.

Study on Calculation of Settlement of Rigid Pile Composite Foundation under Embankment Load (Part I)
Abstract: Based on analysis deformation characteristics of rigid pile and soil under the embankment load pile composite foundation. This paper does to work as follows. First of all, problems of previous pile-soil displacement model were analyzed, and an improved displacement mode has been proposed. Secondly, the stress of pile and soil was analyzed. Base on the analysis, some further work was done in the part II. An engineering example was analyzed and shows in part II.

Abstract: Base on the analysis of problems of previous pile-soil displacement model, rigid pile settlement under embankment load method was established, this method can also consider the factors of soil and the relative slip between pile and earth deformation dyssynchrony. Some theories were described in part I. In this part, some theoretical calculations and an engineering example was analyzed and shows that the rationality and feasibility of the method.

Abstract: In-Band On-Channel (IBOC) as an AM&FM digital broadcasting technology is used in HD Radio standard. In Hybrid of HD Radio, the spectra of analog FM signal and digital signal are combined in a fixed way, without taking full advantage of spectra. To solve this problem, this paper presents a Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) method, using the idle spectrum on time dimension. And the improved method brings in a Perceptual Evaluation of Audio Quality (PEAQ) module based on the ear perception as the evaluation criterion to measure audio quality. The simulation results show that on the basis of insuring audio quality, this method can save a lot of spectral bandwidth to improve the available spectrum resources.

Abstract: This paper presents the synchronizing problem of scalar chaotic signal. A class of nonlinear chaotic systems is discussed which has unknown part in model. The proposed approach is based on canonical form of the response system. Simulation result shows the effectiveness of our synchronization scheme.

Abstract: Auction techniques have been becoming the key methods in grid resource allocation. In this paper, we propose the multi-attribute reverse auction models for computational grid resource based on the designed satisfaction degree function. The fairness is also introduced into the models and protocols to match the reality. Two auction-based protocols are presented, i.e., the offline multi-attribute auction-based protocol and the on-line multi-attribute auction-based protocol. The goal is to help the resource user make multi-attribute decisions with complete information or incomplete information. Results from simulation experiments show that these two protocols can achieve market efficiency and fairness in most instances.

Abstract: Study of Hydraulic Power System for development of Maintenance Training Simulator is very important. By analyzing the operational principle of the hydraulic system, presents an aircraft hydraulic system functional simulation model. After the whole hydraulic model has been established, attach to the maintenance training simulation platform. Simulation results show that this model can simulate the normal system operation and indication, and can simulate the impacts of fault disturbances under various conditions, which meets the simulation demand.

Abstract: When wind turbine works under rated wind speed, we often use fuzzy controller to control rotate speed and keep the best sharp blade speed to achieve the aim of capture the largest wind power. Due to the nonlinearity of wind power, the uncertainty of timely change and other factors, though fuzzy PID control is the combination of fuzzy control and PID control, which can solve the problem of nonlinear very well, it focuses only on the fuzziness, and fails to consider the random error brought by wind speed change. Therefore this paper designed fuzzy reasoning PID controller based on cloud model on the base of analyzing parameters of wind power and advantage as well as shortage of both PID control and fuzzy control. Then start the RT-LAB simulation platform. The simulation result proved that this method can effectively depress the overshoot. And its stability and dynamic speed response is better than PID control and fuzzy control. It achieved ideal result.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor accuracy and small range of frequency estimation in the area of satellite-based AIS signals, this paper presents a novel data-aided estimation method based on the autocorrelation and DFT. The algorithm determines the principal value and the expansion of the frequency and then acquires high-precision estimation by data fitting. Based on that, other parameters can be estimated. Computer simulations were used to illustrate better estimation accuracy and a large estimation range.

Abstract: Defect rate in flexible printed circuit(FPC) industry is not so good. This paper propose a system and an algorithm to monitor appearance defects in FPC roll-to-roll process. This algorithm is based on selective attention mechanism computed by saliency map. Edge density is introduced as feature to compute the saliency map. Object’s distribution map is defined to help locate all the known objects in FPC. According to the particularity of roll-to-roll process, lateral difference operator is presented to highlight the defects. This operator’s algorithm involved the edge density maps and object’s distribution maps. Experimental data confirm the validity of the proposed system and algorithm.
