Abstract: This article overviews the general condition of roads and cement concrete in Hengshui City; Summarizes the characteristics of cement concrete pavement; Analyses the causes of current route status. Take the cement concrete pavement of Hengde Highway Jingzhou Connecting Line as an example, the article introduces the cement concrete pavement construction technology, construction quality control measures and effects, and the changes of construction quality two years after opening to traffic.

Abstract: To determine the joint opening value and vertical deflection value for sealant fatigue test, a rapid calculation method was established based on the analysis of factors ( such as temperature gradient, foundation stiffness, slab geometry) effects on joint opening and corner deflection. Then prediction equations were applied with the field collected year-round temperature field in concrete pavement. Probability distributions of half-horizontal displacement and corner vertical deflection exhibit bimodal effect and single peak effect, respectively.
