Abstract: In the environment of electricity and derivative transaction, the risk hedging and metastasis of power right transaction in China are needed to establish the risk decision-making for the generated energy/right on electricity generation side. And it will be the key point focused by decision-makers in power enterprises. The planning management of two-stage market transaction risk was conducted with the hedging function of generation rights transaction to establish a risk decision model of comprehensive electricity transaction. The relationship between the electricity price of two-stage market and the identity parameters of transaction participants was given for solving the model. The whole transaction process of generating companies was divided into two stages. The risk decision framework of block transaction was established for the independent transaction decision-making of each segment and the overall optimization. The results of example simulation verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the decisions.

Abstract: Power generation business models relate to the sustainable development of generation companies. This paper proposes an improved united lease management model for pumped storage power stations. Grid company, power generation companies (thermal power plants and nuclear power plants), and the government department jointly bear the rental fee. The amount of lease fees is determined according to the benefit of each renter. This paper conducted a case study of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station. The united power system simulation and auxiliary services compensation were applied to calculate the generation benefit, environmental benefit and dynamic benefit. The results suggest that the total incomes of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station are increased and the rental fee is fair and reasonable, indicating the rationality and effectiveness of this new management model.

Abstract: This paper summarized the operational characteristic of grid enterprises asset, and put forward the key factor which reflected asset quality. Then it adjusted the evaluation criteria of different index, determine relative weights based on AHP, and constructed an index system of analysis and evaluation on asset quality, which satisfied the requirement of domestic and overseas comparative analysis. As a result, this index system offers support on improving asset quality and controlling operational risk for power grid enterprises.

Abstract: A new micro single flute drill was presented in this study. For the convenience of developing a solid model, and doing a geometrical analysis, its geometry including the flute and flank surfaces is presented mathematically. According to the geometrical analysis, the normal clearance angles and normal rake angles along the cutting lip of the new micro dill are always invariant, and positive, respectively. Hence its cutting force in drilling is reduced. Furthermore, with only one main flute, the new micro drill gets stronger, and its cutting torque can be also decreased. Therefore it is expected that the tool life of the new micro drill is much longer than that of the conventional drill.

Abstract: The mold’s broken area is irregular, so it is difficult to model by traditional method. It puts forwards to remodel the mold’s broken area by Reverse Engineering technology. Non-contact measurement and contact measurement are both used to measure the broken mold. The pretreatment tasks are done including the point cloud data reduction Chord where the deviation sampling method is used. The surface model of the mold is remodeled and solidified. The broken area is extracted and solidified, and it provides the important data for the following repairing work.

Abstract: A novel design scheme of performance parameter automatic measurement system for residual current fire monitoring detector control circuit board based on virtual instrument technology was introduced. Hardware of the system was composed of measurement platform, industrial computer, data acquisition card and signal conditioning circuit, etc. The software developed on the LabVIEW platform takes charge of the high speed data acquisition, as well as the data processing, displaying and saving. Using the latest progress of computer control technology, network technology, communication technology and data acquisition and software technology, the system satisfied the needs of performance parameter measurement for residual current fire monitoring detector control circuit board. The overall structure of the measurement system, the structure of software, analysis process and LabVIEW program realization were introduced in detail. Practical application shows that the intelligent measurement system features with high precision, strong disturbance attenuation, high efficiency, easy to operate and maintain, and can improve the design and performance of products, which can be widely used. The system provides an effective way to design the performance parameter measurement system for residual current fire monitoring detector control circuit board.

Abstract: On the basis of dynamics simulation software ADAMS, we built dynamics models of planar four-bar mechanism, it built the model of contact force and friction to analysis the dynamics simulation of mechanism. we made a preliminary study on the effect on the flexible components and the backlash of the kinematic pair on mechanical system dynamics characteristics. The result showed that mechanism with single joint clearance had little influence on the mechanism speed and had some impact on mechanism acceleration. Mechanism with multi-joint clearance had bigger effect on the mechanism and acceleration appeared noticeable fluctuation, this model was closer to the phenomenon of objects movements in reality. The simulation results provided reliable reference of mechanical design.

Abstract: As is known that the key points of unmanned vehicles are environmental perception, path planning and vehicles control. In order to achieve the goal of unmanned operations of the vibrator motorcade in the field, a low-cost automatic vehicles following system was established, which provided with environmental monitoring, real-time information feedback and control. And the designed system simplified the algorithm on the premise of ensuring the control accuracy and had a good effect on vehicles distance control with the help of Visual Studio. Finally, the LabVIEW program was programmed to guide the practical vibrator motorcade test, implementing the requirements of unmanned vehicle platoon control system. The results show that the designed vehicles distance control system works well in security distance control and meets the needs of vibrator motorcade, providing feasible reference for future specific applications of unmanned vehicle platoon in practice.

Abstract: A good manufacturing workshop layout can influence the profit of the manufacturing enterprises after the product coming on stream. Facility layout of workshop is a combinational optimization problem. The multi-objective optimization model which integrates the available problem of facility layout of workshop is established. Adaptive Genetic Algorithm is presented because of the disadvantage of simple Genetic Algorithm in solving this model. This algorithm use the adaptive crossover and mutation strategy which is used to nonlinear processing for crossover rate and mutation rate, then crossover rate and mutation rate are changed with the colony adaptation degree of each generation. It has some advantage, such as higher search speed, higher convergence precision, and so on. Finally an example is used to show the effectiveness of the method.
