Abstract: To improve the efficiency of large plate column design, enrich design information and facilitate the analysis design and fabrication, this article puts forward column parts design parameters and the spatial topology should be determined based on the failure forms differences, manufacturing processing batch differences and the particularity of column assembly method and other factors. Moreover, complete digital model of large plate column should be designed on Creo platform. The whole process conforms to the plate column engineering design program, and its design efficiency and rationality of parts and assembly parts are greatly improved.

Abstract: The new wheel could reduce grinding friction and prevent of chip adhesion by lubrication between wheel and workpiece surface. Lubrication mechanism of inner impeller wheel has been analyzed; the entrance of the impeller diameter, number of leaves and leaf shape and other parameter has been calculated also. It makes use of airflow force and centrifugal force of high speed rotating wheel, solid lubricant filled in wheel inner room through lateral grooves, end distribution of fine holes penetrate into wheel surface.

Abstract: The technology was put forward on mould broken areas 3D digital remanufacturing. Based on CAD and laser cladding, it is finished including 3D repairing-trajectory modeling, editing manufacturing program and laser cladding processing. The pre-processing tasks are the experiment of laser cladding parameter, the broken areas pretreatment and measurement, and the repairing task is finished by machining after laser cladding.

Abstract: Quality abnormal pattern recognition for dynamic process is the key problem to achieve the online quality control and diagnose of automatic production. In the practical applications, there are some existing problems such as computational complexity and low recognition accuracy. A recognition method for quality abnormal pattern of dynamic process with PCA-SVM was proposed. This paper proposes a feature selection technique that employs a principal component analysis, to avoid this information loss. Then, the extracted features were treated as input vector for SVM classifier, following a particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to improve the generalization performance of the recognizer. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has very high recognition accuracy and high generalization ability. It is significant for quality monitoring and diagnosis in manufacture dynamic process.

Abstract: The present research compared minerals contained in mud from different sites. These were analyzed by atomic absorption spectroscopy: AAS. It found the highest quantity is iron, zinc in second, lead in third, copper in fourth. The study results show that silk threads with and without mud treatment were not so different in color durability towards light, color durability towards scrubbing, and color durability towards washing. We also found that crease recovery capacity of mud-treated silk cloth was better than that of silk cloth without mud treatment. Hence, the mud treated silk is more suitable for the development of Thai garment.

Abstract: There have been increasing research interests in the measurement of the mechanical properties of nanoscale materials by pressing a spherical tip into surfaces of the tested materials. To acquire a better understanding of this process, a model of adhesive contact between a spherical tip and a flat surface is developed by employing the Hamaker hypotheses and molecular dynamics (MD) method. With this model, the deformation characteristics of the tested surface are illustrated by the key snapshots of the deformed surface and the corresponding curves of pressure distribution. The results indicate that the contact can be formed before the tip impresses into the surface. Moreover, the variation of the adhesive force with the distance is recorded during the approach and separation processes, and the adhesion hysteresis is demonstrated by the force-distance curve. Additionally, the stepwise increase of the contact radius with a decrease in the distance is revealed and investigated.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and operation of ring die fuel pellet machine, and proposed to optimize the key parts. Determine the reasonable number of roller on the theory of fatigue damage after drawing up the related design parameters of ring die and the roller, a three-dimensional model of the link mold pellet machine is established using Pro/E soft-ware, and transferred the model into ADAMS software through Mech/Pro which dedicated interface software, then used ADAMS to make a dynamics simulation. Through calculation, the stress amplitude impact on the ring die and the Energy consumption per unit output are smallest when roller number is four. So, ring die service life and equipment production efficiency can be improved effectively through setting up reasonable roller number.

Abstract: In this note a theoretical framework based on consensus of dynamic swarm systems is presented. Consensus is somewhat analogous to equilibrium, and it is the foundation for topics such as formation control and swarm stability in a decentralized viewpoint.
