Abstract: Bag filter is one of the most effective methods of dust catcher, and the filter medias is the core part of bag filters. In this paper, we studied the filtration performance of several common filter medias comparatively through experimental methods, and the results can provide certain basis for the dust removal performance improvement of filter medias.

Abstract: Synthesis method of modified TiO2 coated on modified serpentine was studied. Synthesized compound material was characterized by SEM, EPMA, and XRD etc. Photocatalytic activities of the obtained samples were examined by degrading tests of simulation phenol wastewater and CN-wastewater. Analysis and test results showes that crystal of TiO2/ modified serpentine is anatase, material has good photocatalytic activity and regeneration performance. Also, TiO2/modified serpentine photocatalyst has a very good recycling performance. After ten times recycling the photocatalytic degradation rate has been maintained at more than 99%.

Abstract: The flexible alumina nanofibers were prepared by coupling sol-gel with electrospinning method. The as-spun composite nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning a mixture of the pseudo-boehmite sol and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) ethanol solution. SiO2 was added in the pseudo-boehmite sol to retard the phase transformation of the fired fibers. Upon firing and sintering under carefully pre-selected heating schedule, the crystalline alumina nanofibers were obtained. Tools such as TG-DSC, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope together with scanning electron microscope were employed to characterize the evolution of the ceramic phase and morphological features of the pseudo-boehmite sol and composite fibers before and after fired. The experimental results show that the flexible fibers with uniform diameter of about 400-700 nm as well as no defects such as cracks or holes even calcined at 1300 °C can be prepared by marriage of electrospinning with sol-gel processing.

Abstract: The influence of the degree of crystallinity of polymers on the glass transition temperature Tg of their amorphous domains is quantitatively analyzed. The analysis is made based on the Mandelkerns ideas [ concerning the restrictive effect of crystallization on the mobility of macromolecules within the amorphous domains. At low degrees of crystallinity, Tg of amorphous domains slowly increases, and then increases much faster at high degrees of crystallinity.

Abstract: This study indicates how aminosulphonate (AS) based superplasticizer affects the properties of slag pastes activated by NaOH, such as adsorption, zeta potential and mini slump. It was concluded that the adsorption of superplasticizer on slag pastes depended directly on the dosage of the superplasticizer and the retarder. Slag particles grounded with the retarder YP-3 adsorbed 1.53 times of superplasticizer AS as much as pure slag particles at 1.5% mass of the slag, and the absolute value increment of the zeta potential of the slag paste suspension containing the retarder YP-3 is 15.20mV, compared with 9.81mV in the system without YP-3. Besides, the Slag pastes activated by NaOH containing the retarder YP-3 show better rheological properties and lower fluidity loss over time.

Abstract: The smoke particle size distribution of cotton rope smoldering fire were measured with DMS500 Fast Particulate Spectrometer under different temperature and humidity. Through the experiments, we prove that the temperature and humidity of environment have a great influence on cotton rope smoldering smoke particle size distribution. Cotton rope smoldering smoke particle size distribution at an elevated temperature will migrate to small size. Nevertheless, the effect of humidity is more complicated that need a more depth research. Additionally, Fire smoke aerosol is a non-steady-state.

Abstract: The unstable failure of rock and soil slope was a progressive evolution process from local failure to total failure. The no-uniformity of rock and soil materials and differences of boundary conditions caused the discrepancy of stress field, together with the elastic-plastic characteristics of the sliding zone which controls the progressive unstable failure process. In this paper, any point of slop sliding zone was taken for the research object. On basis of limit slice method, the mechanical condition of slice was considered as a plane strain problem. According to Mohr-Coulomb linear failure criterion the stress state of a point is obtained with selecting stress function to establish the mechanical criterion of progressive slope failure. The analysis of engineering example shows that the mechanical criterion is reasonable to estimate the state of progressive slope evolution.

Abstract: Investigated and appraised water environment quality present situation and the pollution source of entered the river of the Qinhuangdao Qinglong River. It pointed out the main environment question which Qinglong River exists, and proposed the pointed government countermeasure in the infrastructural facilities, the industrial pollution source government, the agricultural surface source government, the ecological building along the river and river course government. It also analyzed the environment and economy and the social benefits of the comprehensive government.

Abstract: Used the Markov Train model, a mining enterprises pneumoconiosis incidence trends is predicted. The result shows that the unit pneumoconiosis development quickly, must strengthen the dust prevention and control. Using LEC method to mine in the workplaces where harm worker healthy environments were evaluated and harm through improved LEC method for scientific management, and put forward effective countermeasures to control, for the prevention of occupational health hazards in mines and puts forward scientific basis for control.

Abstract: Fire danger degree of large public buildings is very high, difficulty to evacuation. Designed of fire evacuation is the most important factor when the safety degree of a large scale communal building is evaluated. Based on probabilistic analysis method - Markov model to predict public building fire evacuation rational design. Taking a large public places fire safety evacuation example case study, the results showed that: Markov model can scientifically and accurately, effectively predict extreme cases limited time traffic density, and each exit door emergency escape set a minimum flow of people. To ensure that the fire occurred within the time allowed people to evacuate to a safe area provides a theoretical basis.
