Abstract: Based on the investigation of electrostatic flocking enterprises and related existing industry standards, combined with the principle of construction the domestic cleaner production index system, a cleaner production evaluation index system of the electrostatic flocking industry was introduced. The system contained six primary level indexes, including production technology and equipment, resources and energy, pollutants, waste recycling, product, environmental management and 21 secondary indexes. Based on multi-level fuzzy method using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the evaluation index weight, the cleaner production level comprehensive evaluation model was constructed. Applied the model to flocking enterprise A and evaluated its actuality of cleaner production level objectively, to provide references for its development.

Abstract: It is widely believed that Rankine cycle power plant using organic fluids as the working medium has advantages over conventional Rankine cycle with water steam as the working medium in low-to-medium temperature heat conversion. It is also testified in the market. However, besides the integration of the cycle and the characteristic of the working fluid, the design and debugging of the energy conversion unit are also important part in acquiring good performance. In this research some phenomenon of failure is investigated. Accordingly, the theoretical and practical reasons and solutions are obtained. It provides good guideline on the design and optimization of the energy conversion unit.

Abstract: A novel hydrorefining/hydroupgrading/hydrodewaxing combined process for clean, low freezing diesel production were studied in this paper. the catalytic performance of three hydrorefining/hydroupgrading/hydrodewaxing combined catalysts were examined on 200mL hydrogenation units using the same feedstocks, the results revealed that the sulfur contents of diesel product were less than 50μg·g-1,and all the three combined catalysts can produce-20# diesel, and HU-1 catalyst had the better hydroupgrading performance than HU-2 catalyst.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of ozone mass transfer in liquid phase, the method enhanced by electric field was put forward. The effect on ozone mass transfer was investigated from voltage, electrode spacing and gas flow rate. The result showed that ozone concentration in water and the total mass transfer coefficient increased correspondingly with the increase of the voltage, and ozone concentration in water and the total mass transfer coefficient increased correspondingly with increase of the electrode spacing in the range from 1 to 3 cm, and ozone concentration in water increased correspondingly with increase of the gas flow rate, but the total mass transfer coefficient reduced correspondingly.

Abstract: Cotton fabrics pretreated with cationic polyacrylamide with quaternary ammonium group were dyed with three reactive dyes in the absence of salt by cold pad-batch dyeing method. The influences of various conditions in the dyeing process, including urea dosage, selection of alkali agent and its dosage, batching time and batching temperature on colour yield, were analyzed. Fastness properties of the dyed cotton and the dye penetration were investigated between the pretreated and untreated cotton. The results showed that the dyes K/S values of the pretreated cotton were improved compared with those of the untreated one, in addition, the penetration and fastness properties of the dyed cationic cotton were satisfied for application.

Abstract: Cold-pad-batch technique of silk dyeing fabric with two natural dyes (Laccifer lacca Kerr. And Garcinia dulcis (Roxb.) Kurz bark) using pre-mordant are performed using 3 different mordants namely, alum, tartaric acid and ferrous sulfate. The study showed that color intensity (K/S) slightly increased when the batching time increased from 1 to 24 hours. Dyed silk fabrics have different color shades depending on the types of mordant applied. Ferrous sulfate and alum was found to be the best mordants for improvements of color depth. Various fastness properties (wash, crock and light) of the dyed silk fabrics have also been investigated.

Abstract: This study compares environmental impact of different heating systems with life cycle analysis, and get out if heat pump system has advantage in replacing boiler heating systems. Systems energy use are compared in one-year operation phase for residential buildings located in Tianjin city, including waste water heat pump system, coal boiler system and gas boiler system.
In order to analyzed the environment performance of heat pump system in different conditions. The power structure impact to heat pump systems is analyzed using life cycle analysis method. The results indicate that with COP=4, even if 100% coal power is used, heat pump has advantage in the most impact factors, and if more clean power is used, the environment impact in heat pump system will be reduced obviously. The result also shows that waste water use in heat pump system impact the result little for its small quantity.

Abstract: Continuous measurement of flow for a channel section is usually impractical or very expensive. However, stage can be observed continuously or at regular short time intervals with comparative ease and economy. In the paper, we measured the stage by ultrasonic finder and calculating discharge from velocity measured by current meter and channel size. According to the discharge and stage of the cross-section, we fitted the rating curve and further made the hypothesis test to verify the real relationship between stage and flow. This will help the local authority to decide the amount of water diverted from the reservoir to farmland and improve the irrigation efficiency.

Abstract: For many years, drought is severe in the basins and the mountain area of Nandong underground river basin. The author analyzes the reasons of the drought from the hydrogeological characteristics of the basin, climate characteristics, groundwater pollution ,and study indicates that the drought causes is that shallow groundwater and surface water has been seriously polluted, and it is extremely difficult to look for underground karst water. Then the author analyse solutions to solve these problems: building underground dam in Moshigou to develop Nandong underground river; rising underground water level elevation up to 1253m,it can intercept about 306 million m3 underground water. In this way, the author predict that the water shortage problem can be solved fundamentally in these three basins.
