Abstract: The influences of environmental factors on biomass and yield of biosurfactant were investigated by the single factor experiment. The optimal culture conditions of Pseudomonas palleronii S6X are: sucrose as carbon source, soy peptone as nitrogen source, 0.5% NaCl, pH7.0. The optimal fermention conditions of Pseudomonas palleronii S6X strain are: 3.0% inoculum, 30°C, 50ml medium volume(250ml flask). Under this condition, maximal biomass increase 17.1%, biosurfactant yield increase 33.3% Crude product biosurfactant was obtained by acid precipitation method, and the output is 1.33g/l. Crude product biosurfactant was extracted with dichloromethane and lyophilized. The lyophilized product of biosurfactant was isolated by Sephadex LH-20 column, the yield of primary purification product was reached 82.5%The primary purification product was purified by ODS column further, the yield of second pure product was reached 70%The pure product was identified as a lipopeptide by TLC.

Abstract: This experiment material was the Northeast Agriculture-42 soybean, the conditions for extraction and separation of 11S and 7S fractions from soy protein were optimized. The factors affecting extraction effect, including extraction solution, extraction time, kinds and dosages of sediment, and the pH conditions were improved, and optimization of separation method of 7S and 11S in soy protein with orthogonal test. This results shown that: 11S globulin in extraction time 120 min, CaCl2 precipitation agent concentration 30 mmol / L, acid sinking pH 6.2, and yield was 81.3 %; 7S globulin in extraction time 90 min, CaCl2 precipitation agent concentration 10 mmol/L , acid sinking pH 6.2, and yield was 86.9 %.This research was the actual production of 7S and 11S in soy protein provides theory basis.

Abstract: The soybean protein was hydrolyzed by Alcalase Food grade (FG) 2.4 L and the degree of hydrolysis (DH) were determined. The DH increased with the hydrolysis time increasing during 3.0 h. Then the hydrolysates was isolated by ultrafiltration membrane (1, 3, 10 kDa) and antioxidant activity was evaluated based on DPPH radical scavenging activity. The fraction of 1-3 kDa possessed the higher antioxidant activity than the other fractions (P < 0.05). Sephadex G-25 gel column was used to purify the three kinds of peptides and the eluted volume was investigated.

Abstract: The memory function of pine nut (Pinus koraiensis) meal protein peptides (PNMPP) on mice was analysed through latent time and error times by water maze test. Meanwhile, the impacts of PNMPP on the mice organ coefficients were also measured. The results showed that after 35 d, the latent time of mice decreased with the increasing of the gastric perfusion days. And for error times, PNMPP groups were significantly less than blank group (P < 0.05) at 50 d. Compared with the blank group, there were no significant effects of PNMPP on organ coefficients of mice (P < 0.05).

Abstract: One hundred and ten mice, weight in the range of 15 ± 2 g, were divided into eleven treatment groups. The groups were negative control, low, moderate and high dose of more than 30 kDa, 3-10 kDa, 1-3 kDa and the moderate dose of less than 1 kDa. The effects of pine nut (Pinus koraiensis) meal protein peptides (PNMPP) on thymus coefficient, transformation of the splenic lymphocyte and weight changes of mice were studied. The results indicated the thymus coefficient was enhanced by the moderate dose and high dose of more than 30 kDa and the moderate dose of 3-10 kDa and ability of lymphocyte transformation of splenic was enhanced by the low and moderate dose of 3-10 kDa and low dose of 1-3 kDa of PNMPP. No effect of PNMPP on weight changes. And the immunity of mice was enhanced by the moderate dose of 3-10 kDa.

Abstract: Cucurbitin is a kind of specific alkaloids in pumpkin seed. The extraction conditions of cucurbitin were optimized as: extraction solvent was 4% dilute hydrochloric acid, rate of material to solvent was 1:20, ultrasonic power was 200 w and ultrasonic time was 75 min. The content of cucurbitin in pumpkin seed was determined by liquid chromatography. The linear between concentration and peak area were good within 160 μg mL-1. The recoveries were 96.50%~102.1%. The relative standard deviation was 1.08%. The results are accurate, true and reliable.

Abstract: The concentrations of 12 elements (Ca, P, K, Na, Mg, Fe, Se, Mn, Zn, Sn, Cu and Al) were determined in raw and roasted pumpkin seeds by ICP-AES following microwave-assisted acid digestion. The accuracy of the method determined by spiking experiments was very good (recoveries 95.48103.2%) and the limits of detection of elements of interest were from 0.1 up to 17.4μg g-1, the relative standard deviations were less than 3.52%. Compared with watermelon seeds, winter melon seeds, sunflower seeds and hanging melon seeds, the results showed the five kinds of roasted melon seeds are all rich in mineral elements.

Abstract: This thesis analyzed pit mud lixivium of 20 years, 100 years, 200 years, and 300 years pit age by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. Through analyzing experimental results, 20 kinds of substances were obtained, and 10 kinds of substances were mutual in all pit mud samples. After carefully analyzing many substances in every pit age, the conclusion was obtained that the longer the pit mud had been stored, the more substances it had, the more complicated components were in pit mud, the higher metabolize diversity microorganism had, and the better quality the liquor had.

Abstract: A new composite elastomer material has been tested, in which natural rubber (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) are used as major components, and the high wear resistance carbon black and activity kaolin are introduced as ingredients. This material has been found to be able to enhance the property of grounding part glue and pattern side grounding glue in elastomeric parts. Test show that adding N330 carbon black into NR/SBR systems can significantly improve the strength and wear resistance of the composites. The use of activity kaolin not only improves the blend strength, but also reduce the manufacturing cost. The semi efficient curing system can be adopted by NR/SBR blends to increase the rubber materials property of anti-fatigue and aging resistance.

Abstract: Polyurethane foaming process is under fluid mechanics with complex geometries, its numerical modelling by using the classical grid methods such as the finite element method and the finite volume method can cause problems related to the mesh deformation. In order to avoid these problems a mesh free Lagrangian method developed by Kuhnert called Finite Point Method (FPM) is used in this study. The FPM consists in representing the fluid domain by a set of particles. It is proved efficient in the numerical modelling of polyurethane foaming. In this model, the chemical kinetics contribution and the rheological coupling are adopted and the expansion of the mixture is governed by the front velocity which is calculated by solving the Navier-Stokes equations. The numerical results for polyurethane foaming process in a conical beaker using the FPM are compared with the experimental results.
