Abstract: Electro-hydraulic power steering system (EHPS) assistance characteristic curves are generally linear, folded line and curve type. The folded line type combines the advantages of linear and curve type assistance characteristic, but the slope of the characteristic curve changes suddenly, which have an impact on the driver, leading to potentially dangerous. In view of existing problem, the article studies deeply the characteristics of the power system to apply computer simulation technology, and improves the folded line characteristic curve. The simulation analytic results show clearly that the improvements of folded line assistance characteristics curve is reasonable.

Abstract: This paper introduced spinneret cleaning technology. Aiming at the probles of noisy, low-efficiency, high-intensity, artificial drying in actual spinneret drying process of the factory, the process of spinneret automatic drying is studied and an automatic spinneret drying machine is designed. An experiment is conducted on the prototype of the machine, which shows that the work efficiency has increased dramatically and the noise has decreased obviously.

Abstract: The automatic cleaning requirements of spinneret orifices were analyzed. The three-dimensional positioning system for spinneret orifices cleaning, combining the XY horizontal motion platform and Z axis electric translational platform, was determined. The cleaning device of spinneret orifices was designed. The control system of automatic cleaning for spinneret orifices was developed based on Labview and the experimental analysis of the prototype was done in this paper.

Abstract: A new type linear ultrasonic motor using Second-order bending and First-order torsional modes (2B-1T) is proposed. The ultrasonic motor has two driving feet and the continuous linear motions of sliders are realized by the frictional force between stator and sliders. In this new design, bending vibration is excited by d33 mode, which controls the preload pressure, and torsional vibration is excited by d15 mode, which generates the driving force. The elliptical trajectories of both feet are achieved, when the phase difference of the two modes is 90° in time and space. The working principle of ultrasonic motor using 2B-1T is simulated. A parametric model of the stator is designed. The sensitive analyses of structural parameters are gained with modal analysis. The characteristics and trajectories of driver feet are studied by transient analysis. These results can provide theoretical basis for the development of this new type ultrasonic motor.

Abstract: In order to know the vehicle performance of coaxial series-parallel hybrid electric bus, on the basis of the analysis of the powertrain’s structure and operation mode, the control strategy is made, the simulation system is introduced by the secondary development of Advisor, the simulation result is analyzed and used. Through the analysis of vehicle dynamic performance, fuel economy, SOC value change of super capacitance, and the torque relations of main components, it is known that coaxial series-parallel hybrid electric bus can satisfy the requirements of the city bus’ working condition, and the operation relations between the power components can be mastered, which provides the technical support for the coaxial series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle development.

Abstract: A kind of design of 6-DOF transportation vibration platform was introduced. Based on the principle of Space Mechanism, the kinematics model of 6-DOF transportation vibration platform was described and the design of position servo-control system was presented. With a motion simulation experimental, the comparison results of Output/Input data in different directions were obtained. The results show that the vibration data are reproduced very well on the platform within the main frequency range in six directions.

Abstract: For performing the best motion capability in complex environment of robot with two swing arms, the motion strategy of obstacle surmounting or avoidance is used with four infrared sensors information. The motion mechanism is analyzed to build the relationship of step height and arms swing angle and the forward and backward step-climbing process is draw. The hardware system is built by chuang yi zhi xing modular robot and the experiment result shows that the robot can move in more complex environment.

Abstract: The measurement of pose and position is the key technology for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) robots intelligence level. This paper presents a mechanism which using a laser distance sensor (LDS) to measure a cylinder-like objects pose and position. The mechanisms structure, constitution and measure principle are described in details. Calculation method and formulas are also given. Only two points position is needed to measure an ammunitions pose and position synchronously by the given mechanism and algorithm. Satisfied precision could be achieved by applying the mechanism and stereo vision to Explosive Ordnance Disposal robot to recognize ammunitions pose and position. The measure data can be used to guide the robot arms route planning and autonomously movement.

Abstract: The work conditions of quadruped robot engine are adjusted by PID control. And this paper summarizes three typical anomalies which are reverse adjustment of throttle, engine violent start and steady-state error occurred during PID control process. The cause of the phenomenon is given by analyzing the principle of the algorithm itself, the surrounding experimental environment and other factors deeply. And it is verified by designing experiment so that it eliminates the interference to the experiments conclusions and deepens the understanding of the nature of PID control to achieve the better effect.
