Beijing should seize the opportunity to research and carry out carbon recycling and energy saving technology in a planned and staged way.

In this essay, the first issue is how does the EU’ regulation break International laws, secondly there will be a discussion on the affections to China, in the end; several methods will be given to China.

Abstract: There is more and more research of low carbon economy. Most articles pay more attention to the supply aspect. This phenomenon actually followed the idea that one’s supply will create the demand for oneself. This paper argues that demand constraints are of same importance in the development of a low carbon economy in China. When we turn to demand constraints, we will pay attention to low carbon lifestyle naturally. In this article, the structure equation model is applied to analyze influential factors of low carbon economy, including low carbon awareness, acceptance, action and personal background factors. In the last, the paper proposes the countermeasures of establishing low carbon lifestyle.

Abstract: The substitution of the crude oil for private use in Chinese oilfield is one of the reducing oil production costs and relieving oil shortage ways. This paper introduced the energy usage adjustment and its contribution on energy saving in Kern River oilfield, as well as analyzed the advantage of using natural gas, coal, petroleum coke and renewable resources to replace the self-used oil in Chinese oil field.

Abstract: By analyzing the present situation of food packaging design,The author of this paper is trying to do some research from the perspective of visual packaging, packaging materials, packaging structure function under the principle of low carbon idea to meet the energy conservation ,emissions reduction, low carbon environmental protection. In this way, the author attempts to explore new ways of food packaging design, seeking to build the balance of ecological and economic relations and promote the sustainable development of low carbon food packaging design process.

Abstract: According situation of the existing coal to methanol industry, we used life cycle assessment method, established a coal to methanol model for transportation pathway. Comprehensive assessment of its energy efficiency, CO2 emissions and economic costs performance. In terms of energy efficiency, coal-to-methanol for transportation pathway is 9.51%, and terminal power consumption accounts for 31% of the entire model. In terms of CO2 emissions, the CO2 emissions is 892.27g/MJ of whole model. In methanol production processes, it emissions a lot of CO2 and loses a lot of energy. In terms of economic cost, the methanol produced by coal-to-methanol technology is able to make a profit.

Abstract: this paper referred to the existing green building assessment system at home and abroad, and combined with China's specific national conditions, then constructed evaluation index system of energy-saving and green building demonstration zone from eight aspects including section, water saving, energy saving, material saving, environmental protection, renewable energy utilization, demonstration area planning and operational management. At the same time, the green building demonstration area three-star evaluation standard was put forward. Besides, this paper introduced analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method, and combined with the instance su qian lakeside newtown to carry out a full green evaluation by using the proposed index system and evaluation method. Considering the research on green demonstration area in China is not yet mature, this paper research on the development and promotion of energy saving buildings in China has great reference value.

Abstract: It is a tendency to develop low-carbon economy and lifting the ability of carbon trade and clean development. Through potential analysis of CDM project progress, economy foundation and resource endowment to developing the carbon trade market of Jiangsu companies, we can find that this district possesses huge space for energy conservation and emissions reduction. Meanwhile, we have introduced real option theory to the carbon trading mechanism of empirical research. By using the B-S pricing model and European carbon option trade market data, constructed a carbon option pricing model, then based on the similarity economy comparison between European Union and Jiangsu province, obtain the discounted carbon trading market price of Jiangsu area. At last, around technology, management and policies levels to putting forward some relevant suggestions and measures on CDM mechanism provided beneficial basis and references to Jiangsu companies in stepwise development of carbon trading market under CDM mechanism.

Due to the different inflation affects firefighters respirator fixed inflatable device energy consumption and filling speed, in this paper, the energy consumption by comparing different charging mode , and the charging mode is optimized to achieve rapid fire breathing bottle inflated and improve firefighter respirator fixed inflatable device efficiency.

Abstract: It is still in the exploratory stage that what role the sub-metering data can play in building energy conservation. In this paper, we presented the sub-metering platform of Changning District of Shanghai, introduced the Energy saving audit method based on energy sub-metering platform, at last, pointed out that regression is the suitable modeling method for energy saving calculation based on sub-metering platform. The advantage of the method is that the platform has the energy consumption data of a single system or even a device what can avoid field measurement and the period of energy consumption data is more flexible.
