Abstract: Reducing the operating temperature of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) from 800-1000°C is one of the main SOFC research goals. It can be achieved by lowering the thickness of an electrolyte (ZrO2:Y2O3 (YSZ) is widely used as electrolyte material). On the other hand the problem can be solved by using of another electrolyte material with high ionic conductivity at intermediate temperatures. Therefore the present study deals with magnetron sputtering of ceria gadolinium oxide (CGO), which has a higher conductivity compared to YSZ. The microstructure of CGO layers deposited on porous NiO/YSZ substrates by reactive magnetron sputtering of Ce:Gd cathode is investigated. Current voltage characteristics (CVC) of a fuel cell with NiO/YSZ anode, CGO electrolyte and LSCF/CGO cathode were obtained. It was shown that the power density of a fuel cell with CGO electrolyte weakly depends on the operating temperature in the range of 650-750°C in contradistinction to YSZ electrolyte, and is about 600-650 mW/cm2.

Abstract: This article describes the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) with TGA results obtained for the Russian Respublika Sakha Olenek, Kuznetsk Basin Dmitriyevka and Sergeyevka, and Chinese Jilin province Huadian oil shale deposits in air and argon medium. Industrial applicability of each shale deposit is estimated.

Abstract: A simple one-pot amidation of carboxylic acids promoted by microwave irradiation is described. Reaction includes formation N-acylureas via interaction carboxylic acids and N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide followed thermal decomposition N-acylureas in microwave reactor. This method allows carrying out the reaction in a short time with good yields.

Abstract: This work presents two-dimensional model of exothermal chemical reaction propagation at the conditions of dissimilar materials conjugation when ignition is carried out from end. The melting of the reagent is taken into account in the model. The convergence of numerical algorithm was studied. It was demonstrated that conversion regimes are different for various properties of conjugated materials.

Abstract: Phenazines represent a group of heterocyclic nitrogen-containing compounds showing a broad spectrum of antibiotic properties. Phenazines are studied extensively for their further application in plant disease management. Pseudomonas aeruginosa produce phenazine compounds as the secondary metabolites. In this paper a complex of phenazine series antibiotics from the culture of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated and studied. It was established that the complex represented by phenazine-1-carboxylic acid and 2-hydroxyphenazine. The influence of various mineral salts to produce phenazine was investigated. Inhibitors and cofactors of the biosynthesis of antibiotics phenazine series were determined.

Abstract: Investigations have been carried out into creation of reagent for labeled norfloxacin hydrochloride (NFH).Methods: The NFH synthesized in the Institute of Organic Synthesis (Ekaterinburg) was used in this research. The effect of the mixture components on the radiochemical specimen purity was assessed using the method of thin-layer chromatography. Results: The inflammation animal model was used to demonstrate the NFH functional eligibility for diagnostics of inflammatory processes.

Abstract: This paper deals with data storage systems based on fault-tolerant dual-disk RAID-1, which are widely used as high-reliable data storage systems and have acceptable overhead expenses in hardware implementation. Advanced reliability model of dual-disk RAID-1 array based on Markov chains, which takes into consideration finite time of disk replacement after disk failure, different disk failure rate in array’s normal and rebuild states, and probability of read errors during array rebuild procedure, are also overviewed in this paper. Mathematical solution of reliability model, calculation formula for mean time to data loss, estimation of disk and array reliability parameters and MTTDL calculation example are also provided.

Abstract: The article discusses theoretic foundations and parameters of a latch die cutting process modelled in the software system Deform - 2D. The analysis concerns standard methods of latch cutting which causes the excessive edge deformation (over 10% of a sheet thickness) that does not meet the customers' requirements.

Abstract: Fuzzy controller is a multidimensional nonlinear static link. For the fuzzy controller synthesis it is sufficient to determine its desired static characteristic and adjust it so that it coincides with the desired one. The paper describes the synthesis of a multidimensional nonlinear model using the second order fuzzy controller with the required precision.

Abstract: The paper discusses problems of representing information about production assets in databases of information systems in tasks of assets registration and recording. Main approaches of representing asset registration data in a relational database are considered. An improved approach based on inheritance implementation is proposed. Its advantage is good enough flexibility, good performance and reach security. Appraisal information about implementation of proposed solutions in some oil-and-gas enterprises of Western Siberia is given.
