Method and Data From the previous studies, we can find, on the analysis of impact factors of carbon dioxide emissions were mainly used in static panel data model.Static panel data models have the advantages that the individual effect of effective control samples which is uneasy to observe and doesn’t change with time
(2) Where refers to the lagged value of the CO2 emissions per capita, the explanations to other variables is the same to the static panel data model.
And the coefficient of the per capita GDP’ s square is negative, which further proved a inverted U-shaped relationship is found between per capita GDP and CO2 emissions per capita in the dynamic panel data model too.But what is worth pointing out is in the dynamic panel data model, because of joining the lagged dependent variable, which lead to some coefficients of variables diminished to some extent, even the changes of some variables are not significant. It may attribute to the effect of these factors which has already reflected in the lagged dependent variable.
Conclusions We can draw the same conclusions from the Static and Dynamic panel data model: Firstly, a inverted U-shaped relationship is found between per capita GDP and CO2 emissions per capita, and Environmental Kuznets Curve Hypothesis has been verified.
The trade openness inhibits CO2 emissions in the static panel data model, and the inhibitory effect is very obvious in the dynamic panel data model.

An alternative reliable source for obtaining data regarding surface finish is the use of sensors (dynamometers, acoustic emission sensors, accelerometers, etc.) that provide real-time data of the machining process (cutting forces, acoustic emissions, vibrations, etc.).
The processing and characterization of these signals provides reliable real-time in-process data for the calculation of several parameters of the machining process and the product.
Predictive models were obtained using regression techniques with 75% of the experimental data, and the remaining 25% for model validation.
The system relies on data feedback obtained from the real-time monitoring of surface finish (Rapred).
The second order multiple regression model showed a good fit with the experimental data (R2-adjusted ~ 96%) and a low mean relative error (~ 9%)

Emission estimates The formulation is adapted to estimate the amount of CO2 emissions as follows: ε =Efullk - Eemptyk * loading weightloading capacity + Eemptyk (Eq. 1) The calculation of Efullk and Eemptyk for different vehicle loading capacity is based on the data provided by DEFRA [15].
Affected region estimates ArcGIS is a Geographic Information System (GIS) tool that allows us to create map and analyze spatial data, while the proposed project is composed of different data, such as census, roads, sub-district outline, and facility location.
Once these data are compiled into ArcGIS, both a geodatabase and an electronic map is generated.
For solution 6, 39.3% reduction in environmental impact leads to approximate savings of 0.03% in transportation cost.

This is a first indication that the expected P for Si substitution scheme is at fault, since, according to Vegard’s law, a significant cell volume reduction should have been observed as a result of P for Si substitutions.
The formation of such La-rich phase in turn results in an off-stoichiometry that is compensated by an increase in the α-Fe secondary phase content, as seen from the refinement of powder XRD data.
One can however observe an overall decrease in amplitude together with a reduction in area of the DSC peak indicating a reduction of the total latent heat.
The sharpness of the transition together with the presence of a small thermal hysteresis of about 2 K (cooling data not shown) confirm that one is dealing with a first-order ferromagnetic transition.
The apparent contradiction with former reports may partly originate from the different synthesis methods (centrifugal casting vs arc-melting) as well as from the anomalously large ΔS maximum due a possible spike artefact when employing M(H) data in the previous report.

Figure 2 Comparison between measured data and simulation results for SiC PiN diodes.
By adjusting the Schottky barrier height in the simulation setting, we obtain simulated forward I-V characteristics that match the measured data for both wafers.
The measured data obtained from PiN diodes are shown in Fig. 2.
A comparison of measured data between wafer #1 and wafer #2 reveals that ∆V, the shift of Vth, is larger in wafer #1 than in wafer#2.

Detailed information on phenomena involved in the grain break-up mechanisms has been obtained by high resolution EBSD data collected through the deformation zone.
Texture and microstructural data through the deformation zone were obtained by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) in a Hitachi S-4300SE FE-SEM, equipped with a Nordif EBSD detector and the TSL OIM EBSD software.
Deformation banding in ECAP explained by the LEDS theory In the framework of LEDS, a reduction of simultaneously acting slip systems reduces the shear flow stress from τ to ( )N1 δ−τ .
The reduction of shear flow stress in the band from Gτ to ( )NG DB 1 δ−τ=τ can be estimated from the local modified Taylor factors in the grain and the DBs by G DB N M M =δ , where the modified Taylor factors are based on the minimum number of simultaneously acting slip systems necessary to accommodate the actual strain.

However, pure Sb2Te can not reach the requirement of high temperature data retention in the PCRAM applications.
Fig. 3 shows the fitting curves for evaluating the data retention of the amorphous materials.
The superior performance for data retention of Ge0.61Sb2Te can satisfy most applications, even meeting the long-term data storage requirement of automotive electronics, at least 120 ℃ for 10 years.
