The structures possess a band-gap in their electronic spectrum, which is indicative of chemically saturated bonds.

With the clothing parameter design, both the clothing style structure design and clothing size are consistent, and the whole design unify male knit T shirt with long sleeve (clothing specimens ID 1-12 ).

As a classic deep trench etching process, Bosch process utilizes a time-multiplexed inductively coupled plasma process that employs two different plasma chemistries: the gas of SF6 for etching and the C4F8 for sidewall passivation.

Abstract.
The Monte Carlo method is proposed based on the analysis of the system structure and the mathematical model.
It can be seen from the sensor structure that the original errors of this type of sensors mainly include position errors of the upper and lower hinge joints that connected to the platforms, radius rod length errors, as well as errors caused by the deformation of the upper and lower platforms.
